This is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are pristine. Breakfast was great. I was bummed to not be able to have more time to use the pool and hotel gym/workout area. We have usually been Holiday Inn Express travelers, but we are not hooked on this Hyatt House property. There is excellent proximity to Great Lakes Crossing and many, many fantastic restaurants. We are already planning our next trip.

Room was very clean and fresh. Staff were very good too. Water pressure was lacking for the shower and the water temp could have been better if you like a super hot shower. Overall, no complaints.

This hotel has everything I need for a comfortable stay. The staffs are friendly, and the rooms are spotless, making it the perfect choice for travelers. Highly recommended!

The staff was very welcoming. after a day of travel it was nice to receive a warm welcome. I would stay again. Although I only spent one night, next time I would take advantage of the amenities available on site.
