The hotel is fantastic. Front desk/Check in was easy & the staff was kind. Bed was very comfortable & the breakfast was fantastic. Great location right off I-75 and extremely convenient. The only issue is the parking. Hotel is built on a very narrow lot.

Clean, modern, and convenient little hotel—we stayed overnight after a concert at nearby Pine Knob. Staff was joyously friendly and helpful with information and even guidance on a shuttle available to and from Pine Knob. I will definitely book here again. It’s perfect!

front office staff were friendly and helpful. the bartender was initially extremely unfriendly and seemed genuinely angry she had to take our orders and help us. and also the shower in our room had absolutely not been cleaned from the last guest. hair and soap scum everywhere. the food and drinks were good though and the room was beautiful and spacious.

They don’t clean your room until after you have been there three whole days. Unacceptable. We had loads of garbage and it just sat. Then I had to ask why my room wasn’t getting cleaned, after the fourth day, just to get on the schedule.

It’s hard to think that your room was clean when there was a used gallon of milk, butter, and a leftover lunchable still in the refrigerator. We wanted to use the glasses for drinks that were on the shelf above the refrigerator, but were dusty and full of fingerprints and smudges. The soap dispenser emptied on us after two showers. There was a sticker off someone’s garment or shoes on the bathroom light switch. These might be little things, but they were obvious, out in the open details that were missed by the cleaning crew. It begs to wonder how clean the rooms actually were. My wife and I felt like we were dirty even after a shower and checking out.

Hotel was newer and in a great location close to many stores and restaurants. The free breakfast was well stocked with many options. The heated pool was still pretty chilly but that wasn't a huge issue. My biggest complaint was the shower heads; The water coming out was like standing outside in a light sprinkle rain.

The hotel is very nice, due to being new. It was very clean, in great shape, and the breakfast was outstanding. Only downside of this hotel were the really firm beds and the pillows. Those pillows held no shape, and were very hard to sleep on.

Air conditioning shuts off without movement in the room so night time it gets hot. Blinds are electric but don’t work the best. The tv didn’t log into Hulu and apps like it said it would.

The room was clean. Even though the Hyatt was on a busy street, the room was quiet and the blackout curtains worked very well. Loved that yogurt was an option for breakfast with several good toppings including granola and almonds. The room coffee pot allowed me to bring my favorite coffee to brew in pot.

The room was nice new, modern, updated and had a lovely Kitcheneth. However there were two guest staying in the room and only enough towel and wash rags for one guest. That was disappointing giving that I didn’t know wAnna put clothes on my dirty body to go to lobby to get an extra set of towels. However it was otherwise very cozy and welcoming and I would give them another try. I would just be sure to check the room upon entering to ensure all necessary items are in place

The big hitch was much confusion about our check-in. When checking in I was told that someone had already checked in, assuming it was my wife. But she was still in the car. Someone was in our room and had a car registered to my account, but it was not my car. It took quite some time to check rooms and finally to give me another room. All else was good. The staff was very apologetic.

Check in was terrible. Our room wasn’t ready over an hour past check in time. They gave us a different room that STILL wasn’t ready. They finally gave us one that was available and said it was due to being fully booked (which was not our fault/problem). The woman checking us in asked if we were HYAT members, when I said no, she explained she was going to give us 5000 points but didn’t offer anything else since we weren’t. I would definitely not book here again.

I requested a 1 hour extension of our check out time the day prior to departure. My request was denied because I had "booked my stay through Expedia and I was not a Hyatt Club member." It was then implied that if I accepted their invitation to join Hyatt Club my request would be reconsidered. Blackmail doesn't work against me. Very, very poor customer service.

Had someone in the party not feeling well. Asked for a late check out as the flight back home was lent until 5 pm. Asked to check out and 1:30 instead of 12:00 and was told that was only for elite members. Instead we drove around for extra time and the sick person was miserable. Other than that there was a team of Vivint security guys yelling and screaming in the conference room before they went out to sell services. Overall it seems like a staff that doesn’t really care or only follows the rules given to them without actually trying to care for customers or ask the why behind the what.

Staff support was lacking. They accidentally had me pay for another customers room and gave me a hard time over it. Saying it was my fault. Then being rude telling me not to adjust my hat when I was walking through the door. However it was only the two employees working when I checked in. Everyone else was real supportive and even gave me a discount when I extended my stay.

The staff at this property are amazing in all ways. The thermostat in my room was not working and the room was very hot. Shay (spelling?) sent Dwayne the maintenance man to inspect He verified the situation and Shay moved me to another room - promptly. I was comped a beverage by the other Shay at the bar Very positive situation and speaks well of the attention to care and detail of the staff Multiple thumbs up!!

Fast and easy check in. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful. Amenities were great. My son loved the pool and I enjoyed the treadmill in the mornings. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Everything we wanted to do was such a short drive, very convenient if going to the Great Lakes Crossings Mall.

Room was pretty clean. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and wait staff and cook were very nice. Sunday 11/16 breakfast crowd was unexpectidly large (in case anyone complains). The kitchen staff did their best to keep the food available. I would have liked to have coffee service by the check counter rather than depending on the service in my room. Parking stunk.

The free breakfast was not great. Not a great variety, overcooked meat (almost hard), eggs were cold and just felt like they were putting things in the microwave and then serving. Nothing seems "homemade" at all. Nothing for the kids, other than sugary cereal. Needed to have an early lunch because we left there still hungry. Also, please remind housekeeping to vacuum the "whole guest room". Very dirty and dusty behind the beds.

We were in town for a birthday. The room was nice and clean . We stayed at this hotel only because it advertised food and a bar where we could enjoy our mini trip. The bar was disappointing and very over priced . We had only 2 glasses of wine and it cost us $ 30 The food menu was more like bar food over priced so we passed !. Luckily there was an apple bees less then 4 mins away with great menu ,music .
