Overall nice clean rooms serviced daily. Quiet . AC in our room was not working and therefore very uncomfortable overnight. We asked for a fan, but they said they did not have one. No offer of alternative room or explanation or apology re AC.

Hotel bien situé (pas loin de la place d'Espagne), proche de bus et métros : Urgell et Rocafort Très bon et copieux petit déjeuner-buffet pour 12 € par personne. Chambre spacieuse, lit king size très confortable. il y a eu une panne d'eau chaude et d'ascenseur de quelques heures. Rien de grave, cela peut arriver mais nous n'avions pas été prévenu.

Stayed in May of 2024 for 4 nights and weather was hot during the day and cool at night. The room was uncomfortably hot and humid forcing us to open the window to sleep. Between garbage bins right below our window being picked up at all hours, motorcycles, and people literally screaming all night we got no sleep. NO A/C. I complained to front desk and only solution was "I\'m sorry, the a/c not available." Obviously a canned reply. This is a management problem. Before booking, ask when the a/c will be turned on. Breakfast was ok if you don\'t mind waiting while the host likes chatting with everyone while you are standing waiting to sit at numerous empty tables.

Rooms are not bad size and clean and housekeeping do good job. Coffee in room is great (most hotels i stay in it is terrible). Breakfast is very nice with good selection. Reception staff pleasant, politie and professional. Only complaint, getting in and out of the bath little difficult unless you are flexible, and worst thing is noise from other neighbouring rooms bathrooms that can be heard in room. Very uncomfortable.

We arrived on an early flight into Barca and they allowed us to check in early which we were very grateful for - very helpful staff and clean, modern hotel in a quiet part of town but not too far away from the centre of things. There is a good choice of places to eat nearby. Would be happy to use this hotel again.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Allowed us to check in a couple hours early and one hour later check out. Room was comfortable size with minifridge and aircondition. The beds however was very bad. Rock solid, no overmattress and the whole mattress was covered in plastic (pee sheets) which just makes the whole bed so clammy. Our backs were hurting so bad after every night. Which is unfortunate because the location of the hotel is so good and easy to get around in the area and to the centre. Overall I won’t come back due to the rock hard beds but I wish they would upgrade them because then I would definitely be back.

Nice little Hotel, okay location (about 20 minute walk to Place Catalunya). Room was okay, but the beds was so hard!! They are terrible! Breakfast was good, not a lot of options though - its a small Hotel. And the breakfast area is small, some days you shared table with other guests - not great!

Generally it is ok, it is clean and the staff are helpful. However the hotel ist besides a main traffic road, and my room is on the second floor, it is terrible loud till 12:30 in the night. The breakfast is normal.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, drei Nächte in diesem Hotel zu verweilen und sind rundum begeistert. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, und unser Zimmer war stets sauber und einladend. Besonders positiv hat uns gefallen, dass ein Babybett für unser kleines Kind bereitgestellt wurde – eine wunderbare Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein weiteres Highlight. Die Auswahl war reichhaltig und die Speisen äußerst schmackhaft. Es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas und wir haben die morgendliche Mahlzeit sehr genossen. Wir können dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen und möchten uns herzlich für den tollen Service bedanken!
