The hotel was great but with signs of neglect. The jacuzzi didn't work, the spa shower and also the hotel windows were dirty from the outside. The neighborhood was ok but transport links were a bit complicated if not Spanish or Catalan speaker. For a 5☆ hotel too many paid services not much generosity. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast.

Air conditioner didn’t work (blew warm air) and neither did plumbing. Our shower flooded with water from the tub which was full from draining slowly and it flooded our room. We had to pack up and relocate to another room in the middle of the night. I asked for an iron and it never came. Location is far from the center of the city. Hot tub and spa was closed when we were there.

Aunque el servicio y la amabilidad del personal fue excelente, la nota mala es que el elevador del estacionamiento del sótano del hotel no funcionó tres de los cuatro días de hospedaje, la solución fue utilizar otros elevadores de la propiedad pero varias veces hubo que subir escaleras 4 pisos. Además de lo anterior, el hotel es muy bonito pero sus mejores años han quedado atrás, hay muchos detalles que arreglar en las habitaciones, baños, tinas etc

Mooie accommodatie op een prima plek met heerlijke Rituals producten in de badkamer. Helaas is niet alles meer zo mooi als 8 jaar geleden toen wij hier ook waren (kitranden bij het bad vies, sproeikopjes van de massagedouche ontbraken, geen vervanging van gebruikte glazen/kopjes, minibar die slecht koelde, de deur van de nooduitgang die piepend open bleef staan in de nacht). Bij de kamer die we aan de straatzijde hadden sloot 1 raam slecht waardoor het erg gehorig was in de nacht. De volgende dag konden we zonder problemen naar een kamer aan de achterzijde die wel heerlijk rustig was. Prima en fijn opgelost.

The location is close to every where, 15 minutes drive to all the famous places. We got upgraded to family suite, the room is very spacious and clean, nice design for travelers who have many luggages. The best is the VIP LOUNGE, snack are tasty and good great. High quality food and service. We stayed there for two days, very enjoyed the experience

They handled everything effortlessly, from helping with our luggage to making sure our room had everything we needed. We arrived early after leaving our cruise ship and the room was not ready but they made it happen and 10 minutes later as we were finalizing them storing our luggage we could get our room! I also left my straw sun hat in the lobby and they found it and I got it back. Great service and the restaurant is awesome too!! Thank you!!

Luis, Daniela and Alexis, who che ked us in were the epitome of customer service. They should teach hospitality at the graduate level. Rarely have we had better service and attention. 25 stars and they should all get a big raise!! The hotel could use a refresh in some spots but still very good value and absolutely 5 stars. Our TV fritzed and we had to watch the world cup match at the lobby...otherwise excellent!!
