Beautiful hotel with 2 delicious dining options. Very well located a few blocks from Paseo de Gracia. The Egyptian museum which you can visit for free for just staying at the hotel is a 100 mts ways from it and it is really interesting.

Great property with great value for your money, the location is ideal, the hotel beautiful, the room spacious with great amenities, staff is really helpful. Also the rooftop/ swimming pool despite not being really big is super pleaseant, breakfast is also really great, I didnt had the chance to use the spa but I guess he is great too. Anyway you can’t miss if you choose this hotel for your holidays

The hotel is located in great area its a walking distance from the the shopping and cafes. The staff was great and very helpful The pool is very nice , the gym is small with a nice view The hotel supply beverages for free at the room. The bottles are from glass and not plastic. The room was cleaned twice a day

Amazing hotel. Quiet, great ambiance, friendly staff, a, nice boutique type rooftop pool and bar/tapas restaurant and outside seating which i loved. Great tapas here too. Staff was EXTREMELY professional but yet warm and engaging. Recommend to my friends 10/10.

Stayed 5 nights in a superior room and it was very modern, a TV enabled Chromecast, very comfortable bed, loved the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. Rooftop terrace was nice to relax and have a drink. Service was excellent and friendly from all staff. Location was ideal with a 10 min walk to La Rambla, cafés and metro station. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Espectacular Hotel de “6 estrellas”! Tiene todas las facilidades que uno necesita. Personal muy profesional, eficiente y amable. He estado alojado estancias de más de 2/3 días y ésta es, por lo menos, mi 12 vez. Y no será la última. Cercano a Paseo de Gracia. Exclusiva terraza con piscina, restaurante, bar. Actividades en la terraza algunas tardes a la semana. Lo único que podría mejorar es el SPA. No ofrece tantas cosas como otros hoteles de 5 Estrellas pero es debido a la falta de espacio. Lo mismo sucede con el gimnasio. No está a la altura de lo que el hotel ofrece. Yo destinaría la parte del museo en el primer piso a hacer un gimnasio más grande, y las obras de arte las movería a una sala del museo egipcio al cual los huespedes están invitados. Pertenece al hotel y está ubicado a 50 metros. Muy recomendable. Repetiremos sin duda

Amazing hotel. Restaurant on 7th floor was great. The service and feel of the hotel was everything one could have wanted. Enjoyed the steam room in the gym. Definitely would like to see a few more options in the gym. That was my only let down.

Really terrible service and management. The room you see on Expedia is not the room they give you. And they make no effort to accommodate. Extremely deceptive pictures on booking for the rooms. Also really dirty rooms, dust everywhere and stains on couches.

Great location, lovely, helpfully, friendly staff. Reception very nice, roof terrace lovely but not enough seating options and a heated pool would be an improvement. Good size room, lovely and clean but definitely lacked a 5* appearance, furniture and feel. Didn't use any other facilities to comment on them

I liked the location which was close to major attractions and shopping area. The staff at all hours were very friendly and informative. The rooftop restaurant had a wide range of choices and the food was delicious. It was really easy to get a taxi thanks to the staff. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned everyday. As you can tell I would recommend it. Also the continental breakfast is worth it even if you are only staying for a short period.

The staff is very professional, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, we found the hotel to be too dark from the lobby area to our grand suite. In addition, on our last night, there was an event on the rooftop terrace which was very loud and very audible on our suite. The event terminated at 1:30 a.m. This is a poor decision on management’s part as it does not consider the discomfort to the hotel guests.

The staff is great. Always helpful. The location is also great, you can walk to many of the sites in Barcelona but is also two blocks from one of the major transit hubs, including the train to the airport. I have always stayed in the duplex rooms, which are all different and a little quirky.

The service is excellent and all staff were very attentive. We upgraded to a junior suite with a "courtyard view". This was a rather poetic way to describe what looked to be a small ventilation shaft, our view was in fact a brick wall. The room was very dark as a result. It did however have a good sized bathroom and a large comfortable bed, and the free mini bar is a nice touch. The breakfast is excellent but is in the basement so no natural light. The rooftop terrace is nice but quite small, there was only one table left when we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our stay but didn\'t really feel the room was worthy of being called a junior suite.

Room 201 is a large jr suite on 2 levels, just what we needed BUT it is extremely dark with one very small window that faces an air shaft. That was disappointing. Also there is such a strong focus on Colombian decoration that take up so much table space there’s not much room for our stuff. The staff are accommodating and friendly, the toiletries are very nice and the housekeeping crew are just wonderful. The location cannot be beat, quiet but a stone’s throw from Passeig de Grazia. We would happily stay here again, (this was our 2nd visit), but not room 201!

Hotel was lovely. Staff was amazing. Restaurants were great. There are only two things people should know, the rooms on the street side will hear traffic noise and the shower is within a tub, that can be quite slippery to get out.

Terrible hotel and very disrespectful staff. There was literally sewage coming up the drain in our bathroom and the staff did not respond to my request for compensation. This is supposed to be a five star hotel but they act more like a no star hotel. Avoid staying there.

Staff is very friendly and attentive, had breakfast and dinner, the food was always great. They need to manage better check-in/check-out/cleaning process as I needed to wait more than 1 hour even getting there after check-in time, they took care and provided me with additional perks to cover for the wait.

Didn’t particularly enjoy the bed. Location was great and staff was nice. Had an issue one night reception made a reservation for us, then let us know they restaurant was closed and it auto forwarded to the next night, asked us if we would like to cancel because we already had plans, I said yes. Nothing was done I got a call the next night saying I’d be charged a cancellation fee for no show…. Upsetting, nothing worth fighting over so I just bit the bullet here….

The only issue for us and may not be an issue for everyone, but it's not as convenient to some destinations. You'd have to take the metro, walk, or taxi. For us we were walking to most places.

The Claris is a beautiful property located in the safety zone of Barcelona. Close by the Gothic quarter and walking distance to the cathedral’s. The staff is always pleasant and willing to assist in all accommodations needed for a magnificent stay in Barcelona.

Great location on quiet street close to shopping and we walked to great restaurants. The room was lovely, the staff were all so efficient and welcoming, breakfast was wonderful. This will be out go to hotel for return visits to Barcelona.

Great hotel just a block away from Passage de Gràcia. Very modern and clean. Nice bar on the rooftop. Breakfast is in the basement. No daylight and they have strange way of ordering the meal. Need to wait for somebody to come to ask you what kind of eggs you want and then you wait them to deliver. Usually they bring it cold. Some salami and cheese selections and bread you can pick up from the bar. All this above is if you are foreigner. If you are Spanish then you get immediate attention by waiters and you can be noisy and rude and bother everyone in the dining hall.
