Gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer aber leider etwas abgewohnt. Leider hat msn und nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Außenfassade gerade renoviert wird und wir nicht unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen. So etwas sollte vor der Abreise kommuniziert werden.

The property was lovely. Staff excellent with a good location. We paid for a balcony in Barcelona. When we got there was no balcony to go out onto because they were doing work on the outside of the building and so the balcony was unusable. Very disappointing. If I had known I would have found another property

Hotel is in a great location. The property is dated though and needs an update, especially dark hallways. Bathrooms have been updated, and the hotel is very clean. Staff are consistently cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Really enjoyed our 11 nights at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious. We also had views of the Sagrada Familia, if you ducked your head and turned right. We only did the breakfast for 3 days, but for only 10 euro (you have to tell them before to get that rate), it was a pretty solid spread. We did have issues finding a good place to work early in the morning that wasn't the room. They have a communal space on the ground level, but it doesn't open until 7-7.30am. Also the gym is pretty much a room with a few weights and one eliptical machine. Better than no gym at all, don't get me wrong, but not really a gym. Overall, great stay at the hotel, would go back again for the bed. The housekeeping was also top notch!

This property is amazing. Our room was dealt with everyday for the 7 nights that we stayed. So clean and so spot on with the cleanliness. Fresh towels all the time. Loved it!! Sagrada Familia and Casa Batllo are walkable distances. Supermarkets and pharmacies on every corner.

We stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday weekend. Carla, the manager on duty, arranged for a special touch with a celebtratory cake as a surprise! The rooms were clean and well stocked and we had a wonderful view of the Sagrada Familia from our balcony. Great location, walkable to all major tourist sites and close to public transport links on the Passage de Gracia. I would definitely recommend for any first time visitors to Barcelona.

The hotel was stylish, the staff were extremely helpful and the location was great! The room was clean and so was the bathroom, the shower was also good! I was unhappy with the bed situation I was sharing with a friend and requested two single beds, I got that but with one mattress and because we were basically in the same bed I didn’t sleep during my 3 night stay as I wanted my own single bed and mattress! The bathroom door was awful there were gaps and everything could be heard, the gaps were that big that you could see through the door.

Yeri cok iyi, bircok yere yuruyerek gittik. Temizlik konusunda kusursuz. Yalniz bizim kaldigimiz odanin tuvalet kapisi camdi ve tamamen kapanmiyordu, biz sorun etmedik ama bunu bilerek gidin herkese uymayabilir. Ayrica oturarak dus almamiz gerekti, bunun icin plastik bir tabure/sandalye vs varsa istedik ama yokmus. Bu kadar basit bir seyi 4 yildizli bir otelin saglayabilmesi gerekir, her zaman ayakta dus alabilecek durumda olmayabiliriz.

The front door is locked and you have to wait for someone to let you in. If there is no one at the front desk to let you in then you wait. And wait. And wait. Its like staying in a dorm. The wifi is not good and had mixed experience with the staff. Some were really helpful while others could not be bothered

Atendimento maravilhoso do hotel, em todos os dias fomos atendidos pelo Eduardo que prontamente resolveu alguns problemas que tiveram com o quarto! Estávamos em lua de mel e quando souberam foram super queridos e nos deram uma cava de presente! Localização ótima, pudemos ir a pé para as principais atrações, a Sagrada Família, casa batllo, casa mila e andar pela passeig de grácia. Foi uma ótima estadia, recomendo o hotel.

Had terrible experience, especially the customer service at the hotel. We booked the free cancelable room with terrace. However, we had an emergency before we flew and had to travel to Barcelona one day later. The hotel refused to refund us one night even though it was before the free cancellation date. We ended up paying for the extra night we didn't stay. We also messaged the hotel multiple times on Expedia platform and no one responded. Horrific customer service. The customer service doesn't exist in this hotel.

Nice small room with a beautiful large terrace. Shower and toilet a bit inconvenient as they are inside the room separated only by a thin glass door. The big problem is that we asked for an early taxi to be reserved as we had to take an early morning flight, we asked for a taxi at 5:30AM. The receptionist, a man from Peru, failed to register our request and the taxi was not there. We had to wait for another taxi to arrive.

As a solo female traveler for the first 4 days in Barcelona until my friend met up with me, I was looking for a safe place for me to stay. This was exactly what I was looking for. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there are 24/7 staff working the front desk to ensure safety. It’s a 10 min walk from Sagrada Familia, 7 min walk from the train station, and about a 15 minute walk to the gothic quarter. Will definitely be staying here again!

The location cannot be beat: lots within walking distance and well connected with metro & bus to many more places. But that would not matter if hotel was no good. We had a nice room with balcony giving us view of Sagrada Familia: comfortable bed, quiet at night & space to move about. Good daily cleaning. Breakfast available till noon with many tasty & nourishing options. Do not hesitate to book/stay. Would come back any time.

Great stay at Room Mate Carla. The location is fantastic and central to everything you need in Barcelona. While also secluded from the main thoroughfares and hordes of tourist. Hotel em um predio antigo todo reformado, decoração contemporânea. Quarto e banheiro amplos. Localização excelente proxima a Diagonal e ao Passeio de Gracia, muitas lojas renomadas próximas. A 3 quadras da Sagrada Família, da nossa sacada podíamos vê-la. Café da manhã EXCELENTE, e ainda contam com maquina pra café e copo estilo starbucks pra vc se servir e sair pelo passeio tomando seu café. Atendentes não muito simpáticos, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.

Great location and well sized room. I stayed in Barcelona at another hotel that was more remotely located and had smaller room and bathrooms than here. Full sized bathtub was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay here again. The service was very good from check in to check out and in between. Breakfast buffet is excellent (not included but affordable especially with advanced notice): cured meats and cheeses, eggs and bacon, fruit juice, fruit, and more. I filled up on breakfast and wasn’t hungry for lunch.
