It's an old hotel with lot's of characters but also with nice ND comfortable modern furnishings. Above all, the staff was so kind and helpful as if we were in a 5 star resort. Close to the hauptbahnhof and has an underground garage where we could also lock up our ebikes. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was very fresh and tasty. I highly recommend staying here as a nice addition to Babergs friendly and welcoming vibe.

Rigtig dårlig service vedr. parkering. Hun vidste nærmest ikke om hun gad svare og forklare ordentligt om mulighederne. Det er ikke ok, når de reklamerer med parkeringsgarage. Noget meget tydeligt snavs/spild på væg var ikke blevet rengjort. Sovesofaen var mildest talt forfærdelig at sove på. Hver nat måtte vi tage madrassen ned på gulvet for bare at sove nogenlunde. Sebastian at the front desk was most helpful and spoke English very well. Hotel is clean. Bed mattresses are very basic, pillows were decent. Bamberg is very charming!

Sehr nettes Personal. Etwas laut, aber dafür sehr zentral in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Im Badezimmer hat es ein wenig gemüffelt (ggf. Probleme mit dem Siphon?).

Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit! Zimmer 213 sehr klein kaum Platz zum Bewegen. Dusche nicht verschließbar und daher sofort alles nass! Toilette war nicht richtig gereinigt und Deckel war noch Spuren vom Vermieter. Insgesamt eine Mischung aus einem billig wirkenden und der Klasse gerecht werdenden Hotel. Badezimmer Neu! Dafür fällt der Putz von der Wand!

The rooms were great. A very nice hotel in agreat location. We could easily walk to old town and the market square. The only thing is that there are not coffee makers in the rooms. You had to pay downstairs for coffee. Very clean and quiet hotel.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Avec de la chance en plus : on m'a donné une chambre au dernier étage, au fond du couloir. A mon avis, sans cela, je n'aurais passé une nuit aussi calme car on entend à pe près tout de ces voisins.

Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Aber sonst fand ich das Zimmer furchtbar. Ein Doppelbett in einem winzigen Raum, wo dann der Schreibtisch so nah am Bett steht, dass ich mir das Knie an der spitzen Ecke vom Bett angestoßen habe, weil einfach alles so eng war. Ein Einzelbett wäre in diesem Zimmer angemessener. Es war auch sehr heiß im Zimmer, als ich eingecheckt habe. Man hätte die Vorhänge und das Fenster zumachen sollen bei diesen hohen Temperaturen. Das Bad war auch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich verstehe das Konzept mit den offenen Duschen nicht. Da wird ja der ganze Boden nass und man muss erstmal alles trocken reiben.

Es war sehr warm in Bamberg am Tag der Übernachtung. Leider war der Verkehrslärm die ganze Nacht über dermaßen laut, dass man trotz geschlossenenm Fenster kaum ein Auge zu bekam. Natrlich ist es nicht durch das otel verursacht, wir musstemn leider bei geschlossenen Fenstern schwitzen !!!

ich könnte überhaupt nicht Übernachten! war niemand da, auch nach über 10 Anrufen hat sich keiner gemeldet. so musste ich ein anderer Hotel suchen. Schlecht! Kommt ja nicht auf Gedanke das geld abzubuchen! mfg.

Hotels.com beware. We booked the hotel late but did not receive by email the code keys for the outdoor neither for the room. But we were lucky. A guest in the hotel helped us to contact the hotel manager to get the codes. Othervice we will recommed the hotel.

Das Hotel ist soweit in Ordnung, hätte aber mehr erwartet. Zimmer sind ok aber zum Teil noch sehr alt und recht lieblos. Für einen Städtetripp ausreichend. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und in direkter Umgebung gibt es auch einige gut bürgerliche Wirtshäuser.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Superriorzimmer ist großzügig mit großem, neuen WC und Duschzimmer. Bett sehr gut, nur in der Hitze wäre eine Klimaanlage super.

It's an old hotel with lot's of characters but also with nice ND comfortable modern furnishings. Above all, the staff was so kind and helpful as if we were in a 5 star resort. Close to the hauptbahnhof and has an underground garage where we could also lock up our ebikes. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was very fresh and tasty. I highly recommend staying here as a nice addition to Babergs friendly and welcoming vibe.

The rooms were great. A very nice hotel in agreat location. We could easily walk to old town and the market square. The only thing is that there are not coffee makers in the rooms. You had to pay downstairs for coffee. Very clean and quiet hotel.
