Wonderful, classically designed hotel with the oldest working elevator in northern Europe. I felt like I was in a Bond movie. Breakfast served in the Queen’s Garden is exceptional, underneath a beautiful chandelier. Excellent touches with homemade jams, nut butters, and a variety of juices. Extremely comfortable bed. The hotel is in the center close to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel filled with charm and history! Very pleasant staff, that make every effort to be helpful and polite. Great breakfast with quality products and very nice surroundings. Location is perfect in what I feel is the best area of Århus for shopping, eating and a night out. Top tip: Park cheap (for Århus) at NAVITAS underground parking.

Af et 4-stjernet hotel at være syntes jeg at der er flere mangler. Hotellets beliggenhed er til gengæld perfekt. Hotellet virker på overfladen til at være i super stand men: Der er IKKE tv på værelset. Hvis du har streaming tjenester på din telefon eller tablet eller laptop kan du streame til tv'et. Dette virker dog ikke optimalt. Flere udfald og ustabilt. Der er et træningsrum med sparsomt udstyr. Ingen sprit til afspritning af udstyret eller tilgang til lidt vand. Håndklæder skiftes helt ukritisk. Desuagtet at jeg havde hængt det op på knagen. Intet forhæng i brusenichen=vand på hele badeværelsegulvet. Central sluk for lyset kontakt virkede ikke på værelset. Ikke rigtig 4 stjerne værdig.
