Will never stay here ever again. Rude and demeaning staff who have zero care in the world. 2 terrible things happened while staying here and the employees didn’t do anything or express any concern. When we arrived we informed them that we parked our car in a nearby lot because the one they recommended was full, come to find out the next morning that our car was towed and we had to spend the first day of our trip at the French police station trying to get it back. The front desk employee laughed in my face when I told them what happened and treated me as stupid the rest of the stay. But it gets worse. I had an expensive necklace that I left out in the room while housekeeping cleaned for that day and returned to it missing. I called after realizing it had gone missing and the front desk people dismissed it and had no follow through on the matter. They asked why I didn’t put it in the safe, when I really shouldn’t need to do that if I’m staying at a 4 star hotel. Not a single person I interacted with at this hotel left a good impression. They didn’t take my problems seriously at all and handled both situations very poorly. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy, I never have had any problems staying in hotels and her we have 2 major ones. Never again, do not stay here!

Hotel is fine. No bells and whistles. If you need a cheap(ish) place to sleep in Cannes this does the job. Nothing extra. They’ve done a nice job of furnishing an old building.

Everything seemed new in room and they clean daily. They give two big glass bottles in room for free w free coffee and tea, too. You can refill glass bottles in lobby.

Zeer schoon hotel. Helaas wel onduidelijk waar je als toerist de auto kwijt kan, zonder al teveel rondjes te rijden in de spits bij aankomst.

Très bien juste en face de la gare SNCF ! Accueil le jour de mon arrivée (vers 17:00) très parfait. Cette jeune dame est très agréable et fait preuve de professionnalisme. Le café a dispo est un plus … je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir

Property is in a great location, very close to the train station and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. There are also plenty of dining options in the area. The room was very clean and seemed newly updated. Check in was very easy and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The staff was super nice and the room was great. Bathroom floods when you shower but that’s most places in Europe. Housekeeping forgot to replenish things like soap and toilet paper but the front desk was very helpful. Overall clean in a good location and we enjoyed our stay!

The room was spotless, and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. However, the shower was a letdown. The water sprayed everywhere, and the space was quite limited. As a traveler, cleanliness is paramount, and the presence of puddles in the room after a shower was quite unpleasant. I arrived early by train, hoping to relax at the beach, but unfortunately, I wasn’t offered an early check-in, which felt impersonal. I’ve stayed in five hotels in France during this trip, and every one of them offered early check-in. On the bright side, the area is conveniently walkable to shopping and sightseeing. However, I would be willing to pay a bit more for a bit more space and a shower door next time I visit Cannes. I want to clarify that I received a great deal on this room compared to hotels in the area. I would definitely stay again if they added shower doors. 😂

Amazing location and walkable distance to many great restaurants and shopping sites as well as the train station. However, it was NOT quiet at all but that did not bother us as the location was ideal and staff very nice and helpful.

I really want to give this hotel a great review as the staff was so pleasant and welcoming. However, our room was a bit lower than the 4 star rating. The positives were that the room was clean and the bed and linens were very nice. The bathroom had nice storage space. The location was perfect for transportation and dining - an easy walk to everything. The negatives were that the view from our room looked into a parking garage. The room was very warm and the a/c was almost non existent. The shower was very tiny and had a shower curtain, which seemed to stick to you while bathing. There weren't outlets next to a mirror to do my hair. All these items are really personal preferences more than problems, but for a 4 star listing I would hope for better conditions. Again, the staff was so nice so that made up for some of these things.

Très accueillant , souriant , disponible et de bons conseils . Les couloirs sont un peu vétustes . L’isolation phonique est top au niveau des bruits extérieurs mais vraiment perfectible entre les chambres .

The hotel is close to the shopping street as well as to the central station. Unfortunately it was during night loud. You could hear the noises from other rooms and from outside.

The location is perfectly suited for enjoying the beach, the restaurants, and the marinas. We did not need a taxi all week. The hotel room was modest in size, but the assistance and support from the excellent staff on site helped us overcome anything that was a challenge. Highly recommend this hotel. Highly recommend trusting this helpful multi-lingual staff.

J’ai passé le week-end dans cet hôtel avec ma fille et nous avons été très bien reçu. L’équipe est gentille, professionnelle et chaleureuse ; merci à Emma et Zakaria pour vos conseils et votre bienveillance. Situé à deux pas de la gare et dans une rue pleine de restaurants, cet établissement a un très bon emplacement. La chambre est propre, jolie et moderne dans les tons neutres. Les produits d’hygiène sont à disposition si vous voulez vous servir seul. Mon séjour a été génial ! Je recommande vivement.

Esperienza terribile - mai più! Sono stato informato via messaggio il giorno prima che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata, senza alcuna spiegazione (note bene: avevo appena ricevuto il link per check-in online). Incredulo, chiamo il servizio telefonico: mi confermano che è stata annullata. Chiedo spiegazioni, e parlano di un problema all'hotel. Su mia insistenza ammettono che è stato un overbooking. Un hotel serio in questo caso ti aiuta a trovare una soluzione, ma loro non hanno saputo far altro che appendermi il telefono in faccia ben due volte. Mai stato trattato così in 20 anni di viaggi di lavoro! Il rimborso non è ancora avvenuto, ma visto che mi hanno chiesto una recensione...eccola qui!

Chambre très petite pour un 4*, sans placard ni étagère dans la salle de bains, petit déjeuner à 15 € totalement injustifiés.

Gutes Hotel. Aber der Standard sind eher zwei Sterne. Klar gibt es Richtlinien für die Vergabe, allerdings hat dies wenig mit vier Sternen zu tun. Und das Frühstück ist buchstäblich eine etagere für alle Gäste.
