Stay was good. Location was close to Dewey, it took about 12 minutes to walk to restaurants and the beach. Easy drive to Rehoboth. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance so we didn't get to use it.staff at the desk was really friendly, room was clean.

Everything was great except for the swimming pool which wasn't heated at all although they said the heat was on. Plus the water wasn't that clean. That was our only disappointment. Everything else was great.

I stayed here this past weekend 8/25-8/27. We gave up a reservation at the Hampton to come here due to it being closer to the beach. The breakfast was pretty good. They didn’t offer any meat options just in case you are looking for that. The overall look and feel was fine. However, the pool was cold and needed cleaning. The elevator was extremely slow, we often had to take the stairs with our two small kids. The bathroom in our room was dirty, and the floors had not been mopped prior to our check in. There was mold residue around the tub faucet, and the tub was dirty. The room at first glance appeared to be clean. I never let my kids walk around hotel floors without anything on their feet, so I bring socks to walk around the room in. They were completely filthy after walking on the floors of our room. So much so that I left them there along with our notes to show the housekeeping supervisor after speaking to the front desk supervisor. Upon really looking at everything, we will not return here.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly! but only having one elevator for 4 floors was inconvenient, it was always held up and you had to wait a long time. The breakfast was not the best would have liked more proteins besides powdered eggs. The breakfast room is way too small to accommodate all of the guests in the hotel. If just seems like the hotel wasn’t built properly to handle the amount of rooms it has.

The property itself was satisfactory. The dining staff demonstrated a strong work ethic and provided excellent service throughout my stay. However, I did encounter some issues with the swimming pool towels, which went unreplenished for two consecutive days. Additionally, the bathroom supplies, specifically body wash and toilet paper, were running low and ultimately ran out on the same day. I had to request more, but I received it promptly. Overall, my experience was adequate, although I believe the price of over $200 per night could be more competitive.

We booked this hotel specifically because there was an indoor pool we could use. It was one of the amenities we booked for. However, during our stay the pool was closed to rebalance the pool chemicals. According to the staff that we talked to the pool was shut down by some sort of monitoring authority because the levels of chemicals in the pool were way off? We were told this when we asked about the situation. They told us they were unable to take off the charge for one night because we booked through expedia and encouraged us to book through them in future (even though the better deals are coming through expedia). They told us they could offer a discount on a future stay. I will not be staying again so that wasn’t very helpful. We were also there in the summer, not the off season (we had hoped that any balancing of pool chemicals would have been done well in advance of heavy summer traffic.) Overall kind of disappointing.

Property seemed to be updated recently. However there are few drawbacks. Bathroom has toilet holder on far left that makes it very inconvenient for most people. Shower has partial glass wall that makes water accumulate on the floor and aslo presents a major hazard if someone heavy leans on it.It is better and cheaper to install regular curtain. Parking at night is challenging. If you come late most spaces are taken. Entrance/exit line is not clearly marked. Entrance is narrrow and it is not clear whether it coul be and exit or not.Room seems to have a high humidity level that even a slightly wet cloth from the beach was not able to dry overnight. Property has only one cargo elevator that presents extra waiting time especially during check out. Shortage of luggage carts has been noticed during check out.

Our stay was very good. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for 4 nights and were not even given clean towels. Even after I asked the front desk. Thus no maid service. But good hotel and walkable to Dewey.

The property was nice in appearance and very conveniently located close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The only con is that the room had a continuous musty smell as if was wet lately and not properly cleaned/aired out to make sure it was completely dry.

I loved the location of this hotel. Havign a restaurant next door was very convinient. The hotel room wasnt very clean though. It smelled musty and their looked to be mold all over a section of the ceiling. The breakfast was also terrible as everything was out, even with going at 7am when it opened. Having such a larger hotel, doing make your own waffles, causes so much back up and frustration with people, especially when people dont know how to do it. The staff was pretty friendly though.

The staff were great. The pull out bed sheet was dirty/hair. The bathroom shower had black mold around fixtures. The carpet was so dirty that when you walked barefoot on it, the bottom of your feet were black. We would not allow the baby to crawl on the floor. The pool had black mold all around the inside just above the waterline. Chunk of hair on the metal post/lifeGaurd station. Very loud the 2nd night due to people running and yelling up and down the hallway late at night for several hours.

I’ll start with the pro’s because that’s the shortest. It’s a short drive to the beach, only about 4 min, and 15 min walk to the restaurants in Dewey. The staff were friendly as well. Cons: this hotel has a big problem with cleanliness. There was a large COCKROACH crawling on our TV stand at 9am the morning we were supposed to check out. We immediately left after that. But even before seeing that we already decided we were not returning to the hotel. The bathroom seemed dirty, the ceiling was peeling above the shower. No one cleaned the room or brought fresh towels. The floors seemed dirty. The breakfast was subpar. The hot breakfast wasn’t real eggs or meat and tasted terrible. Could only eat bagels or cereal. We booked this hotel for the breakfast and I would have rather paid to go eat breakfast somewhere else. The air conditioner had a really weird smell to it when on. And the bed was terrible. We have neck and back pain everyday from sleeping on the bed and couldn’t wait to return home to be able to sleep again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The lobby is nice and staff are friendly but that’s it.

Conveniently located near Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Most of the staff we dealt with were helpful and pleasant. Hotel could use some updating. Lots of nicks in walls and paint. The ceiling in our room had a big black mark. The bathroom was a bit of a mess. The shower had a glass door that did not move and only covered half of the shower, which meant that water was constantly splashing out onto the floor. We had to keep asking for towels every day because we had to clean up the water on the floor with our towels after every shower. The opening for the shower is also by the toilet, so you had to maneuver around it to get in and out of the shower. The vent fan cover was falling out of the ceiling. There were no towel racks to hang towels except for one hook on the back of the bathroom door. We paid for the convenience of being near the beach and were happy that the room was pretty clean, but the rooms weren't really worth the price.

The staff on site was helpful (except for the manager not returning our call before the stay). The breakfast selection was good. And the hotel was clean. But our room was a box with two beds - no couch or other seat, no closet. The AC also worked a little too well -- it was freezing or nothing. You also could hear people outside the door pretty clearly because the door had an inch gap at the bottom. And there was a bizarre rumbling in the floor at different parts of the day. Overall decent for the price.

-Not all tv channels were clear, some were pixelized; would show weak or no signal, -Room very humid all the time unless A.C. was on freezing cold, probably due to room being floor above the pool. -One of the towels had a red stain on it. Wasn't sure if it was blood or not. -Ironing board cover needs to be changed. Stains were all over it. -Iron would shut off while using -Toilet paper very thin. -Water fills up in the tub just waiting for it to warm up, and stopper was not pressed. -Freezer in the refrigerator didn't keep things frozen.

Superb customer service from the front desk staff, I think his name was Gary, to the breakfast man, John, and everyone in between. Bed was very comfortable in the king suite. Cooling unit was up to the task. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels.

I visited the area from NC, I read a lot of reviews on many places, that is how I pick where I stay when I travel, I came across this place first of all for the price (very reasonable), I then went to the reviews and was kind of sceptical at first but decided to give it a chance. I am so glad I did, the hotel was very easy to find, I made reservations online through Expedia and check in was a breeze, no hidden or extra fees, the gentleman at the desk was very welcoming, I was even able to check in a little bit early. I stayed in room 209 and I was super happy with the room, it was very spacious, very clean, and very quiet. I had an issue with the TV not working properly on the second night, I informed the front desk and it was taken care of with no issues. The entire staff that I encountered was very polite and eager to help with anything that you needed. I didn't try the pool or the free breakfast but I'm sure they were just as enjoyable as the rest of the hotel. Please give this place a try and don't miss out by some of the reviews.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our floor got a little loud in the evenings. I did not complain, we just turned on the tv to drown them out. We will definitely stay here again. It’s close to the beach and there are several side roads to keep you out of traffic.

Our stay was great, we will definitely do it again! I only wish they stay came with some sort of parking pass for the beaches, even tho I used the meter I still ended up with 3 parking tickets 😱. They hotel was great tho, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was amazing!!

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with the only issue being the breakfast buffet, which was a wreck. Running out of food like scrambled eggs and running out of utensils, coffee, and napkins and very slow to restock. Also, parking spots wre hard to come by.
