Trevlig, proffsig personal, reception, städerskor, restaurang, spa. Vackert hotell i ett trevlig område. Utsikten över Porto var fin från rummet, restaurangen. Tom i poolen o bastun. Det va ngt skönt fridfullt över stället. Ingen sa ett ord om utcheckning, man kände sig välkommen! (På många andra hotell känns det som man blir ivägkörd). 10/10 stjärnor. Ett plus till damen som knackade på dörren på kvällen för att erbjuda choklad och kaffe! Vilken extra nivå av service!

I absolutely loved my stay the Tivoli Kopke. I stayed for a long weekend and was amazed with this fantastic hotel. It felt luxurious. The facilities were outstanding (such as the pool and sauna) and very walkable to the luis I bridge and local restaurants. It was my first time in Porto and will not be the last. I luckily, chose a weekend when a festival was taking place, adding to the charm of the city.

Breakfast was fantastic The only thing I found unsatisfying was indoor pool times and I guess you require reservations because for two days it was fully booked so never got to use it Gym was great too I just couldn’t find cloths to clean the machine after using it

Very nice new hotel. Good size room with nice decor, bedding etc. Great pool with lovely views of Porto over the river. Quick walk down to the restaurants along the river at Gaia and easy access to Porto over the bridge. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel with superb rooms and very clean. Just keep in mind it’s not that easy to reach, and after a long day exploring the city, the climb up might not suit everyone. I didn’t mind it though. The staff generally are friendly. I felt some of them could benefit from more training. The only downside for me was the pool area. It gets quite busy and there aren’t enough sun-beds for guests.

Utrolig flott hotell og rom. Renholdet var utmerket, og rommet ble gjort opp så flott hver dag. Fantastisk god seng med puter i ulike størrelser og tykkelse. Nydelig frokost med mulighet for å bestille kaffe fra barista! Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige, utmerket service. Parkerte bilen i garasjen, 25 EUR pr dag, men det var det verdt!

This is perhaps one of the worst 5-star hotels I've been to. The staff was not particularly warm or helpful. There are so many operational hiccups (e.g., I called room service to order dinner around 6pm. It took me 8-9 attempts before someone picked up the call). The toiletry items were not refilled when they were used up... Yes, the hotel has a nice view and pool. But I would not come back to this hotel if I were to visit Porto again.

Great location and beautiful design, but service needs attention. The hotel is in a fantastic location — close enough to explore Porto easily, but far enough away to enjoy a sense of calm when returning. The interior design throughout is stunning: contemporary, stylish, and filled with interesting artwork. Our room was modern and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The shower has an open design without a door; it didn’t bother us, but it may be worth noting for others. Where the hotel falls short is service. The pool bar was slow and inconsistent, and the main bar, while pleasant, lacked atmosphere and service was again slow — we were even forgotten about a couple of times when settling the bill. At the Sky Bar, the views are wonderful, but service was hit-and-miss with occasional incorrect drinks and long waits. Housekeeping was variable: our room was cleaned only 3 out of 5 days, and turndown was provided on 4 of the 5 days (though once it was offered unusually early, before the daily clean). All of the staff we met were very friendly, but service needs to mature and become more consistent if the hotel is to deliver the exceptional experience its setting and design promise.

Where to begin with how amazing this hotel and its staff are. Upon arrival we were offered a delicious Kopke ruby port as the head receptionist checked us in. Our room accommodations were amazing as well and were very spacious and clean. We reserved a room with terrace overlooking the Douro and were just in awe. All the amenities were so useful including Nespresso maker, towel warmer, Bluetooth speaker system and amazing night time turn down service. One of the best add ons was definitely the breakfast. So many delicious options and made to order eggs every staff member made our stay feel like home. Lastly but most importantly the staff member that created a new friendship. At the hotel bar Diogo shared his wine knowledge and kind Portuguese hospitality making us feel like a local, his mixology creations as well as delicious suggestions kept us coming back night after night for a late night finishing drink and great conversation of Portuguese culture. Christmas was so much more magical in Porto because of this hotel and its staff including the live jazz on Friday nights. We will definitely be back in 2026!

Its a beautiful hotel, the rooms were stunning - spacious, modern and facilities like wardrobe space, tea/coffee facilities and bathroom. Staff were excellent - very helpful with things to do, places to go and general information. The location was also great - lots of places to eat and drink around but equally easy to get to the city centre on foot. Although it 25 mins walking so not perhaps for everyones liking.

If you want a beautiful view of Porto this hotel is the right choice! The hotel is beautiful and all attractions, Restaurant’s, bars and sight seeing are just walking distance. Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing !!! My only frustration was that for a 5 star hotel there where only 16 sun beds available and residents had to lay on the grass!! Also it would take 30 minutes for drinks and food at poolside bar . Other than that everything was lovely

Reservei o hotel como 5 estrelas. Na hora do checkout não tinha ajudante pra retirar as malas do quarto. Lembrando que os quartos são bem distantes. O recepcionista informou que o ajudante só chegaria às 7:30 e não fez muito esforço para ajudar…

We have decided to never return to this hotel. The customer service from the “customer relations” lady was very unprofessional. When we arrived to our room we noticed the AC wasn’t working. We went to inform the front desk but the lady told us to wait in our hot room and see if the tech could fix it. I felt so bad for my 6 month old baby who was fussing from being overheated but the lady had no compassion and proceeded to tell us that if the ac didn’t get fixed they might not be able to give us a room of the same value nor she would be able to refund us the difference for a smaller room, which we ultimately didn’t want because of our baby’s crib. For a moment I was really concerned on what would happen. My husband politely kept asking for another room but she insisted we wait. I don’t think that guests should ever feel concerned about their stay or disappointed on their hotel choice. In addition, we saw how guests were offered water and port wine upon check in. Sadly, it was never offered to us until the bellboy began walking us to our room and finally poured us some.

Väldigt fint hotell med utsikt över Duorofloden och Porto på andra sidan. Stort hotell men smakfullt byggt så att den stora känslan försvinner. Fantastisk frukostbuffé. Men nda nackdelen är att hotellet ligger en bit upp i Gaia med en lång relativt brant backe upp. Väldigt fräscht och trevligt. Ett hotell jag definitivt kan rekommendera och återkomma till.

Très bel hôtel et très bien situé. Personnel sympathique et très belle chambre. J’ai trouvé la douche propre, mais sans plus pour un hôtel de ce calibre. Des traces de moissisure sont inacceptables à mon humble avis mais je recommande cet hôtel sans problème, et j’y retournerais Seul bémol, le prix des articles dans le minibar sont ridiculement trop élevé, si je compare à d’autres hôtels, comparables à cet établissement.
