Das Hotel selbst ist schön, das Bett war super und alles ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab zwar eine Küche, aber wenig geeignetes Equipment, um selber zu kochen. Uns hat irritiert, wie wenige Steckdosen es gab - aber das ist ein Detail. Der Pool ist extrem gut fotografiert, in Wirklichkeit hat er das Ausmaß einer größeren Badewanne. Die Lage ist einerseits genial, weil so zentral. Aber gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine Bar, in der Gäste bis nachts Bier trinken. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ging es für uns nicht, aber man muss auch dazusagen, dass das in Cape Town in der Innenstadt oft so ist, da die Fenster den Straßenlärm nicht gut isolieren. Wir haben uns unterm Strich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und hilfsbereit und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wonderful and a little quirky place. Nice rooftop bar with dipping pool. Spacious room with kitchen. Decent breakfast next door at The Wes. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate enough to come back to Cape Town. I absolutely loved it. The only little minus was the large shower head. I think that with the water pressure, a handheld shower head would be better.

Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos en este hotel. El diseño & decoración es muy original & acogedora. El hotel tiene poco tiempo por lo que todo es nuevo. Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas & lugares turísticos. Nosotros estuvimos en el bus de city sightseeing & estaba la parada a 2 min a pie. El cuarto es de buen tamaño. La cama & almohadas muy cómodas. Agregaría una caja fuerte & un tocador afuera del baño, al igual que espacio en el baño para guardar cosas, ya que no hay ningún espacio designado para eso en el baño. El personal de recepción muy amable. El desayuno es rico pero con pocas opciones. Un día mi esposo quiso agregar espinacas a su huevo (pagando extra) & el mesero nos comentó que el chef había negado ese requisito. Esto no nos gustó. El servicio del restaurante es muy lento. El rooftop es muy lindo & cómodo. Bebidas del bar deliciosas, Ash el bartender súper amable & amigable. Mejoraría la limpieza diaria de los cuartos, en especial el baño & regadera. El precio del hotel se me hizo un poco elevado, pero a comparación de los hoteles que hay en Cape Town, se me hizo razonable.

We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated). It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.

Staff were great. Everything was top. A little too quiet for my liking, but it was very nice. Pool deck was enjoyable when it wasn’t windy. I would recommend a hot tub instead of a pool. The pool is a hot tub size and was chilly.

Fantastisch hotel op een goede locatie en met geweldig personeel. De rooftop met zwembad is heerlijk om over de stad uit te kijken tijdens een sundowner. Ultiem van genoten. De kamers zijn ruim en super sfeervol ingericht. Net als de rest van het hotel. Als ik iets zou moeten verbeteren zou het een iets uitgebreidere selectie zijn van al la carte gerechten bij het ontbijt. Maar het buffet was meer dan genoeg. Ik kom hier zeker vaker terug voor de locatie, sfeer en het personeel!

Amazing staff and service! Room was well equipped, clean and in excellent condition. Great bed. The restaurant isn’t amazing, but plenty of options nearby. And again, the people working in reception and by the pool were absolutely 5 stars!

The room which included full kitchen facilities was very trendily decorated. I enjoyed watching YouTube to relax at night. It was the first hotel in my stay in Africa that offered that. Everything was spotless and the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Great location in the middle of everything.

We absolutely loved our time at the Trade. The rooms were adorable and fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The staff were lovely and accommodating and the area was so lively and vibrant. The street gets a bit loud as there are a few bars across the street so definitely be prepared; bring ear plugs and ask for a quieter room on weekends if you’re a light sleeper. All in all 10/10. We wish we had a Trade in our city!

The room which included full kitchen facilities was very trendily decorated. I enjoyed watching YouTube to relax at night. It was the first hotel in my stay in Africa that offered that. I would happily recommend The Trade Boutique and shall certainly stay there again. All of the staff could not have been more helpful and always really cheerful and welcoming. It was a lovely stay.

Amazing staff and service! Room was well equipped, clean and in excellent condition. Great bed. The restaurant isn’t amazing, but plenty of options nearby. And again, the people working in reception and by the pool were absolutely 5 stars!

Minha estadia no hotel foi excelente! O que mais me impressionou foi a cordialidade e o profissionalismo da gerência. Um ponto de atenção para quem tem sono leve: existe uma boate/casa noturna nas proximidades que gera um ruído considerável à noite. No entanto, assim que relatei o incômodo, a equipe foi prontamente solícita e me trocou de quarto para uma ala muito mais silenciosa. A partir daí, o descanso foi pleno. Além do serviço nota 10, a decoração é ótima, com um estilo clássico e sofisticado que traz muito aconchego aos ambientes.

Das Hotel selbst ist schön, das Bett war super und alles ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab zwar eine Küche, aber wenig geeignetes Equipment, um selber zu kochen. Uns hat irritiert, wie wenige Steckdosen es gab - aber das ist ein Detail. Der Pool ist extrem gut fotografiert, in Wirklichkeit hat er das Ausmaß einer größeren Badewanne. Die Lage ist einerseits genial, weil so zentral. Aber gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine Bar, in der Gäste bis nachts Bier trinken. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ging es für uns nicht, aber man muss auch dazusagen, dass das in Cape Town in der Innenstadt oft so ist, da die Fenster den Straßenlärm nicht gut isolieren. Wir haben uns unterm Strich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und hilfsbereit und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated). It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.

We absolutely loved our time at the Trade. The rooms were adorable and fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The staff were lovely and accommodating and the area was so lively and vibrant. The street gets a bit loud as there are a few bars across the street so definitely be prepared; bring ear plugs and ask for a quieter room on weekends if you’re a light sleeper. All in all 10/10. We wish we had a Trade in our city!

Wonderful and a little quirky place. Nice rooftop bar with dipping pool. Spacious room with kitchen. Decent breakfast next door at The Wes. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate enough to come back to Cape Town. I absolutely loved it. The only little minus was the large shower head. I think that with the water pressure, a handheld shower head would be better.

Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos en este hotel. El diseño & decoración es muy original & acogedora. El hotel tiene poco tiempo por lo que todo es nuevo. Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas & lugares turísticos. Nosotros estuvimos en el bus de city sightseeing & estaba la parada a 2 min a pie. El cuarto es de buen tamaño. La cama & almohadas muy cómodas. Agregaría una caja fuerte & un tocador afuera del baño, al igual que espacio en el baño para guardar cosas, ya que no hay ningún espacio designado para eso en el baño. El personal de recepción muy amable. El desayuno es rico pero con pocas opciones. Un día mi esposo quiso agregar espinacas a su huevo (pagando extra) & el mesero nos comentó que el chef había negado ese requisito. Esto no nos gustó. El servicio del restaurante es muy lento. El rooftop es muy lindo & cómodo. Bebidas del bar deliciosas, Ash el bartender súper amable & amigable. Mejoraría la limpieza diaria de los cuartos, en especial el baño & regadera. El precio del hotel se me hizo un poco elevado, pero a comparación de los hoteles que hay en Cape Town, se me hizo razonable.

Fantastisch hotel op een goede locatie en met geweldig personeel. De rooftop met zwembad is heerlijk om over de stad uit te kijken tijdens een sundowner. Ultiem van genoten. De kamers zijn ruim en super sfeervol ingericht. Net als de rest van het hotel. Als ik iets zou moeten verbeteren zou het een iets uitgebreidere selectie zijn van al la carte gerechten bij het ontbijt. Maar het buffet was meer dan genoeg. Ik kom hier zeker vaker terug voor de locatie, sfeer en het personeel!
