A very basic 4 star hotel. Has the potentials to become a real 4 star hotel, but it is important to work on the details. A very big disadvantage is that this enormous hotel, with an amazing sauna, has no fitness facilities. Not satisfying air conditioning in the common areas (especially lobby). Lovely infinity pool. Reasonable difficulties in parking area, but at least there is parking with pretty high cost (20€ per day). Excellent breakfast, equal to a 5 star hotel with amazing staff. Unfortunately cannot tell the same for the reception team. The spa team is high skilled.

Beautiful infinity pool that overlooks the sea. Key pad Gated but easy access to sea via steps. Buffet breakfast has everything you could want including mimosas and custom made coffee to order. Would recommend for a quick getaway.

Alles sehr dunkel, Bett durchgelegen, nur Riesenkopfkissen, pool ab 18.00h zu, parken unangekuendigt 15 euro, essen kalt, service beim Frühstück schlecht, klimanlage nicht verstellbar, zu wenig Platz am Pool, pool ueber die Strasse. Weg zum Parkplatz sehr lang, plastiktuete für Gläser nicht umweltfreundlich, preis leistung schlecht, große Auswahl beim Frühstück jedoch alles kalt.

Hotellet er stort, hvilket det bærer præg af - receptionisterne “ser” os ikke, efter vi var tjekket ind. Vi boede i den lidt ældre del af hotellet - og denne bygning har indtil flere niveauer med trapper som skal forceres inden man kan komme videre med en elevator. Hotellet har ingen strygejern/strygebræt - vi måtte ud og købe et strygejern! Herudover fungerer hotellet fint, gode parkeringspladser, fin morgenmad, fin restaurant. Poolen med tilhørende liggestole er underdimensioneret ift. antal gæster - vi valgte den private strand, hvor man betaler 25 euro for to liggestole og en parasol.

Great hotel, the breakfast had a huge selection to choose from, great pool and pool bar, the staff was splendid. The hall ways had multiple leaks and drywall seeming to be giving at those points with what looked to be like black mold. Seemed to have been an issue for a while as drywall doesnt turn black overnight. Also the door to our unit was very sticky and required force to open and close. Other than those maintenance items everything else was great. I would give it 3.5 stars

Bei der Rezeption hatte man nur ein “das müssen wir uns ansehen” übrig, als wir heilfroh waren, wieder draußen zu sein (Lift ging von selbst wieder an). 2. An einem Tag kam kommentarlos kein Zimmerservice 3. Toiletteartikel wurden nicht aufgefüllt 4. Konsumzwang beim Pool, Getränke mitnehmen verboten. Cola 0,33 € 4,- / Hugo € 8,- 5. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit toller Auswahl 6. Snacks an der Bar: leider nichts für Vegetarier dabei, nur aufgetauter Toast mit Ham & Cheese um 5,50 7. Pool hat offiziell um 6, tatsächlich um 17.50 geschlossen 8. Beim Personal hatte man manchmal ein wenig das Gefühl, dass sie sich nicht unbedingt freuten, dass Gäste da sind. 9. We splurged and spent the night. This beautiful hotel. After a delicious buffet dinner we ventured down for a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Felt very good, but the temperature was not as warm as we would have liked. We did not use the other wellness facilities but would have liked to use the red light therapy room if time had allowed! Breakfast was wonderful. Fabulous pillows on the bed and we slept like babies! We felt spoiled!

Zum Außenpool muss ich leider mitteilen, dass die Liegen viel zu eng am Pool standen, die meisten Sonnenschirmständer kaputt und die Eintrittsstufen des Pools viel zu hoch waren. Es gibt Stolperfallen wie kaputte Fliesen und und ein leeres Desinfektionsbecken.

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, dass Personal sehr freundlich. Der Preis der Parkplätze fanden wir etwas zu teuer. Aber sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Urlaub genossen.

Amazing property and staff.Maria on front desk was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Infinity pool with sea access was great.Spa and dining area and outside bar with live music was fantastic. Room was clean and spacious with all amenities you can imagine. Such a great experience. Beautiful location, but the property is showing its age. In need of renovation, painting, new carpets, etc. Most of the staff is great, but some of the workers in customer service areas (e.g., bar) worked to not make eye contact and give great service.

Alles war großartig – im Restaurant gibt es wirklich eine große Auswahl an erstklassigen Gerichten. Das Personal spricht größtenteils Englisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ordentlich und neu eingerichtet.

Alles wie beschrieben, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Salzwasserpool war super und im Whirlpool war normales Süßwasser. Preis / Leistung war angemessen. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und eine riesige Auswahl was ich so noch nie sah inkl. Sekt soviel man wollte.

When I complained there was nothing they could do apart from “send a technician” who didn’t show up. Staff are unfriendly and disappear when you need them. The pool is nice but not enough loungers for the size of the hotel. The lighting in the room could be better, bathroom is too dark to put on makeup. Spa area needs to be attended more as there were wet towels everywhere. Breakfast offering was good. I didn’t like that breakfast staff give you half a coffee and expect you to make your own with the cold milk and foam left on the counter. If staff are making coffees, make them properly please. They didn’t know what a french omelette was and instead of asking gave me an over-scrambled burned egg.

Dieser beschämende Service von Marina, ohne jegliche Freundlichkeit oder Interesse an den Gästen, war ein absolutes No-Go! Beim Betreten des Hotels von außen kommt man in eine unerträgliche Hitze auf dem Weg zu den Aufzügen (rechter Teil). Der penetrante Parfümgeruch vor Aufzügen, Restauranttreppe und in den Fahrstühlen nervt. Das Zimmer war okay, aber mit Mängeln. Die Klimaanlage kühlt trotz 19 Grad Einstellung nur auf 23/24 Grad. Tapeten blättern überall ab, sehr ungepflegt. Die Dusche hat eine wellige, graue Decke – stark Schimmelverdächtig. Eine Schiebetür am Schrank fehlte (Absicht?). Die Apartmenttür muss fest zugezogen werden, sonst bleibt sie offen – ein Sicherheitsrisiko! Grober Bauschaum an der Tür, schlampige Verarbeitung für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Streamen vom Smartphone auf den Smart-TV war angeblich möglich, aber trotz aller Versuche (inkl. Hotel-Modus-Deaktivierung) ohne Erfolg. Für uns als jüngeres Paar, das Twitch oder Netflix schaut, ein großer Minuspunkt. Der Zimmerservice w

I expected more from this hotel. They put me in a room with poor wifi connection, and you could hear everything from the bar at night. When I complained there was nothing they could do apart from “send a technician” who didn’t show up. Staff are unfriendly and disappear when you need them. The pool is nice but not enough loungers for the size of the hotel. The lighting in the room could be better, bathroom is too dark to put on makeup. Spa area needs to be attended more as there were wet towels everywhere. Breakfast offering was good. I didn’t like that breakfast staff give you half a coffee and expect you to make your own with the cold milk and foam left on the counter. If staff are making coffees, make them properly please. They didn’t know what a french omelette was and instead of asking gave me an over-scrambled burned egg.

Het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk en alles leek hen te veel. Het ontbijt was goed maar broodjes en koeken werden meermaals afgebakken waardoor ze de tweede dag heel erg hard waren.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem, netten und zuvorkommenden Personal! Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Strand/Meer, Zentrumsnah! Das Essen war sehr lecker! Einfach alles perfekt

Det var fantastisk oplevelse, rent og serviceminded personale tæt på strand og har sin privat svimmingpool og er smukt uforglemmelig natur.

We splurged and spent the night. This beautiful hotel. After a delicious buffet dinner we ventured down for a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Felt very good, but the temperature was not as warm as we would have liked. We did not use the other wellness facilities but would have liked to use the red light therapy room if time had allowed! Breakfast was wonderful. Fabulous pillows on the bed and we slept like babies! We felt spoiled!

Het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk en alles leek hen te veel. Het ontbijt was goed maar broodjes en koeken werden meermaals afgebakken waardoor ze de tweede dag heel erg hard waren.
