The room was clean. We were in the annex and they should make that clear when booking. The bathroom must have had previous flooding as the bottom of the door trim was damaged and the shower door was stained. A weird shape room but was spacious enough. It’s a 25min walk from old town. The pool area is great but the flooring is worn and damaged in places, need footwear. Deck chairs could do with facing the sun more. The access into the sea great. Pool staff very helpful. Check in staff ok but not overly friendly or helpful. Breakfast was great. Views lovely.

This property has several benefits. The v iew from virtually all parts of the facility is outstanding. The hotel is within walking distance of Dubrovnik. The patio allows direct access to the Adriatic for swimming. This is an outstanding facility.

Excellent hotel and staff. Great breakfast buffet and views to die for. The indoor pool is a little small but is compensated with an excellent outdoor pool ( which is not heated). One improvement the hotel could do is fix the showers as the design is flawed and the entire shower floor gets water from the shower spray.

A bit outdated premium hotel close to Dubrovnik old town. Great service before & during our stay. Rooms need a renovation soon but overall a good hotel. Great breakfast and many restaurants in the hotel. Nice pool area with the possibility to dip in the sea. The pool itself isn’t that big. Great choice if you want an easy and premium hotel experience and want to spend time at pool, gym & eat in different types of restaurants without the need for going outside of the hotel property.

Wow! Wonderful hotel ! Most of the rooms have large balconies, all semi private over looking the water. The hotel is an easy 15 min walk to Pile Gate. The breakfast is vast with many many options. The hotel is grand and the spa has a steam room, sauna, salt room , hot and cold pools along w a huge swimming pool. Much nicer to stay outside of old town and walk in. You get all the conveniences and you can park your car right at the hotel. Great hotel !!

Our friends had recommended this hotel and we are so glad we took their recommendation. We had the best time staying at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the outdoor seating. The amenities such as the gym and pool/seaside seating were fabulous. Highly recommend staying here. We stayed for 7 nights and would come again!

This is an amazing hotel / resort with awesome facilities, great food and staff service. I couldn’t rate any better. It has private access to cliff jumping, the adriatic sea, many pools and wellness facilities and everything you will ever need!

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very nice, the area where you have breakfast for me was the high point of the day with great service and great buffet, the pool and gym are very nice, the indoor spa and pool are very nice - the bathroom off indoor pool is a bit shabby and was leaking. The lady that organised the excursions was not great. She wanted us to go on a tuk tuk tour when there was a forecast for severe storm. Not great. I would say some staff lovely, some not as amazing as rest of Croatian hotels. The greek restaurant was lovely and service good. The bar food was good. It would be nice to have a hotel shop with affordable prices so not just designer. Overall such a lovely hotel

I had an remarkable stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had an incredible view. The entire hotel has a beautiful, refreshing scent the moment you walk in—it really adds to the whole experience. The staff were outstanding: professional, warm, and always ready to help. Amenities are top-class, especially the spa, pools, and the excellent breakfast selection. The location is also perfect—just a lovely 15-minute walk along the coast to the Old Town. Everything was exceptionally well organised and high-quality.

The property has fantastic ocean view from most of the common areas and our ocean view room had gorgeous view with large terrace. Most of the staff were couteous and helpful. Welcome glass of bubbly and live piano, cello, violin music in the lobby was a nice touch. As well as the check-in staff walking up up to our room and explaing the ameneties. Where this propert falls short is the guestroom. The room is in need of an update. Furnishings and fixtures look tired. And not clean. Felt as though housekeeping had only changed the bedding and towels and did not bother doing much else. I picked up debris outside threshold og the room door and wiped down surfaces with antibiotic wipes and there was visible debris on the floors so I ended up cleaning the floor with a wet towel so I don't feel so gross being in the room. Common areas of hotel are 5 stars but guestroom 3 stars. I understand that hotels cannot remodel guestrooms as often as the common areas but no excuse for rooms not being cleaned properly. I have been to older properties that have outdated rooms but not a big problem if it is clean. Please look into the quality of job being done by your housekeeping staff.

We booked a non-smoking room in the property. The first room we checked in with terrible smoke smells from carpet, curtains and quilt. We were unable to stand one minute in the room. The reception changed other room for us that looks fine. But after about two hours we have bitten by something on the couch. Then we found hundreds of ants were foraging in the room, on the sofa and carpet. We called the reception, we got a bottle of pest spray for kill the ants. Then we have to smell the pesticide all night. We have a terrible experience with this property.

The breakfast was the best thing about this property. But the grout was peeling in the shower area, our room was essentially in a basement (that had cushions stacked up everywhere and smelled old) and the balcony had seen better days and needs to be updated. The room is spacious but you can hear everything happening in the hallway - lots of kids yelling. I would try to stay somewhere else for my next visit, I expected more for the number one rated hotel in Dubrovnik.

The hotel had excellent facilities and the rooms were a good size but not large for a 5 star hotel. Appreciating it was close to end of season, room maintenance was at a tipping point into shabby, ceiling stained with water leaks, electric sockets coming out of the wall when plugs were pulled out, etc. The changing facilities in the pool area were showing signs of mould on the woodwork. The housekeeping staff were excellent in every respect. The porter and reception staff were also excellent in every respect, always taking the initiative to ensure you were receiving first class service. Breakfast was a different matter. The food was good and well presented. However, it was unusual to find a table fully set or reset on arrival at any time from 9am onwards. Tables tended to be partly set and we had to get milk, napkins, glasses or cutlery from adjacent tables. Rarely did staff take orders for tea or coffee without being sought out and then it would take a long time for them to return because the coffee bar was overrun due to lack of staff. There was a visible shortage of staff and managers were spending their time clearing tables instead of managing and they tended to be unfriendly when approached for requests to set tables and coffee orders. In fact, one female manager was so overwrought that she was rude when approached. Overall, breakfast service was understaffed and could be a fraught affair. Despite the experience at breakfast, we still enjoyed our stay.

部屋は離れのような建物でしたが静かでよかったです。 朝には近くの教会の鐘が鳴りますが起きるほどの音ではありませんでした。 少し換気が弱い気がしました。（トイレの臭いが消えない） 部屋にはテーブルやデスクがなく、買ってきたものを部屋で食べるには不便です。 朝食の品揃えがよく美味しいです。野菜も多く健康的な朝食が食べられました。パンの種類も多かったです。 生ハムとスモークサーモンを野菜やパンと食べるのが美味しかったです。炒めたマッシュルームが美味しかった。 ドリンクは紅茶・コーヒー類はスタッフの方に注文するスタイルです。 テラス席もありますが、タバコ吸ってる方がいます。 なんならドア開けているので臭いが屋内にも入ってきます。 旧市街との行き来はUber利用です。 行きは近いですが、帰りはホテルの前の道が一方通行のため遠回りするので少し時間がかかります。

Overall just not anywhere near a five star hotel. We changed rooms twice because they were both very dirty. From hair in the bed and sink, to stained bedding, filthy floors and the list goes on. The staff were pretty unhelpful about the whole thing. In the end we got upgraded to a new room which had a great view, but that's as good as Rixos gets. The hotel itself is not clean and everything is pretty outdated. The service in the hotel wasn't great either, we waited 20 mins for beach towels which never came, the staff weren't friendly and we also got woken up at midnight by a maintenance man fixing a shower next door to us. Apart from the great views from this hotel we wouldn't recommend it. Having previously stayed in Split and Hvar, this hotel does not deserve its 5 stars.

Fabulous hotel with the most amazing views. The room was comfortable and so lovely to have a veranda with extraordinary views. The food and drinks are expensive but nice. Service is good. Buffet breakfast is excellent. As it’s a large hotel with high turnover the room was quite dusty. Easy 20 minute walk to the Old Town.

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful cove with almost every room offering large parties with an amazing views of the sea. It’s about a 20 min walk to old town. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Excellent guitarist and singer on main floor bar for after dinner. The rooms were large but bathroom and mattresses need an update. We also didn’t have mattress covers with sheets on mattress directly which had stains. Also wish the hotel offered daily shuttle to old town. Overall a great stay just needs fine tuning.

Excellent guitarist and singer on main floor bar for after dinner. The rooms were large but bathroom and mattresses need an update. We also didn’t have mattress covers with sheets on mattress directly which had stains. Also wish the hotel offered daily shuttle to old town. Overall a great stay just needs fine tuning.

An impressive hotel right on the coast with stunning views. It’s also walkable into the old town of Dubrovnik. Plenty of on site dining options (albeit quite expensive). The outdoor pool area and terrace are nice although the pool was freezing. Note you may be staying in a building next to the main hotel which feels less glamorous and the views less impressive. Overall a good but quite pricy option for a stay in Dubrovnik

Very well located. Private deck and beach. Stunning views. But big resort feeling.. Not exclusive or boutique hotel feeling. 9th floor room has the main restaurant above it, dragging noises wake you up daily and afternoon. Unnaceptable. Air conditioning does not get as cold as the hall outside the room, also inaceptable for the rating the hotel (Resort) has.

This property exceeded my expectations and I would give it 6 stars. The staff is EXCELLENT and attentive. They pay attention to detail and addressed all our concerns. We received a free upgrade as it was our honey moon and were welcomed with a free bottle of champagne. The resort itself is breathtaking. The spa is exquisite. Breakfast was AMAZING. They have such a variety of fresh food to choose from, I was blown away. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and pleasant. Thank you so much for making our honey moon a dream come true!

I had an remarkable stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had an incredible view. The entire hotel has a beautiful, refreshing scent the moment you walk in—it really adds to the whole experience. The staff were outstanding: professional, warm, and always ready to help. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Great location and short walk to Old Town. You can also take a bus if you didn’t want to walk. The food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have experienced. Beautiful location.

The hotel had excellent facilities and the rooms were a good size but not large for a 5 star hotel. Appreciating it was close to end of season, room maintenance was at a tipping point into shabby, ceiling stained with water leaks, electric sockets coming out of the wall when plugs were pulled out, etc. The changing facilities in the pool area were showing signs of mould on the woodwork. The housekeeping staff were excellent in every respect. The porter and reception staff were also excellent in every respect, always taking the initiative to ensure you were receiving first class service. Breakfast was a different matter. The food was good and well presented. However, it was unusual to find a table fully set or reset on arrival at any time from 9am onwards. Tables tended to be partly set and we had to get milk, napkins, glasses or cutlery from adjacent tables. Rarely did staff take orders for tea or coffee without being sought out and then it would take a long time for them to return because the coffee bar was overrun due to lack of staff. There was a visible shortage of staff and managers were spending their time clearing tables instead of managing and they tended to be unfriendly when approached for requests to set tables and coffee orders. In fact, one female manager was so overwrought that she was rude when approached. Overall, breakfast service was understaffed and could be a fraught affair. Despite the experience at breakfast, we still enjoyed our stay.

The amenities are exceptional, Spa, Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, gym, fantastic Spa, amenities are free with various massage options for a fee. The breakfast has a huge selection of goodies. Loved this hotel and really hated to leave. Highly recommend- 20 minute walk to Old Town.

It was absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay there again. We hope to return. The staff were all truly amazing and very friendly. The room with balcony was just an amazing view. Music is always playing. The food is good and the view is the best. Just a five minute walk to catch the bus.

Excellent breakfast and rooms were also very nice and comfortable. Spa was excellent and a nice option to have, especially when the weather was not too good. Price of meals and especially the beach bar was close to being extortionate - €32 for an average burger could not be justified - if felt like you were being taken advantage of because of the lack of decent food options close by.

Great hotel, with amazing sea views and very good facilities (free spa access, table tennis, casino, etc). Great location, 20 min walk to the old town or €6.50 Uber. Food and drink rather expensive for what it is and some of the waiting staff can be rather disinterested. Also next to impossible to get a coffee at breakfast when it’s busy!

Property location and the faciltiies are excellent. What I do not like is the dining options. Limited and costly choices. A certain restaurant at the facility refused to serve the food I wanted, and listed in the room service menu. With VIP access service, I would have expected to be treated accordingly. I had to argue with the restaurant host and ultimately escalate to the hotel desk manager to get the service.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very nice, the area where you have breakfast for me was the high point of the day with great service and great buffet, the pool and gym are very nice, the indoor spa and pool are very nice - the bathroom off indoor pool is a bit shabby and was leaking. The lady that organised the excursions was not great. She wanted us to go on a tuk tuk tour when there was a forecast for severe storm. Not great. I would say some staff lovely, some not as amazing as rest of Croatian hotels. The greek restaurant was lovely and service good. The bar food was good. It would be nice to have a hotel shop with affordable prices so not just designer. Overall such a lovely hotel

I cannot say anything good about this place. So extremely disappointed in our stay. The place was filthy, the staff rude, would not accommodate anything you asked for.
