Excellent hotel. Only minus is the gym; location just beside the spa so it was hot at the gym and no sufficient air condition. Just 2 minutes run made you soaking wet.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en mai et nous avons été très contents. La chambre était très correcte avec un balcon. Un léger bémol sur l'absence de rideau occultant (un store de déroule le long de la fenêtre). Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet propose salé et sucré et c'est bon. Le resort compte plusieurs bars et restaurants dont le Zoé qui est très bien ainsi que des piscines dont notre préférée celle a débordement en roof top. La salle de sport est un peu trop simple et désuete. Le spa est super avec ses soins et la piscine intérieure. Quelques places de parking devant le bâtiment.

Globalement bon séjour. Gros plus pour le on the rocks ( le bar ) le staff est super sympa ! 15/20 min à pied pour aller faire des courses par la côte avec une super vue ! À prendre en compte en venant à cet hôtel - place de parking assez limité ( sinon 10€/ jour ) - l’équipement de plage ( parasols ) assez faible au vu de la taille de l’hôtel - le staff a l’accueil devrait être un peu plus souriant … - le service de ménage est assez aléatoire un coup c’était 13h, un coup 15h, parfois il n’était pas fait j’ai du me plaindre. - propreté à revoir dans les espaces communs C’est plus un 3 étoiles à mon avis

This resort has the most beautiful views you could possibly imagine. Products in the rooms are good but the rooms themselves are not great, poorly lit, the towels are on the “rag” side, and the a/c is barely strong enough. If you ask for extra towels, they take ages to arrive. If you ask for an iron, something horrendously stained arrives. The staff border on inept and the breakfast is like feeding time at the zoo. Poor quality food and so messy. The omelette makers are the best part but the queue is long and they should add another station. Having said that - once the kids get in the pool (all the ones they can use are a bit weird), they are so happy and they don’t care that all the loungers are taken and there is nowhere for their parents to sit and watch them do handstands in the pool because people “save” loungers at the crack of dawn and then don’t appear and the staff do nothing. I booked through Expedia and requested that my kids room was next door to my own. I asked weeks in advance yet they were two rooms down the hall. On one stay out of two we were put in accessible rooms which were on the disgusting side. Sheets clean, towels are old, stuff stuck on walls that hadn’t been wiped and a weird toilet. Not great for kids. Sink & shower fill with water a little and sprays all over the floor. Again, the view. Amazing. The snack bars are poorly run & £££. The wait to order is long and the restaurants are mid-quality and limited in menu. There are worse places of course…

Perfect place to stay with the family and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea, enjoy the sun, the multiple pools and to swim in the ocean. You can take a 15 min ride to the old city but then come back to paradise!

We loved our stay at Royal Neptun. The bed was big and our balcony view was out of this world. The complimentary breakfast and private beach also added greatly to our experience. A few minor nitpicks include that the shower pressure was poor and it was hard to get the right temperature. Additionally, the mini fridge was stocked so full that when we opened it, several glass beer bottles fell out and shattered all over the floor. Maintenance took a while to come, and when they were done cleaning, there was still beer and a few shards of glass remaining. Aside from these things, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel and staff were fabulous and made us feel very welcome. The Ariston Spa was particularly good- fantastic indoor pool and sauna facilities which was great at the weather was quite wet at times. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. When we arrived there was spilt milk that had gone off in the mini bar fridge and the shower still had rubbish from the previous occupants in it. But apart from that the hotel was fantastic

Spotless room , i had a junior suite on the 7th of 8 floors with a great sea view from the balcony. Great friendly staff, a special mention for Kate on reception who sorted out a minor discrepancy for me. Lovely breakfast although the bacon was nearly always cold . Champagne was on offer every day at breakfast. One of the best hotels i have stayed in 5 stars.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Royal resorts, this hotel is one of many in the resort and they are all linked. You will be able to access the facilities in all the other hotels too. The breakfast was a great spread, the only thing I would recommend is that at peak times and busy holiday periods, they should have more staff offering live cooking. We paid for an italian night evening buffet one of the nights which was great but I stood in the queue for more than 30 mins to get my pasta made which was very delicious! Housekeeping was good but could be better for a 5* property, we stayed there for 6 nights and not sure our room was hoovered or bed sheets were actually changed in that time. I would still really recommend this property, it is beautifully made, offers a lot to those who may not want to venture into the town however, easy access into Old town via bus stop located 5 mins from the property!

Excellent hotel in a great location. We had a premium sea view room with balcony on the 7th floor and it was worth every penny. I am attaching some photos to give a feel for the incredibly good views from the balcony. Staff are very courteous and helpful. If there is any room for improvement I would suggest including a bit of variation in the breakfast and dinner menus. The food was fresh and tasty but on most days it was quite repetitive and options were a tad bit limited compared to equivalent hotels in Spain, Greece or Portugal. The kitchen team could do with a bit more innovation around desserts and live food counters. But overall, an excellent hotel and strongly recommended. I would also suggest going for a half board deal as the restaurants on site are quite expensive if one were to dine regularly.

Great property and great staff. Very responsive. Though my request for a room on a higher floor was not granted my room was the first room behind the reception area, so was noisy. Also, I was not given the complementary wine as an Expedia platinum member. The hotel was a short walk to the bus line so extremely convenient to the old town of Dubrovnik. Room was clean and spacious and provided hot kettle and coffee in the room.

This resort has the most beautiful views you could possibly imagine. Products in the rooms are good but the rooms themselves are not great, poorly lit, the towels are on the “rag” side, and the a/c is barely strong enough. If you ask for extra towels, they take ages to arrive. If you ask for an iron, something horrendously stained arrives. The staff border on inept and the breakfast is like feeding time at the zoo. Poor quality food and so messy. The omelette makers are the best part but the queue is long and they should add another station. Having said that - once the kids get in the pool (all the ones they can use are a bit weird), they are so happy and they don’t care that all the loungers are taken and there is nowhere for their parents to sit and watch them do handstands in the pool because people “save” loungers at the crack of dawn and then don’t appear and the staff do nothing. I booked through Expedia and requested that my kids room was next door to my own. I asked weeks in advance yet they were two rooms down the hall. On one stay out of two we were put in accessible rooms which were on the disgusting side. Sheets clean, towels are old, stuff stuck on walls that hadn’t been wiped and a weird toilet. Property is excellent Most staff were brilliant but reception staff not so helpful I had to go to reception twice to order room service since they won’t pick up the phone but service charge was still there in the bill despite no 5 star service. Three reception staff talked to me aggressively at once when I requested late check out and one of them told me clearly that they want the room for next guest and showed no customer care to me assuming I wanted it for free. It was embarrassing to be shouted at by three people! I was requesting and happy to pay extra for late check out. Only bothered about the next customer. Did not feel hospitality unfortunately.

We loved our stay at Royal Neptun. The bed was big and our balcony view was out of this world. The complimentary breakfast and private beach also added greatly to our experience. A few minor nitpicks include that the shower pressure was poor and it was hard to get the right temperature. Additionally, the mini fridge was stocked so full that when we opened it, several glass beer bottles fell out and shattered all over the floor. Maintenance took a while to come, and when they were done cleaning, there was still beer and a few shards of glass remaining. Aside from these things, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Spent 2 nights of our honeymoon in this beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the easy access to the sea. The pools were incredible. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Zaharija at the reception went over the top to make our stay enjoyable!

A warm welcome when you arrive and great sea views from all the rooms. Breakfast is awesome and a short bus trip into the old town. If you can do 20 mins Lapad is a fantastic picturesque walk along the promenade.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Royal resorts, this hotel is one of many in the resort and they are all linked. You will be able to access the facilities in all the other hotels too. The breakfast was a great spread, the only thing I would recommend is that at peak times and busy holiday periods, they should have more staff offering live cooking. We paid for an italian night evening buffet one of the nights which was great but I stood in the queue for more than 30 mins to get my pasta made which was very delicious! Housekeeping was good but could be better for a 5* property, we stayed there for 6 nights and not sure our room was hoovered or bed sheets were actually changed in that time. I would still really recommend this property, it is beautifully made, offers a lot to those who may not want to venture into the town however, easy access into Old town via bus stop located 5 mins from the property!

From check-in to check-out, the staff were amazing and very friendly. The property is about 10-15min from old town and is very relaxing. It has plenty of pool areas to enjoy the beautiful views. We didn’t see many kids, but the ‘adult only’ rooftop pool bar and grill was very quiet and relaxing. We had dinner at the restaurant a couple times and it has live music til 10pm. The breakfast was also was a surprise as it was a long spread of items and beautiful ocean views. All-around, this property was amazing and would definitely stay here again!
