Be very aware of this hotel. Yes its very nice but when they remove access to the outdoor pool and beach whilst weather is still nice and guests want to use it, this is a disgrace!!!! From a policy point of view our expedia booking said Nov-Apr these facilities are closed. The hotel was closing it in October whilst it was still warm and many cheesed off guests! Shows to me they dont care about the customer, its all about corporate policy!!! Yes the hotel is nice, breakfast very good, lovely spa etc but this caused a real problem for us! We chose this location and hotel at the last minute based on the weather ahead and the fact we love Croatia. In my view THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

In our experience the Bar/ Restaurant and Pool areas are excellent: modern and clean with great staff. The residential property itself is a little tired, chipped baths and stained carpets in our room. Be aware, we booked this hotel because of beach facilities but were unable to access them as I have mobility issues and there are 142 steps down to the beach and beach restaurant with no lift. The hotel was surprised I raised this but the hotel website is not clear on this point. As the hotel is located away from the City it runs a timetabled coach to the city of Split which is useful and saves a fortune on local taxis- use Uber!!

My wife and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa for four nights in September, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was very comfortable, and the hotel amenities were excellent. It had easy access to the beach, and offered both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as hot tubs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient. The hotel was conveniently located - Ubers were really available, and the ride to the Old Town was less than 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping appalling, only made bed and changed towels. Did not empty bins, vaccum and clean up used coffee cups or replenish. Food in the Mint Bar was well overcooked and inedible. Carpets are filthy and you expect better when paying £260 a night and the hotel is very expensive to purchase drinks and food. The Triton restaurant which is not part of the hotel was fabulous

We were unfortunately disappointed in our stay at Radisson Blu in Split. Firstly, the outdoor pool and the area surrounding it and the beach club was closed during our stay despite the weather being great, however we understand now it was a few days out of season, however we were keen to sunbathe and there were only around 10-15 beds available outside the spa that we had to discover for ourselves as no one told us that these were available just that the “outdoor pool was closed” which we actually had to find out on our own by trying to get to it. It would have been good for this to have been advertised clearly as we probably would’ve booked elsewhere had we known. By the time we could check into our room the wait was long but understandable as they were busy, however once we checked into our room at around 15:30-16:00, we were checked into a dirty room, the sheets had been used etc. We then had to wait even longer for a new room and the one we were given we weren’t very impressed with for a Radisson Blu Standard and even then, once checked in it wasn’t “clean”, the bins had sanitary products in and the sides and mirror were dirty and the TV had obviously been knocked at some point before we arrived as it was practically hanging off the wall and wonky, not safe if you have young kids! This tainted our experience a lot and not what we expected from this standard of hotel! On the plus side the breakfast was very nice!

We stayed for 8 nights, and had to call for housekeeping to clear the room on 4 separate days. Also there was a sock left in the room which didn’t get picked up for 7 nights, also food under the sofa, and the worktops were sticky. My wife and I pride ourselves on cleanliness and after coming back from a day out we expect to come back to a clean room, other than that the hotel was very accommodating to us and our requests. The handwash and hand lotion was not checked or replaced.

The property was beautiful with stunning views. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It would hv been nice to have a small store to buy snacks, water, sunscreen etc. but we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful resort with a lovely pool and fantastic breakfast buffet. Our room was a little tired and not the best layout. The beds were really comfortable. We paid extra for an ocean view but it was a bit noisy with music from the bar area. We enjoyed our stay overall.

I think it’s sold as a beach resort which it is not. Paid 100 euros to have beds at the beach club where the staff were terrible and service was terrible. The air con in the rooms didn’t go below 22 degrees which wasn’t ideal. I think considering it’s meant to be 5 stars it just felt a bit underwhelming. On a whole wouldn’t go back to Split found everywhere we went ther service was pretty shocking.

We had 3 rooms. One was refurbished and was excellent. Beautiful room. The other two rooms were not refurbished and were tired. But all rooms had a wonderful view. Hotel staff (particularly at the dinner buffet) were very friendly. Food at the buffet was excellent. Excellent stay.

First off, great property and friendly staff. Food is good as well. The ONLY issue I had was that I set up a taxi through the hotel and when we arrived an hour late (no fault of the Radisson, obviously) there was no taxi. We got a taxi at the airport (there were plenty) but I do think the hotel should have kept in touch regarding transportation. Plus our taxi was cheaper than through the hotel.

This hotel is incredible and exceeded our already high expectations. From the moment we checked in, Michel was welcoming, efficient , and with his colleague Ivan, helped us out throughout the stay with any questions or needs. There were three of us and we had a fantastic sea view and the room size was impressive and a fantastic experience and of high quality. Food great, breakfast incredible, and prices were in line with the rest of split. The mistral beach bar, pool and bar and service from the staff was of a really high standard . We are definitely coming back… Thank you for the experience Radisson Split

Very poor food options No food after 10:45 pm yet they advertize on their elevators that you can ask and get anything after hours. Food wise. .. ( not true). Mini bar empty for a 5 star hotel that is strange Chronically understaffed Brekfast is good but only 2 people juat clen the tables. Nobody ask if you would want something and yet. Thwy have a ton of guests. All by themselves. Checking out of the hotel is typical crotian style 4 desks 2 peole working one is for chcckin and one is for checkout. And the. Checkput line has 25 people waiting ok a sunday am Staff at the pool reataurant. 2 people serving everybody Waited for drinks 16 minutes. And then they took our menus. As the staff is under pressure. We ended up getting our full meals comped. I guess they felt guilty. For bad service. ( . Understaffed )

Food and drink prices extremely expensive. Not enough beds around the pool. Terrible derelict building complete with lots of graffiti as a view. Nowhere nearby to eat. Breakfasts great. Split is gorgeous but I would go to a hotel nearer to the old town. We were 15 min drive to the old town. Great Uber prices though or free hotel bus into town at set times.

We had a great time but there were couple of issues like the abandoned hotel besides that was an eyesore, nothing touristy around the hotel that you could do in the evening and dining limited to hotel restaurants. We did like the breakfast and everything in the hotel.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town, about 40 mins walk to the old town (lovely walk along the coast). Mini bus runs a few times a day, and an Uber is about 7 euros. Not a lot around in the close vicinity of the hotel atm, but there's a lot of work going on along the beach which will be finished soon with bars, shops, shaded areas, volleyball courts etc which will be a big improvement. Hotel itself is nice. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, views depending on the room can be lovely, however some aren't great. Outdoor Pool area is clean, but pretty functional, there's no holiday atmosphere there which is a bit of a shame. However bar is good, and staff are again, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, but plates are tiny which is really frustrating. Sure there's a financial/ waste cutting explanation but trying to fit anything into a saucer size plate gets very tiresome. Sunbeds on the beach next to the club are available if you're early enough. Water is amazing, as it along the whole coast, as are the beautiful views. However, a beer from the bar is 11 Euros a pop!! Hopefully again, the new facilities opening down the road will alleviate this (sunbeds for non hotel users are 35 euro per person!! Even if it's mid afternoon). The naff house music blasting from the beach club can also be a real turn off. Over all decent, but it's very expensive, and probably overpriced. Hopefully with all the building work going on competition will level this out over time.

Beautiful location. Great food. There’s a shuttle that takes you into town and picks you up multiple times a day which was so useful! Saved us some money on Ubers.

Waterfront views are amazing. Room was well-appointed, although it could have used another outlet in the living room space. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner options were the only disappointment - there are several restaurants, but they had the same or similar limited and overpriced menus. I would recommend the property.

All was fantastistic, except the food at dinnertime. We had breakfast which was great! Then 1 time we stayed to have dinner. Not good. My chicken, 58 euro !! Was the worst food I had in my life. I do not understand how that happened. My wife had the corn risotto same story! Zero taste, aweful!

The hotel, staff and amenities exceeded both of our expectations. The breakfast options were 10/10 and the beach club was excellent. 5-10 euro uber to the old town was reasonable and a supermarket 10 minute walk away allowed us to get drinks/snacks for the room. Really enjoyed our week long stay.

We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend! The hotel was clean, had ample food options, and our view of the pool and ocean was fantastic. Beds were extremely comfortable. We so appreciated the hotel going above and beyond to make our honeymoon so special with thoughtful gifts upon our arrival! The included breakfast was probably the best we’ve had at a hotel. Huge selection including a staff member to make omelettes and crepes. We learned that the hotel does now not offer the buffet dinner that was advertised, but there are two other restaurants on site. The hotel was approx 40 mins from the airport with traffic. The hotel isn’t exactly situated on the ocean; however, we had access to the beach club as a hotel guest which was equipped with towels and lounge chairs. The spa was also fantastic. We loved our time here!
