La Quinta by Wyndham Plantation at SW 6th St

Room $116: I was okay with the room and had no issues with it except one. The microwave is 100% USELESS. Even pushed as far back as it will go, the door still only opens less than half way because there is a wooden bar that blocks it. We couldn't fit a single thing in it. As for my Mom.... there was ZERO HOT WATER in the shower. Zip, Zilch, Nada! It barely got room temperature, so showering was NOT fun. The bathroom sink kept clogging up and there is no stopper for it. There's no outlet in the bathroom for a night light. The pillows aren't great and their LACK of TV channels SUCKS. They don't even have the basic ABC, CBS, or NBC. It sounded like we were sleeping under the laundry room because ther was a continuous, non-stop & very loud vibrating hum.

Friendly staff a basic complementary breakfast and a good location with plenty of parking

Easy parking, very good breakfast buffet (amazing self service waffle maker) loved my stay there

Easy location and plenty of parking close to front of hotel which is useful with lots of luggage. Quick and easy check-in.
