I had problems from pre-check in. I was reallocated to a sister property in another suburb due to electrical faults in the room I had been allocated (but not informed about this). On arrival they could not find me on their system and when they did they allocated me to another room that had a faulty ceiling light in the bedroom (it kept flickering even though the switch was off - which I discovered on going top bed). I reported this and was moved to another room that was in sub standard condition (smelled) and the bedroom was not set up properly (including no beside lamps). My experience was so bad I decided to ask for a refund (including for the night I stayed due to the incovenience I experienced). Only a partial refund was provided. I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone.

Two bedroom apartment is great for families. Onsite car park is very handy. Reception has grab n go kits and also snack and vending machine. Shame there was no TV in the main bedroom.

We had a pet room. It was not very clean, persistant odour. The hygiene was not good, stains on tiles in bathroom from previous tenants. Carpet was very old and dirty on foot. Poor water pressure from shower. Faculty TV. If only proper investment to maintain the property matched what is charged. Not fully sound proofed, we had pipes next to our room, with running water noise. We could hear everything in the hallway. Location was great. Good to bring dogs along. Spacious room. Close to transport. Easy parking. Service did their best.

The room was large, comfortable in climate, and very clean! The cooking facilities were clean and easy to use. The bed had fresh linen, good quality pillows and super comfortable mattress. The staff had all been so lovely to my wife and I, leaving us a handwritten welcome notes each day, welcome chocolates. I really recommend this property

Staff were lovely and helpful, and the rooms are well appointed however rooms were very noisy with quite a few hairs on bathroom sink and a few on top of the bed (as if the person making up the room had just had a haircut!). Overall stay was ok but hearing a lot of wardrobe doors in other rooms opening and closing through the night and people showering was not ideal.

Room I was in was quiet - this was good. Bed was reasonably comfortable, with good pillows. We were on the ground floor, and it was noisy because the room was adjacent to the roadway and the trams. Someone left the doors to the outdoor area open before we arrived, and it had rained and wet the carpet in the room in front of the doors. Not ideal.

Very happy with our stay. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to be accommodating. Rooms are a litte dated but very, very spacious and clean! Great location for where we needed to be for a conference and there is an excellent cafe just a few doors down called Mister and miss for coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again to the staff for excellent customer service. Very affordable price too.

Excellent location near various shops. Rooms bright and very clean. Show in bath a dangerous hangover from the 1970's but easily manoeuvered if you take your time. Separate bedrooms and bathroom. Spacious lounge/kitchenette area. Patio was a bonus!

We loved our stay at Quest! Loved the apartment, the new-ish building, late night check in was a breeze, very friendly customer service. We had a patio (ground floor) and all necessities. The only obvious disadvantage is distance to the downtown of Melbourne and airport. The hotel is steps from the tram stations, so that’s easy, but ride to CBD takes close to 50 mins. Despite of the distance, we loved the property so much, we would stay again!
