Sehr guter Service, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist versteckt am Anfang der Straße, am besten vorher die Karte zum Einfahren an der Rezeption holen und Weg erklären lassen. Netter kleiner Pool. Gegend ist so lala, aber die Trambahnhaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten weg, da ist man in 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Hotel ist schon etwas abgewohnt, der Wasserdruck ist in den oberen Stockwerken etwas mau, aber die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Gutes Restaurant mit Mailänder Preisen, umfangreiches Frühstück. Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

The bed was tall and very comfortable and the TV is modern allowing seamless connection with your phone. Suite room, was very spacious and clean, shower was very low powered. Pool was really nice, didn’t get too busy and good for a family. Location is decent for train or tram into Milan centre. Not much near by so be wary that you’ll have to stay in Milan to eat Breakfast was ok, gets quite busy and overcrowded and as standard no variation on whats offered. Restaurant service was terrible and food came out cold, they struggled to handle a slightly more busier time of year…

belles chambres très propres avec parquet au sol, literie néanmoins assez dure et très peu de pression au niveau de la douche, ce qui enlève un peu de confort. Hôtel éloigné du centre mais dans quartier calme.Très bon parking même avec un gros SUV. Nous avons pris des taxis pour le centre entre 15 et 20 euros la course, mais assez rapide(de15 à 25 min.). Le petit dej n'est pas très qualitatif et le restaurant est décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant.

We picked the property solely for its proximity to San Siro Stadium in the event Uber/Taxis/Metro were all overwealmed after a concert (they were and our prescheduled ride never showed). We were able to walk the 4 kilometers back so the pick payed off since the event was the purpose of the trip. We were in town less than 70 hours so we Ubered everywhere to save time waitng on buses/trollies/Metro which were are all viable options if you arent pressed for time. I dont feel the light system next to your door for service was clearly explained. Other than the shower wall tiles needing a pretty good scrub everything was clean and our room provided plenty of space, especially the bathroom.

La réception, qui a été attentive et nous a proposé un changement de chambre rapidement, a fait ce qu’il fallait sur le moment. Néanmoins, l’emplacement est beaucoup trop éloigné du centre et la prestation globale n’est pas à la hauteur de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de la chaîne Radisson. We were informed that we received an upgraded room, which was nice, but the overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations. The bathroom flush was not working properly, and the biggest issue for us was the drinking water situation. The hotel provides only two small bottles at a time, and every time we finished them, we had to call again to request more. They only give two bottles per request, which can be uncomfortable, especially for shy guests who may not feel okay asking repeatedly for such a basic need. Considering the hotel isn’t located close to the city centre, the pricing felt a bit high compared to the convenience and facilities offered. The stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
