Great walkable location. The hotel room was updated, nice and spacious. Very comfortable bed, got very good sleep. Hotel restaurant and bar was nice and convenient, always busy which is good and bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Drain smell in room and generally hotel tired and needs a refurbishment. We also had a room which had a door adjoining the next room allowing sound through easily and had very noisy neighbours at 5am who woke us up and we had to tell to be quiet. Breakfast brilliant and great location. Parking is in the massive underground car park under the main square, a short safe walk away

God morgenmadsbuffet. De ansatte er venlige og smilende. Synes sengene var hårde (det skulle man lige vende sig til), men ellers et godt værelse. Man burde overveje at fjerne badekar og installere brusekabine - mere hygiejnisk, virker gammeldags med badekar. Ellers et hyggeligt sted, som ligger centralt i Brügge i gå afstand til alt. Dyrt at parkere i p-hus.

Bar was closed on a Sunday evening. Had to ask 3 times for an extra pillow & blanket, ultimately taking 24 hours to resolve. Hotel itself was clean and had character. Smelt lovely as you entered reception. Breakfast on the higher priced side at €22 each but good quality.

Great location for shops, food, markets, etc. Once you drop off your luggage and have to park at the underground location, there are a lot of turns and U-turns, but the garage is large and parking spaces are too. The entrance/exit is in a tunnel so be prepared. The staff was super friendly.

Great location to the city. You can always step by the hotel as the weather is unpredictable sometimes. Prefer 2,60 euro parking 10 mins walking at Oesterparking which is very cheap.

Was allocated a room that hadn’t been cleaned twice therefore had to return to reception multiple times to sort it out. Was eventually given a clean room which was upgraded to a superior room, however this was extremely dirty/ damaged and had a view of the roof level plant. Was given a complimentary breakfast due to the issues but the staff tried to charge us at the end of the stay. Have stayed here previously with no issues, won’t be staying here again.

Das Zimmer hätte am Anreisetag etwas sauber sein können. Dies wurde aber am nächsten Tag verbessert. Leider gab es keine Toilettenbürste und die Toilettenspülung hat wenig Wasser gespült. Die Einrichtung war zwar etwas älter aber es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Würde das Hotel daher jederzeit wieder buchen

Front desk staff was professional. Room was not that great, A/C wasn’t working There was trash in the garbage and a used tissue on the floor, was never picked up throughout our stay. No shower gel in bathroom, called to request and they never brought it, I had to go looking for housekeeping. Breakfast was great, tasty and good variety.

Overall hotel was ok. Room occasionally had a musty smell to it. Cleaning of the room could be better as it is not always consistent. Stayed for 4 nights. Little things were always left out or not topped up after each night. Our teabags were refilled but no milk, hand soap was empty but not refilled, We started off with 4 towels on first night but reduced to 2 towels subsequent nights even though there were 4 of us and our tables were never wiped down. The crumbs and food stains were always left on the table. The sink in the bathroom was never cleaned properly. On our first night there, there were bits stuck to the inside sink that was clearly left over from previous guest’s use which was a bit off putting.

The hotel has a cool castle-manor theme. Large rooms and giant bed with super cozy lighting. I was surprised how big everything was. Elevator was a little wonky. Extremely convenient location and good value!

Het is prijstechnisch gezien te weinig wat je krijgt! TV werkt niet goed. Kraan bad/douche koud/warm verkeerd om, ook steeds veranderd de temperatuur van het water. Stopcontacten kapot!!!! Geluidsoverlast. Geen drank verkrijgbaar in de centrale hal. Diverse plaatsen vloerbedekking kapot. Op de site van het reserveren stond parkeerplaats aanwezig dus niet! Enige voordeel is de centrale ligging van het hotel. Verder is het hotel aan grote opknapbeurt toe!!!!!!!

This hotel is first class. The staff friendly, the rooms a large and clean. This hotel is in walking distance from the train station and all the site in the old part of town. The hotel breakfast buffet was first class. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Brugge will be our hotel of choice.

We booked this hotel on Expedia (paid in full) and my husband checked us in and they charged us again for the room. We were charged twice and nobody will refund us. It’s very concerning to think that there is some sort of scamming going on with this hotel..

Good location, excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. The cab ride from the train station was a cheat, although nh is very close to the station which is why I choose it, the pavement is so rough that I was worried about the wheels on my fairly heavy suitcase. Friends just stick to Uber.. And for some reason Googles maps is ineffective in Brugge, but effective in Amsterdam
