I was there with my daughter and my niece. They liked the pool... but idk if it was too much chlorine or what but it seemed to irritate my 10 yr old nieces shin. They went swimming 3 times on Saturday in that pool. Other then that it was a good stay. My daughter can't eat red meat, she did get some turkey sausage 1 morning but not the next.

It wasn't the cleanest, the housekeeping should hit corners in the bathroom and I found a fruit loop on the floor. Loose tile board in the front foyer. Staff was nice, breakfast hot, area clean and it was quiet and easy parking. I'll stay again when in douglas

Love that it’s convenient to many areas. However our room appears to have lots of wear and tear. Bathroom Floor had permanent spots. Carpet as well . Springs in bed made noise simply getting out of the bed. Lastly our tv didn’t work.

The room was nice and comfortable but the fridge had been unplugged as well as the tv. The cable box was unplugged and the hdmi cord was as well. It took a while to figure out why the tv wasn’t getting a signal.

Love the front desk staff who always treat me like a friend when I travel here for business. They will go above and beyond for you during your stay and always have a smile and a "good morning". The woman who works the breakfast area works so hard and keeps it immaculate. Great place for a quiet business stay close to all that you need.

Checking in was a breeze, felt safe, had a hard time keepimg the room warm and when we turned up the heat our room filled with either asain beetles or lady bugs and when we brought this to the attention to the clerk she blatenly ignored our concerns like it wasnt a big deal but we paid almost 200 dollars for a peaceful night away

I would like to say, that Cheyenne, who is the front desk assistant is an amazing person. I've stayed there twice in the last almost 4 months. Ive had a few issues and Cheyenne did not hesitate in making sure my family and I were well taking care of. Outstanding service! I served 20 years in the military, and I too worked in the service department. My family in I ate breakfast while we were there and Ms. Dee, the food service manager, was very polite and courteous when suppling our wants for anything. We thank her so much! Overall, amazing service from an amazing team. We would recommend any and everyone to stay at this hotel. Especially if you value great service. Thank you again for top notch service!!

At my check-in which was after 3p the woman that registered me is a white woman and her name begins with an L. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I had two reservations with Expedia but only one was prepaid. She called Expedia for me to cancel the other reservation. She was VERY sweet and I regret I didn't have cash to tip her. I like your hotel but she made my stay a great one.

I want to first state that I have never written a bad review, even when some may be needed, however after this experience, I felt it was absolutely necessary. I am extremely unsatisfied with our stay. We had no hot water. The front desk clerk stated it was because there were so many taking showers at the time. We never got hot water during our stay. We were unable to shower before bed nor the next day before checking out. The television did not work. Same front desk clerk came and messed with the cables, it worked for maybe five minutes before going back out. We asked for extra blankets for our son to sleep on the pull out couch, but were told they did not have any and gave me a sheet instead. Asked to speak with a manager and he gave me a business card with an email address to reach out to a manager. At check out the next morning expressed my disappointment in the way our stay was and that we didn’t feel we should that we should have paid as much money as we had and couldn’t shower, watch television much less have a blanket to cover up with. This was met with absolutely nothing. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I will NEVER stay at this facility again. Nor would I recommend that anyone waste their money.

We really enjoyed our stay.We would certainly come again.The staff was very nice.We especially appreciated the lady over the breakfast.She was so pleasant and helpful.We would come back just for the delicious breakfast.You can eat as much as you want and there is a grab bag to take something back to your room.We would recommend Holiday Inn Express to others.Check-in and check-out were a breeze.The manager allowed us to check in an hour early so that we would not be late for out event.That alone meant so much to us.Thank you.
