The reason I pick the Hilton was they had a EV charger. The Price ,Comfort and Amenities will make this our over night stop when commuting to our home in Florida from Chicago.

Stay was great. Tons of food and shopping right around the hotel. Pool was heated and useable even though temp outside was low. All staff was friendly. Couple things to keep in mind breakfast is an extra charge unless you pay for it up front in your booking, and they now charge 6 dollars a day for parking. But breakfast was solid and worth the pre booking price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the restaurant/bar on-site. After a long day on the road, it was wonderful to be able to eat dinner without having to leave the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again in the future!

Outside pool was nasty. Walls, ladder, flaps in between outside and inside all had black crap on them. Like algae or just not cleaned in a very long time. Also, I had booked the wrong location, did Hilton garden inn…Meant to book the Hilton Home2Suites which is literally across the parking lot. Hotel staff couldn’t help at all with simply moving to a room across the parking lot. Was totally my fault and booked through Travelocity which couldn’t do anything either. Was an anniversary and the home2suites is where we stayed years ago so was disappointed Hilton couldn’t credit one hotel and move to the other. Literally across the parking lot. And yes, there’s were plenty of rooms available. Even with my wife being a Hilton honors member for years as well. Again, my fault 100% for incorrectly booking with addresses damn near the same. But mostly booked for that awesome the pool area of the suites and sentimental value. Then to have the Garden Inns pool just flat out nasty made it worse. Room was great and front desk was nice as well.

The new QR code parking is highly inconvenient. Why would management want to inconvenience guests like that. 6 dollars a day to park in a non tourist area is ridiculous and the method to pay is unnecessary . Absolutely ridiculous. The staff is nice and the place is clean and nice. I wish the bar stayed open until..

The Hilton Garden inn was very clean, staff friendly, and the food at their restaurant was good. Had full bar as well. It is pet friendly which is a plus for us! We liked it so much that we will stay here on our return trip!

One elevator inop, the other smells like a vets office. Room AC unit was so noisy and revved up and down. Hair in the bathroom. Just not a nice place even for the price. I actually left about 2 hours after checking in and went down the street and paid 2x as much but at it was worth it.

I am super anxious about booking hotels and look at the reviews really carefully before booking. After probably an hour and a half of comparing hotels in the area, I booked this one for a one night stay on our road trip. It was great! Very clean and felt very safe. We didn’t hear anyone around us and the whole hotel smelled clean. Check in and check out were very efficient and both employees we worked with were very friendly. The ONLY downsides, which were mild in my opinion, were 1.) this is in a pretty busy retail area so you can hear traffic occasionally and 2.) the room was a little warm, and I couldn’t get the AC to turn on. But, it IS February so the AC may have been blocked on purpose, and take with a grain of salt my saying it was warm, because during our stay I was really sunburnt and feeling just generally overheated because of it. I would definitely stay again! My number one priorities in a hotel are cleanliness and safety, and this property was great in both of those areas.

Room carpet gooey & sticky in area next to bed. Counter surface dirty with syrup or pop. We arrived at 5:30 & room was unavailable for check in; had to wait in lobby. No free parking. No free breakfast. No available computer in Office Space…only a printer. No service for making change on a $20, so we could tip with smaller denominations.

My room was very clean and well maintained. I was surprised that there was an additional fee for parking and breakfast. I walked through the breakfast line and, in my opinion, it was not worth $17. There are many additional dining options within walking distance.

The rooms were rather spartan, but they had most of what you might want. The alarm clock didn't work; we turned it in to housekeeping but never got another one. The ironing board was not padded, and we had to improvise with a bath towel to make it work for pressing our clothes. The breakfast selection, especially the fresh fruit, was very good. We were surprised that breakfast wasn't included in the room price, but we feel we got good value for the charge for a continental breakfast. Staff was competent, and the hostess at breakfast was very efficient and pleasant. Our room was right above the air conditioner bank, so we had intermittent noise when the units came on. The bed was very good. The location was good for all the events we had planned, but next time we will stay closer to Atlanta to facilitate airport connections.

Just really outdated rooms and hallways. Curtians had holes and stains both in hallways and rooms. The room we had was a handicapped room and the blinds were electric, they didn't work. We did report it and the fixed it promptly, so that was nice. In general the room was pretty beat up. Why don't these multi million dollar hotel chains do a better job of updating the rooms people stay in.

The younger girls at the front desk were the most friendliest and helpful. I was very impressed with their attitudes and personality. However the guy upon checkout lacked in personality and approachability. A lady came in who was elderly .. as I was checking out and she was asking for a brochure to take him bc her family was looking for a hotel in near future. He actually laughed when she asked him stating no one does that anymore.. he did not offer the website as an alternative in fact he mentioned other hotels besides this one! SMH

We use this location every year on trip to Florida. Very close to exit but not right next to freeway noise. Walk across road to Mexican restaurant was perfect this year! We leave early in AM to miss crazy Atlanta traffic. Ideal in so many ways. Many restaurants, Costco, Whole Foods and car wash all within a mile from hotel.

Very pleasant stay. There was some road noise but that’s true of most hotels off of i75! The interior was very quiet. The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had. There was an option for a hot breakfast (at a cost), and it was excellent with very pleasant attentive staff.

Great hotel. Only issues we had: room stayed cool but the A/C wasn’t cutting the humidity in room- towels weren’t drying, sheets, clothes felt damp. Also- only two towels/cloths in bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely superb!!
