Property advertise that they had pool. The pool was not in service. We also did not have any air conditioning in the room but was supposed to have some. Hotel never gave discount on room for both of these situation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. We loved the rooftop pool, the gym, and the game room! The 10th floor restaurant was excellent. There was no refrigerator in our room, which could have been a problem because I have medication that needs to be refrigerated. However, the reception was able to keep my medicine for me, which was fine. The laundry service was AWESOME but expensive. The breakfast buffet was very good, but expensive. We loved the stay overall, and it was a very short walk to the train station. The décor was totally Barcelona!

Hotel was a decent 3 star hotel. Unfortunately the main amenities they advertised were “closed for refurbishment” during our entire stay. This was the pool & rooftop bar - closed without any notice or info. There’s also no mention of them around the hotel on signs for what’s on each floor like in the lifts etc so it seems like a long term thing. It’s very frustrating because it’s the only reason we booked this hotel and would have chosen another if we knew the hotel was baiting people to book with the pictures on hotels.com and their own site of amenities they don’t have available. The rooms also have no fridge, hairdryer or iron etc. and breakfast was very basic and 100% not worth the charge.

We stayed one night and booked the hotel for its pool and the fact that the room had A/C. Well both were not working. No pool no a/c. Temperatures were quite high in June so never got any sleep. No compensation from hotel. Many guest had same issue and some were moved to different rooms but they had none left for us.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist hervorragend – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Metro entfernt, sodass man in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt ist. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und dazu zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Auch der Pool war sehr schön. The only problem at this hotel was the lifts . I could not get up to my room and then to 3rd floor then the exit. I nearly mussed my train waiting for lifts. Everything else was great.

Hotellet ligger fantastisk - lige ved siden af Barcelona Sants og 5 minutters gang til metro. Det er meget nemt, at komme rundt til hele byen herfra. Hotellet er smart og moderne, men bærer en smule præg af, at være et sminket lig. Morgenmadsbuffeten fejler som udgangspunkt ikke noget - dog virker deres kaffemaskiner ikke halvdelen af gangene. Rengøringen er ikke tilfredsstillende. Der bliver kun skiftet sengetøj og stillet nyt toiletpapir - selvom vi holder orden på værelset, blev der hverken støvsuget eller vasket gulv. Personalet er dog utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme - de fortjener alle 5 stjerner. Vi har været meget glade for at bo her, men det kan ikke få mere end 3 stjerner samlet.

Hotel is very stylish, had many offerings like a posh lounge, and two restaurants (3rd floor and rooftop). Also very close to other late night eats, and most importantly the TMB bus (Estació de Sants), metro (Estació Sants) AND Rodiales (Sants station). If you do hop on/off it’s west of the train station and just as easily accessible. Rooms are very well kept and somewhere you could trust the cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were immaculate. The ONLY thing I would change about that is having trash bags in the trash can. My baby pooped in their diaper and it would have been great to tie that up in a bag to sequester the smell until the next day’s maid service. The small plastic bags in the rooms for feminine products don’t fit the diapers. Great stay!! Would definitely come back!

Der var markante smæld hver gang en dør blev lukket. Samtidig foregik rengøringen på gangen fra kl. 08.00 til 16.00, hvilket betød, at der stort set ikke var rolige perioder, hvis man ønskede at hvile sig på værelset i løbet af dagen.

Das Zimmer war geräumig aber staubig. Das Früstück war nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Es wurde erst wieder aufgefüllt, bis der letzte Krümel weg war. Das Geschirr muss der Gast selbst verräumen. Oftmals vergisst der Gast es und der Tisch ist dann wie besetzt und kann nicht genutzt werden. Die Lage ist gut und in der nähe ein Metro.

Tiny rooms with no amenities... not even a basic coffee maker. Uncomfortable bed- tough to sleep on. Nice property but rooms should be better at that price point. They have no ice machine on the floors, so you'd think requesting ice would be a thing. Nope, they said I'd have to go the bar. High priced rooms with poor service, no amenities and a crappy bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised to be offered a room with separate beds free of charge. However, the soundproofing was quite poor — you could clearly hear everything from the adjacent room, even when people were just talking. Unfortunately, we weren’t lucky with our neighbours, as they decided to have conversations at 3am every night. That said, the room’s design and the overall hotel aesthetic were absolutely top-notch.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the train station, lots of good places to eat close, only downside was the motivation activated light under the bed, it would turn on and would take about 5 minutes to turn off. Was annoying in the middle of the night if someone got up to go to the bathroom it woke everyone else up. Overall excellent!

Good location if you are taking the train to/from Barcelona Sants station, which is just round the corner. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I found the air conditioning a bit strange though - it felt warm in the room despite it being at 19 deg C. There are many eateries around and a supermarket next door as well. I only wish that they had a kettle for making tea - that would have made the stay better. The breakfast buffet has a good spread but no changes in the 2 days I was there.

Property was fairly clean, but overall disappointing. The surrounding area was a bit unsavoury. Staff and service were very hit or miss with some staff being amazing but the majority were poor. Food was mediocre in both restaurants and ordering ar best. Though bonavista was far superior. There was nearly no sound proofing at all, from outside noise, hotel neighbours or the roof.

Location is great. Common areas are fantastic. The biggest issue is with the room. The room quite long but very narrow and pretty dark. It feels claustrophobic. The room is also very bare bones. No fridge, no iron, no extras at all. It does have a small balcony which is nice. The gym is great and the breakfast menu is pretty nice. I probably won’t stay there again since the rooms really are not good.

El hotel y el personal espectacular, el desayuno estupendo. Nuestra habitación dejaba un poco que desear ya que era muy pequeña y con la cama contra la pared y sólo se podía entrar por delante y por un lado, si se usa por 2 personas era un poco incómoda. Recomiendo elegir la habitación superior a la standard ya que seguramente no tiene ese problema.

Staff was amazing and we really appreciate them. However there were problems with the system which caused so much hassle. We were 6th in line for check it at 2:45pm and was in line for an hour. After settling into our room, someone knocks and tries and inspect the room, and in the morning the staff called and came up to our room to get our names because there was something wrong with the system and it had no name. Again the staff was amazing and I don’t blame them but the problems with the system was horrible.

The hotel was okay for a couple of days, clean and location is good. The only thing I didn't like was waiting for the check in. 20 people in a row, we waited more than 45 minutes. I will come back

Stay was wonderful except the horrible security guard who yelled at us, and threatened to call the police for staying 5 minutes over the pool hours (we thought it closed at 11 when that actually was just the rooftop bar) This was so unacceptable I had the security guard go down to the front desk and talk to the front desk for telling us a different time of pool closing. She then proceeded to get upset at the staff and demanded the persons name who gave incorrect information. Unpleasant experience. The front desk was very nice and accommodating.

The property was located in a great place with the metro and station on either side. It made getting into the centre very quick and easy. The hotel its self was really clean and convenient. The pool was great on the roof was great to have a sip after a long day. Only last a staff because of the restraint on the roof. Was a nice restaurant and food was nice however food and drink would take a while to arrive at our table even if when it wasn’t busy.

Great area, close to train station which was perfect for my early morning train. Very friendly staff. Easy to walk everywhere. Great breakfast. Only downside was rooms aren’t very well soundproofed so I could hear the child next door and someone seemed to have a barking dog and in the morning a lot of people were up about 5:30am and banging doors. But great hotel otherwise.

Service at breakfast very poor. Bad coffee. Pan Cake machine most of the time not running. No label on jam containers to identify the type of jam it was. No spoon in the jam container to get the jam out. Menu at the bar restaurant for meat and fish lovers only. No vegetarian option. Positive: close to public transportation- about a 3 min walk.

Triste el approach sobre que “el desayuno es solo una excusa para comer postre antes de medio día” decía un rótulo en el comedor. Esa tendencia poco saludable está desactualizado con respecto a la época en la que vivimos que es la búsqueda de salud: anti glucosa ;) Apreciaría al menos mayor variedad con menos alimentos dulces y más balance en la oferta.
