On a main tramline into old town really easy to travel around. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Great pool and steam room ( sauna was not working for some of the stay). Decent sized rooms and breakfast was sufficient and varied.

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es gab eine gute Auswahl. Die Verkehrsanbindung in die Stadt war ideal, man konnte überall problemlos hinkommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Be Der Wellnessbereich war angenehm. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Booked it as we didn’t want to be right in the city centre, but there is a very pleasant 20 minute walk into the city which we loved. Parking here is really easy, garage below the hotel for a good price. Only minor thing to note is the faint smell of smoke when walking through the corridor. Our room itself didn’t smell of smoke but parts of the hotel did. Something to be mindful of as a non-smoker! Enjoyed our stay though and would recommend staying here for Sarajevo

My favorite hotel. Easy location for self driving. Nice facilities and staff. Choices for dinning.

The hotel itself was good, but I was unhappy with how the reception staff treated me during check-in. I had booked two rooms for two adults and two children, aged 13 and 17. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that I would need to pay extra for breakfast because the two children were considered adults based on their ages, which affected the pricing. I explained that I had booked the package holiday through Expedia, entering the ages of the children, and that I had already paid the full amount for the flight and accommodation, which did not reflect any price difference per person. The receptionist insisted that this was an issue with Expedia. After a lengthy discussion, he ultimately agreed not to charge the extra fee. I found this situation unnecessary, and it started my holiday off on a negative note. Overall, the hotel was nice but located quite far from the main town center. The rooms were spacious, although a bit outdated, and the restaurants and spa were good. I have traveled to numerous countries and stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this before.

Hotel muy bonito, muy limpio y confortable

A really enjoyed six night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with varied choice to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were quick to adddress mistakes over an airport transfer that did not appear and the request for a non smoking room which had not been met initially. The hotel is in a pleasant spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a nice walk into town and taxis are readily available and cheap. However, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely return on future visits to Sarajevo. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Bathroom in our suite had moldy water damaged ceiling. Non of the toiletries were filled so we had no shampoo or conditioner or anything else.Furniture in the living room area was old and dirty also mini bar was empty. We only had 3 small flat pillows and it was really disappointing. I do have to say at least the bed was comfortable but other then that definitely not what i expected for the price I paid and type of room I booked.

Man måste veta att hotellet är avsedd för meniskor med Muslimska tron. Hotellet serverar INGA alkoholhaltiga drycker. Och ingen beikon till frukost. Vi kom till frukosten kl.08.30, ingen äggröran. Fick vänta på ägget nästan en halvtimme. Trasig jus maskinen. Rummet var så liten att man kan knapt vända sig i. Ingen har tvättat fönster sedan hotellet öppnade. Hoppa över detta hotell, det finns många bättre hopell i Sarajevo.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The front desk and the staff are very helpful. The issues- somewhat confusing breakfast layout, the coffee machine broke the first morning, and it was not fixed the next morning. The checkout was (surprise) at 11 am. The windows in my room were very dirty on the outside. Very poor TV channel selection, no laundry bag or other 'regular ' hotel amenities. On the positive side, the bottled water was plentiful and free.

otel gayet güzeldi ve temizdi havuz gayet iyi tertemizdi oda yeni düzgün mobilyalarla döşenmiş ferah ve yeterli düzeyde idi banyo gayet geniş ve temiz idi bende yorumlara bakarak karar vermiştim başkalarına da fikir olması için söyleyebileceğim tek sıkıntı gibi görünen euro yada usd otelde geçerli değil kendi para birimlerinde ödeme istiyorlar ben yanımda sadece euro olduğu için biraz napacağımı bilemez durumda kaldım .... bir de çalışanlar türkçe bilmiyorlar ancak ingilizce iletişim kurabiliyorsunuz aklınızda olsun bunun dışında gayet temiz düzenli çalışanları ilgili bir otel işletmesiydi çokta şıktı ayrıca tavsiye ederim

The man at reception went to 'check' my room, however 5-10 mins later, I found him still talking to another customer that he bumped into on the way to my room. As I'd had a long journey and just wanted to get to my room, I asked the woman at reception if she could ask her colleague to maybe continue chatting after my room issue is sorted. She took her time doing so as well. By this point, my first impressions of the hotel was not the best. Eventually after a long check-in procedure, I made it to my room - which was outdated, but at least clean. The connecting room door was not locked, so I phoned reception, who said they would lock it now. However at 1.30am, I got the shock of my life when the customer next door just walked into my room! I phoned reception again to report this and they finally locked it. Thank god I wasn't asleep, otherwise it would have been extremely creepy for a solo female.

It is modern, large hotel but the rooms are very, very small or certainly the one we were in (1021). The breakfast is cery disappointing too. Not much choice, most of the hot options are not warm enough. There is always a long queue for a coffee which simply clogs up the breakfast area. There were no pancakes, crepes or waffles and there is no information offered anywhere in the restaurant in relation to fresh cook to order egg options (omelettes, fried eggs etc.). Is it that hard to put up a sign in a few languages if that is an option. All in all, it is a very average hotel for a Movenpick!

I have to say that staff was so professional and very helpful. The only problem I have was a broken window, so it was so noisy!

The staff is very helpful and polite. We had an evening flight and they allowed our luggage to stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is 10 minutes away from the City Center.

Oda ve otel çok güzel fakat otel baş çarşıya uzak biz araç kiralamıştık sorun olmadı. Otel de ne yazık ki Türkçe bilen yok buna çok şaşırdık. Ayrıca otelde alkol yok restorant ve mini bar da bira dahi bulunmuyor. Movenpick muhafazakar olmuş sanırım.

Its really very high class and modern hotel with friendly reception and easy walk distance from the city center .

Beautiful property. The location is a bit further from the main attractions (Old Town) but taxi service is inexpensive if you don’t mind transport.

Pænt hotel men morgenmaden var ikke særlig indbydende, for at sige det mildt. Og en morgen ville vi spise kl. 6, hvor hotellet angav man kunne spise fra, men intet var klar og der var intet personale. Dertil kan man ikke nyde alkohol på hotellet, hvilket godt nok er angivet langt nede i teksten om hotellet, men lidt ærgerligt. Maden var i øvrigt ej heller god i det hele taget. Kan ikke anbefales.

Hotel showing its age now. It's also a alcohol free in the hotel, so if you enjoy a beer or wine with your dinner find somewhere else to stay. Dinner menu is also very limited. I would not stay here again!
