Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Es war absolut in Ordnung und gros genug für uns. Die Parkplatzsituation war katastrophal. Es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze und wenn man Pech hat muss man sonst wo parken. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Zum Frühstück gab es Getränke und zum Abendessen musste alles extra bezahlt werden, das wussten wir vorab jedoch nicht. Die Poolanlage ist super und der Ausblick herrlich.

Parksituation ist reinste Katastrofe, der Parkplatz ist viel zu klein für so viele Hotelgäste, mann wird überall zugeparkt, Hotelgäste müssen außerhalb des Hotels parken. Der Parkwächter total respektlos, unfreundlich, angreifend, laut und frech. Auswahl an Dessert... Nachtisch ist zu gering, zu wenig Kuchenauswahl. An den Wänden im Flur brockelt der Putz ab. Ausstattung der Zimmer sind sehr gut. Der Balkon wurde gar nicht gereinigt (Aschenbecher wurden am Balkon nicht geleert), Toilettenpapir war nicht vorhanden. Der InfinityPool war nicht sauber, Krümel im Wasser. Kein schlechtes Hotel, aber 4Sterne sind es nicht, man sollte sich mehr Mühe geben.

Nikad vise ! I jedna zvjezdica je previse . Apsolutno ne vrijedi novca koji smo platili . Djeciji krevetac se doplacuje 12,5€ po danu pa i u luksuznim hotelima se to ne neplacuje . Na veceri nema ni obicne vode a da je ne moras platiti . Sokovi/Kava za dorucak katastrofa . Lezajke na plazi i suncobrani za goste hotela nisu besplatni i to moras dodatno platiti . Nema kuhalo u sobi , na upit da dobijemo kuhalo receno nam je da nemaju da trazimo vrucu vodu iz Lobby Bara na sta je radnica u Baru reagovala ljutito i jako neljubazno . Cistoca u sobi grozna , morala sam moliti sobaricu da se pod malo usisa , posteljina promjeni . Cvijece na balkonu nije zaliveno sigurno godinu dana . Balkon ni jednom nije ociscen za 7 dana boravka morala sam sama posipati vodu da ocistim . Sve u svemu prevelike cijene smjestaja a fakticki ne dobijas nista . Usluga 0 bodova . Zaobici ovaj hotel .

Great location, good and safe parking facility. Very easy access to the beach. Front desk staffs were very helpful and accommodating. We had a mix up with the reservation dates. It was quickly addressed and resolved. Rooms were as expected clean and all the things worked as expected. Great view from the restaurant and pool area. Will certainly come back for our next trip to Neum.

Hotellet er stor med god placering. Værelserne er store og har god plads samt ret privat terrase med havudsigt. Stor restaurant og loby bar. To store polls og to børne bassener. Pool på topem af hotellet er flot med udsigt over lagune. Der findes lift til stranden hvor man skal gennem bjerg i lang tunnel. (Atom beredskabs tunnel). Mad i restauranten smager godt men der findes ingen alergener oversigt som er krav i de 4 stjerne hoteller. Venlig personale i reception!

Nice, clean hotel with great facilities and view. Very helpful and efficient staff. The reception could help answer our questions and solve any issues. Specially Antonella who checked us in had a was extremely service minded. The room was kept clean and tidy on a daily basis by a regular cleaning staff. We asked for someone to clean the furniture on the balcony and within two minutes the smiling cleaning lady had done an excellent job. The friendly staff in the restaurant was very efficient in keeping everything tidy, removing dirty plates etc. We had breakfast and dinner and both were with a good variety well prepared dishes. Used the spa and inside pool and the staff here were very welcoming too. All in all we were very happy with this hotel and will pick it again if coming back to Neum.

The hotel its self was clean and the most likeable for me was breakfast time. Variety of food and eat as much as you want. Staff were helpful and kind. Pools were easily accessible with plenty of space around. Daily house keeping and linen change.

Vi bodde 5 nätter med halvpension i komfortabelt rum med sjöutsikt. Bra utrymme med väl fungerande AC, säkerhetsskåp och kylskåp. Städningen var snabb och bra. Hotellet var rökfritt. Badet vid stranden trångt och svårt med klapperstenen. Dock bra pooler på hotellet, speciellt takpoolen. Restaurangen mycket högljudd och stökig och maten var smaklös och saknade finess. Inte på 4 stjärnig nivå. Väldigt få av personalen klarade en dialog på Engelska, gällde även receptionspersonal. Informationspärm fanns i receptionen men texten var enbart på lokala språket. Hotellet ordnade inga egna aktiviteter för gästerna.

Es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze und wenn man Pech hat muss man sonst wo parken. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Zum Frühstück gab es Getränke und zum Abendessen musste alles extra bezahlt werden, das wussten wir vorab jedoch nicht. Die Poolanlage ist super und der Ausblick herrlich.

Badet vid stranden trångt och svårt med klapperstenen. Dock bra pooler på hotellet, speciellt takpoolen. Restaurangen mycket högljudd och stökig och maten var smaklös och saknade finess. Inte på 4 stjärnig nivå. Väldigt få av personalen klarade en dialog på Engelska, gällde även receptionspersonal. Informationspärm fanns i receptionen men texten var enbart på lokala språket. Hotellet ordnade inga egna aktiviteter för gästerna.

Great location, good and safe parking facility. Very easy access to the beach. Front desk staffs were very helpful and accommodating. We had a mix up with the reservation dates. It was quickly addressed and resolved. Rooms were as expected clean and all the things worked as expected. Great view from the restaurant and pool area. Will certainly come back for our next trip to Neum.

The hotel its self was clean and the most likeable for me was breakfast time. Variety of food and eat as much as you want. Staff were helpful and kind. Pools were easily accessible with plenty of space around. Daily house keeping and linen change.

Parksituation ist reinste Katastrofe, der Parkplatz ist viel zu klein für so viele Hotelgäste, mann wird überall zugeparkt, Hotelgäste müssen außerhalb des Hotels parken. Der Parkwächter total respektlos, unfreundlich, angreifend, laut und frech. Auswahl an Dessert... Nachtisch ist zu gering, zu wenig Kuchenauswahl. An den Wänden im Flur brockelt der Putz ab. Ausstattung der Zimmer sind sehr gut. Der Balkon wurde gar nicht gereinigt (Aschenbecher wurden am Balkon nicht geleert), Toilettenpapir war nicht vorhanden. Der InfinityPool war nicht sauber, Krümel im Wasser. Kein schlechtes Hotel, aber 4Sterne sind es nicht, man sollte sich mehr Mühe geben.

Nikad vise ! I jedna zvjezdica je previse . Apsolutno ne vrijedi novca koji smo platili . Djeciji krevetac se doplacuje 12,5€ po danu pa i u luksuznim hotelima se to ne neplacuje . Na veceri nema ni obicne vode a da je ne moras platiti . Sokovi/Kava za dorucak katastrofa . Lezajke na plazi i suncobrani za goste hotela nisu besplatni i to moras dodatno platiti . Nice, clean hotel with great facilities and view. Very helpful and efficient staff. The reception could help answer our questions and solve any issues. Specially Antonella who checked us in had a was extremely service minded. The room was kept clean and tidy on a daily basis by a regular cleaning staff. We asked for someone to clean the furniture on the balcony and within two minutes the smiling cleaning lady had done an excellent job. The friendly staff in the restaurant was very efficient in keeping everything tidy, removing dirty plates etc. We had breakfast and dinner and both were with a good variety well prepared dishes. Used the spa and inside pool and the staff here were very welcoming too. All in all we were very happy with this hotel and will pick it again if coming back to Neum.

Fint hotell med ett antal år på nacken mitt i Neum. 2 pooler. Tråkig mat med billiga ingredienser. Samma med frukosten. Har man halvpension ingår middag. Dryck köpes separat och ingick inte. Mycket mycket dyrt med läsk och öl till maten. Den som vill resa hållbart ska nog inte åks hit heller. Ingen sopsortering och massa engångsplast.

Great pools, can't top the views from both pools. Rooms are nice, hotel is older design but we liked our stay. Beach walk thru tunnel was kind of fun. Beach is ok, no sand, just rocks, but we still went swimming.

Nice hotel, great swimming pool facilities, clean rooms, building needs some updating it’s looking a bit run down around, fabulous staff and one major negative the cafe/bar is overpriced compared to all other hotels and cafe’s in the Bosnian Herzegovina area. It seems to be advocating overpriced Croatian coastal prices, they need to pull that back.
