Well, I got had again. Seriously, it should be illegal to post photos of hotel rooms that are NOTHING like what the room looks like in real life. This place is a total dump. I knew as soon as I rolled up that I had been tricked by the photos; the exterior just looks run down and disheveled. There was a pile of broken glass from a car window in the parking lot which made me feel super safe. The the smell of old water damage permeates the hallway but only got worse as I wnt into the room. Like, it was so bad I had to go to Walmart and get air freshener to try and cover the nauseating stench. The elevator was out of order for the entire week I was there, so it seems like they have no intention of getting it fixed anytime soon. The location is decent with several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Front desk staff was really nice when I checked in. Overall, this place sucks and I would recommend paying a little bit more for one of the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, of which there are several.

The hotel was clean (the carpet is a bit dated though). The room has all the amenities you would expect, the beds are comfy. The continental breakfast was OK, had the basics covered, and the staff ensured everything stayed fully stocked. The price was great. The only drawback is if you have mobility issues, as the elevator was out of service. They did message in advance, to notify them if you had any limits however, so they could accommodate you.

The staff was amazing! No bed bugs in our beds, which was awesome!! I am however very disappointed in the difference from what is shown on the website to what our room actually look like. Our room did not look anything like what was advertised. That is why I booked a stay there.. The room was musty smelling, the air conditioner was dirty inside, the plug ins were wobbly and some broken, door latch was barely hanging on. Parts of the ceiling were lifted. The gym was closed the entire stay. The breakfast had a decent variety to eat. The room was clean as a bonus. There’s lots of room to park.. It was quiet and not a bunch of chaos inside or out.. Unsure if the pics on the website are of another updated hotel or AI.. If the rooms looked like the website, the price would be amazing. However, that’s not the case.. in our room anyway..

Staff was amazing! Kind and efficient during check in, helpful when the vending machines broke. Room was meh. Bed almost had a hole straight through to the box spring it was so worn out, very uncomfortable. Overall run down. Paint chipping, walls cracking, cracked bathroom tiles, baseboards coming off.. needs some love for sure.

My room had a bathroom sink faucet that did not work properly, the air conditioner unit was not very good it did not cool the room off. The other guests were very noisy especially late into the night.
