The hotel and staff were very nice. They charged €50 per day to park the car, that we had to pay the parking lot staff. They overcharged for one night and promised to make it right the next day, however they refused and forced me to pay more to get my car. The hotel staff unfortunately did not intervene. Very disappointing. Felt cheated

For the price I paid, it was a great deal in Milan. They offered me a free upgrade. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK. Parking was tricky. On their Expedia page its said 42 euro. When I asked front desk, they said 50 euro for parking in a facility not belong Ling to them. I found an app called Parclick, in which I could find a parking close to fashion district for 25 euro.

Ein gutes Hotel in einer zentralen Lage, ideal um die Stadt zu erkundigen, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum. Die meisten Restaurants in der Umgebung sind ziemlich teuer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr teueres Parking beim Hotelpartner, deswegen lieber woanders parken. Der Frühstuck ist nicht so toll, jeden Tag absolut gleich. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel für einen Stadtbesuch empfehlen.

I’ve stayed at this property many times over the years - however, this time I felt the property was in need of a lot of upgrade and repair. The first room they put me in had water damage on the ceiling, cracked wall/plaster and was quite old. The bathroom service goods were worn and faded. The WiFi signal kept dropping out. They moved me to another room on my 2nd day and it was much better - but still needs an upgrade. One of the elevators was broken down (with the panel hanging off the wall) and the lobby elevator panel was taped onto the wall at one point. The rooms are not sound proofed, so I could hear the housekeeping vacuum, other rooms hair dryers each morning and the garden restaurant noise each night. The location is excellent- directly across from a beautiful park and close to great restaurants, shopping and sites. I continue to stay there due to the convenience, but will likely change my plans next time I’m in Milan.

Après avoir découvert l’hôtel en début de séjour nous avons réservé notre dernière nuit en Italie à nouveau dans cet hôtel - très bien situé pour visiter Milan- le petit déjeuner dans le jardin en été est un vrai plus pour un hôtel de centre ville. Le parking est un peu à l’extérieur - 34€ pour 24 h mais ça reste moins cher que de payer le parcmètre juste devant l’hôtel - Le personnel est serviable et agréable. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir découvert cette adresse et nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel pour un prochain séjour à Milan

Bedrooms are nothing like the pictures on Expedia. They are very dated and badly in need of refurbishment. Breakfast service was poor. The buffet ran out of hot water for tea and coffee several times and also ran out of plates for hot food. A lot of ants crawling around and over the food at breakfast. Poor hotel, would not return and certainly not 4 star.

Small tv in the room. Can’t connect to streaming services. No access to English channels or subtitles. Floor was dusty and toilets looked unclean. Elevators are small. It was scary to be with two people in the elevator with luggage. It needs to be upgraded. Hotel has hidden fees not disclosed in the Expedia listing.

Our stay at manin hotel was very pleasant. The location is great. The building seems newly renovated. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was ok, but not great. The only issue was the cleanliness. The bathroom was not absolutely clean. And during our 3 day stay, the floor was never vacuumed or mopped, which is only an issue when you have a small child. Otherwise it wouldn't have bothered us.

The air conditioning did not work properly. The room was infested with bugs. Bugs in the bed, bathroom and walls, even though we kept the windows shut at all times. They have balcony lights that cannot be shut off which bothered my sleep at night. Terrible rooms and stay. Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars, should be a two star hotel.

What I loved about the place was the staff. What I didn’t like was the AC is locked at 22C and it still didn’t keep up with that temp. One of two elevators was not working the entire 5 days we were there, and it sure didn’t look like it was ver worked on. No hooks to hang your wash cloths under the sink. 50/50 on if we would stay here again because the staff was that good.

Room temperature was above 26 degrees despite open window and outside temperature below 20. A/C was disabled “as it is winter”. Guests did not seem to be treated as customers but as obstructions. Would not recommend for business travel. Finnickz internet throughout.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing because of multiple unresolved plumbing problems. At one point, the shower and sink water turned brown, making it impossible to shower or even brush our teeth in the room. While we were initially given access to another room to shower, our own toilet flushed nonstop and made it very difficult to sleep. Later, the same issues persisted but we were not provided with an alternative room, even though I understand that other guests were accommodated. By the end of the stay, while the shower was finally fixed, the toilet was completely broken and unusable. For the price and reputation of this hotel, I expected much better.

This would have been an excellent stay if it weren't for a few glitches with the toilets (that were taking care of eventually). The room was modern with nice accents and I recommend spending a bit more to get the superior with the little balcony on the park. The street itself is very quiet so no problem noise-wise. The vibe of the hotel is a bit business-like so if you like hotels with a warm, old-style feeling this is not it. Bathroom has a great, big shower with soft towels and robes. The best feature of the hotel is its location. You can virtually visit all of the main tourists areas in Milan without taking any transportation (and if you get tired you have the Turati subway station really closeby and San Babila at 15 minutes walk, which means you can get there from Linate by subway). If you are a runner you have the added bonus of being right on the Palestro park.

Disappointed in the hotel. We were only staying one night and had room 110 - if you’re offered this room refuse it. First of all the hotel is ok as far as location is concerned, 20-25 min walk from the central station or 5 mins from the nearest Metro. The room - it smelt odd, only really noticed once back from walking around Milan, worked out it was the headboard of the bed that smelt (like stale smoke..) the room itself felt like a cupboard rather than a room, only a very small window. It was noisy and could hear water running from the room above (shower toilet etc). It did have a decent mini bar with Ok prices but if I were staying longer than the one night I would have asked to be moved.

Wonderful hotel & service. Only stayed 1 night so they didn’t have to do much. But when they booked me for 2 nights rather than 1 night, they had implied that it may have been done accidentally by me online & that I would have to rectify it with Expedia, the agency I booked it through. However, when we got to our room (booked only for 1 night), I immediately received a call from the front desk, who had figured out it was an error in their own hotel software system, and told me not to worry or waste time checking my Expedia app to correct it. This was very much appreciated, since we only had 1 day in Milan & didn’t want to waste time unnecessarily checking something, that the front desk had corrected due to a computer glitch on their end. They were so kind and helpful & in taking the initiative to call me to inform me not to worry, that the mistake was not on my end, I could then enjoy my day in Milan. They get a 10/10 for initiative & helpfulness.

Our short stay was dampened by abysmal staff and service. We only stayed for one night as we had a flight the following morning. During check-in we requested a ride booking to ensure we made it to our airport on time and were told it was done. In the morning, the front desk staff almost chuckled when he realized there was no such ride arrangement by the previous staff for us. We waited for a ride to come and we were also told it would cost 125 euros, but the driver tried charging us more upon arrival to the airport. All in all, you can probably find much better accommodation with nicer staff than this place. Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel.

At first, we had a problem with the bathroom and went back to reception to change room. The person at the counter told me that I had to come back the next day, with some rude comments and a bad attitude. The next day, we were helped by Mario whom was extraordinary ! He found us exactly the room we were needing.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location to see the sights of Milan. The city is very walkable (an easy and scenic 10 minutes and you’re in the heart of the Duomo neighbourhood or the cool Brera district). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious although I would suggest going on the earlier side because I found things weren’t replenished very quickly or at all later on. Every staff member I came across was so friendly and helpful though and I just generally really enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend!

Nice hotel , convenient location. Breakfast chaotic , items not being replenished and tables not cleared . One waitress spilled the juice she was refilling , floor was soaked juice splashed up my legs and dress , she just left it and walked off , no apology . She then brought more juice , walked through the spillage and still left it !

Der var restaurant på hotellet som jeg ikke benyttede, andet end til morgenmad. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Vi ventede 45 min på bacon for at få af vide de var løbet tør en time før morgenmaden skulle slutte. Der blev ikke fyldt op særlig hurtigt. Sengen var god!

I come to Milan 4x a year and decided to try this hotel because of the location. This is not a 4 star hotel. Some of the rooms are very old and some are updated. You don’t know which room you will get. The food is not good. I had to send it back. They can’t even make a decent expresso at breakfast.
