En terminos generales esta bien, pondria atencion en el elevador, la alfombra y el procedimiento para entrar y salir del estacionamiento.

No es un hotel nuevo pero está bastante bien para dos noches, hay mucho ruido por las noches eso es lo que no me gustó y el elevador no estuvo disponible dos veces y tuvimos que bajar por la escalera de servicio, estaba sucia.

Todo muy bien Lo único es que no cuentan con elevador hacia el estacionamiento y no tienen hielo Había que esperar a que abrieran un restaurante y el mesero de mala gana nos dió un poquito

Mal , no me querían dar estacionamiento para mi automóvil . Cuando esta señalado que cuenta con estacionamiento incluido . El recepcionista pésimamente mal grosero e ignorante . Me cobraron 100 pesos por estacionamiento cuando no deberían de cobrarme nada . Pésimo no me vieron el último día el servicio de limpieza , el clásico usted disculpe pero estamos lleno y no se dio cuenta la Recamarista .

Me quede atorado en el elevador

This is a kind of old hotel, with little to no improvement in several years. For the price paid is OK, but I wouldn't stay more than one or two nights. The shower got flooded, room ventilation was very poor, elevators were noisy, the people was very good and at our service. Gym is minimum

HOTEL VIEJO PERO COMODO, EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO SIRVE, LOS ELEVADORES SOLO UNO DE DOS MEDIO SIRVE, SUMAMENTE ESTRICTOS A LA HORA DE ENTRAR 3:00 PM EN PUNTO NI UN MINUTO ANTES, TE SIENTAS A ESPERAR DANDO LA ESCUSA DE QUE LAS RECAMARERAS NO TERMINAN DE LIMPIAR. PERO SON TAN EFICIENTES QUE A LAS 3:00 PM TERMINAN DE LIMPIAR TODAS LAS HABITACIONES. LO SE POR QUE ESPERAMOS UN GRUPO DE 8 A 10 PERSONAS EN ESPERA DE HABITACION EN EL LOBY

Tengo varios años hospedandome en este hotel, considero que el elvador ya es un poco viejo y tardado.

El estacionamiento no esta muy accesible

La limpieza, alfombras sucias y con mal olor. Sábanas viejas y desgastadas. Dicen tener gym y es una habitación con tres máquinas (trotadora, bicicleta y elíptica) y un multifuerza que está por dañarse. Decepcionado, relación precio y experiencia. Es terrible

Revisar que las habitaciones si hagan limpieza,a mi me tocó el cuarto con el baño sucio (lo ocuparon y no le habían bajado),las camas tenían cabellos y basuritas no están limpias

en cuestión de limpieza, todo perfecto.

Pésima habitación con sábanas sucias, con mal olor, viejas y rotas, las toallas de baño igual estaban muy deterioradas, no funcionaba el A/C ni calefacción, la regadera estaba tapada y no se iba el agua, se estancaba e inundaba la bañera. No funciona el wifi. El mobiliario es muy viejo y deteriorado. Los elevadores muy viejos y sucios. No recomendable.

They need to clean the room , it was so dusty

Nos tocó una habitación nuy descuidada, hasta con cucarachas, le comenté al de recepción y hasta se rio, un señor pelón, nos dijo que era normal, que algunas se llegan a subir , la verdad que decepción, no creo que lleguemos nuevamente, le falta mucha limpieza , una buena remodelación, parece que sigue en 1990 ese hotel

Nos tocó la habitación sucia. Sábanas sucias, regadera sucia y cabellos en el lavabo.

Más de 1/2 hora para check in, mala organización en recepción, huespedes regresando por errores en la asignación de habitación o por que la tarjeta no abre. Una cucaracha en la tarja del lavamanos en el baño de la habitación

No nos gustó nada, dejamos El hotel un día antes, camas muy incómodas, las almohadas manchadas, muy viejo y las toallas viejísimas.

Everything was great, except the mattress was basically a table. It was very very uncomfortable. But it was a great hotel for such an economical price.

Mal internet, se desconecta muy seguido

This hotel has NO HEAT! We booked a seven night stay in late December and it was cold, one night it was 48 degrees but there is NO HEAT in this hotel. We were first told that it would be turned on later, then we were told that it was broken, then another employee said they were out of gas and finally the last night we asked, we were told that it was a central heating system for the entire hotel and that they don't provide heat. We asked for additional blankets after the first night which were provided but when we asked for a portable heater, they said they didn't have any. In addition, when we checked in, we were charged an additional 11 dollars a night because when I booked the reservation, I didn't add the second name even though the Expedia rules say the "base rate" is for two people. However, if you book another reservation and add a second name, there is NO increase in price. I didn't sleep well for the entire stay and we would have moved but it was over New Year's Eve and we couldn't find anything that was available. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

En Hoteles.com decía habitación con aire acondicionado. No decía con abanico. Hay una gran diferencia

Su ubicación es muy buena y cómoda, el servicio del personal es muy bueno. El único detalle es el wifi es muy intermitente el servicio y no permite navegar bien.

Rooms were a little dated. Bed was very hard.

1. Staff = Employees were very nice and pleasant and care about your safety 5 ⭐️ 2. Neighborhood = Very safe can walk around by yourself 5 ⭐️ 3. Locations - Everything close by like reforma street, shopping malls, street food/restauarnts, grocery/convenient stores, 15 mins away from Centro Historico 5 ⭐️ 4. Room - Bed is fine, not much toiletries. Not enough plugs so if you have things to charge or hook up, it’s going to be in by one. There is no a/c but it’s more like a fan that’s running. Walks are not thick enough that you can hear someone either using the washroom and or hear people from other room. The washroom drainage is not good so the sink and bathtub gets clogged easily so imagine taking a shower. Washroom feels a little dark when taking a shower. 2 ⭐️ In general, the building looks great. It just you realized it’s a old building so you may see some flaws for a location that’s really great to be in. Also, I felt with all this it felt like a 3 star hotel rather than 4. I would recommend to someone to go there for a short stay if 1-2 nights. But wouldn’t recommend more than 2 nights. I hope they can fix all this issue because it’s such a hotspot for the hotel to be in.

Hotel anticuado, instalaciones viejas, personal de recepción incompetente

Antes entregabas tu llave al salir y listo, te ibas en 1 minuto. Ahora te arman todo un expediente para salir, no se que tanto imprimen, hice una fila de mas de 20 minutos tan solo para entregar mi cuarto. Las llaves del cuarto se desactivan y diario tienes que bajar a que te las vuelvan a activar (lo vi con muchos usuarios mas); en un solo día tuve que bajar dos veces porque no abría el cuarto. Ni hablar de la fila para hacer el check in.

La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación. El hotel requiere remodelación. El personal en el mostrador y su sistema son desesperantemente lentos y poco amables. El resto del personal es muy amable

Todo estuvo excelente, el trato de todo el personal, la habitación, la comodidad. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar!

PERSONAL OFRECE MALA ATENCION Y NULO SERVICIO.

Bonito lugar, muy buena cubicación, limpio y tranquilo. Pero pésimo servicio de recepción, el tipo prepotente y excesivo tiempo de espera a pesar de ya ser la hora del check in.

Tardaron mucho en hacer check in, el personal para hacerlo se limitó a decirme mi hotel, que requisitos son para facturar y al momento de preguntarle si habría algun desfile en reforma por la gente y calle cerrada, me contesta no sé, cortante y sin más. Las camas me parecieron muy duras al igual que 2 almohadas de 4. En general esta bien, equis pero bien, por el precio y ubicación. Escogería otro a la próximamente vez.

We stayed at the Bristol Hotel because of its proximity to the US Embassy. I had to replace my passport, and the hotel is less than two blocks away. It is in a quiet neighborhood, tree lined streets and plenty of good restaurants in the area. Alex at the front desk was especially helpful.

It has an excellent location, 5 minutes from Reforma Avenue and the price is unbeatable.

Everything you would want from a budget hotel! The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms are cleaned daily, beds and pillows are comfortable, shower is hot. The area is quiet and safe, with lots of small shops and vendors within a few minute walk. Would definitely stay again!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente 👌

Las habitaciones están bien para un viaje de negocios o si no planeas estar mucho tiempo en el hotel… las instalaciones están bien conservadas pero se ve que le hace falta remodelación. La ubicación es excelente hay muchos restaurantes cercanos al hotel y la zona está bien . El restaurante está algo caro para lo que ofrecen.

No es un hotel nuevo pero está cuidado, los cuartos tienen lo necesario, camas cómodas, personal muy amable, tiene restaurante, está muy accesible el moverse ya sea caminando o en taxis, es una zona segura Estuve casi una semana y seguro volveré ahí

Nos gusto mucho, reservamos aqui por la cercania a la embajada, ademas de eso el restaurwntr esta muy rico, bien servido, el servicio, limpieza todo muy bien.

A quiet European style hotel. Great value for the price and easy walk to the Paseo. The restaurant “17” is excellent.

The quality of the food in the restaurant is poor quality, I ordered taquitos with some salad, guacamole and black beans, taste not flavor and the black beans were bad. I reported the issue to the receptionist and I was ignored. The room’s furniture is old. The room was clean.

Located in one of the best areas in Mexico City, great value-for money. Well-kept hotel. Very friendly staff, polite and helpful. Restaurant available, lovely patio located at the entrance.

No tuve desayuno gratuito, sin embargo, desayunamos en el restaurante del hotel y muy bien.

Excelente ubicación, un poco viejitas las instalaciones, pero muy bueno la comida del restaurante es buena.
