Really nice place to stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. Lots of choices on the breakfast buffet, and the pool was a great place to cool off. Great walking neighborhood with great nightlife and shopping. Try the Thai Family Restaurant up one of the nearby alleys!

Stayed 6 nites, room was upgraded on arrival. Front desks staff super friendly and efficient, concierge were ready to please with a big smile on face and always a big friendly greeting, Property in great condition, awesome pool area, walk to Ao Nang beach in 5 minutes, lots food options close by, but more impressive was the wonderful meals I enjoyed at the Hotels Rakhang Thai Bistro, food quality and taste was superb, and staff were attentive and super friendly.

Very good hotel. Restaurant and bar were very good. Gym was extremely good based on previous hotels we have visited. Only downside is that the balcony rooms only have space for one chair which is fine if you’re travelling solo but not as a couple.

Property is excellent, room great and breakfast buffet plentiful and tasty. Amenities are great, especially the Raphang Bistro and Bar and its unique setting by the street sidewalk Ang the live music every evening. The excursions day after day were long for us, the vendor was helpful arranging transportationn. Highly Recommend!

We stayed in both a standard room and a premium room. Both rooms were spacious, but had several serious negative points. The standard room faced the city and the noise outside was so loud it seemed as if you were sleeping with the windows open (which was not the case). In both rooms you could also hear the people in the hallway and rooms next door very clearly as if you were in the room together… the drains of the sinks and showers all seemed to be clogged. My partner is very tall (203cm) and had to crouch to fit under both showers, had to crouch in the bathroom of the premium room and did not fit in both beds. The cleaning seemed rushed and was often not done well. One day we had to be at the harbour at 6 in the morning and asked the hotel if they could arrange a taxi for us. This was not possible and we had to book the taxi with their partnering tour operator which asked 5x the average fare and the taxi was 15min late at the day itself. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.

When we checked in they gave us king size bed, instead of 2 single beds which was my actual booking. The staff said don't have available beds..But , I insisted the staff gave us another room . The room has no tissue box besides the bed. Other wise, is ok. Cleanliness need vacuuming the bed comforter was dusty.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The only negative point was that soon after we checked in we noticed that the underside of the toilet seat was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, we contacted reception twice about the problem and it took 40 minutes before anyone arrived to clean it.

The Family Room with Sea View was a good room to stay in for 4 pax. It had a good view of the surrounding hills and sea. Front Desk staff were friendly and welcoming as well. However, we were let down by the Hotel's housekeeping's standards shown to our room. It definitely should be looked into by the hotel's management, and hopefully improved on. Overall, i would think it is a decent and safe hotel to be in.

We had a room on the top floor of building 5, overlooking the pool. It was perfect for a 3 night stay in Ao Nang. Close to the pier so.you can easilly hop onto boat trips whenever you feel like it, and there are endless restaurants, bars and shops to keep you occupied after dark

The bed is very comfortable. This is an older hotel with only 1 elevator with limited access to the multiple levels. The hotel layout is poor, we had to carry our luggage across the pool area up stairs to get to our room. The pool food service and house keeping is slow. The hotel is close to bars,food and currency exchanges. The beach is a bit if a walk, located at the end of the street. The breakfast buffet is okay, tasty.

Our first room had a small leak on one window because of all the rain, the hotel quickly gave us a different room which was much larger and nicer, very excellent service by the entire hotel staff. Restaurant is excellent with a huge breakfast selection.

Great hotel in a great location. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Luna at the front desk is fantastic. Luna has great customer service skills and a wonderful sense of humor. Every time we entered the lobby, she greeted us by our names and made us laugh. She was the best part of our stay at this hotel.

Everything was just great. Luna at the receptionen is the best and all staff smiles and are very helpful. Good and comfy room clean and all was good. Nice breakfast. Good location. I Can only recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel in the centre of town and a short walk to the beach. Clean, friendly and had a great little gym and modern, tasty restaurant. We only stayed 1 night and was on the front of the hotel as we had requested mountain view. The street outside is very noisy and may have been an issue if we stayed longer, but as we went to bed late and rose early, then we actually were not affected by outside noise. Very nice hotel if staying in town, very good quality.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The street is busy with shops and restaurants and bars. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly. Would definitely stay here again

What a wonderful location! A few short minutes to the beach. In the middle/main section of hotels, dining, shopping. The hotel itself is nice, very clean and modern. Lots of walking including a large hill but we did get a room upgrade for a nice view so no complaints. Overall, 10/10 stars. Highly recommended

The location of this hotel was prime - right in the middle of Beach Street but the majority of the room buildings are set back away from the road. The service was impeccable and the rooms were comfortable and stayed cool. Bonus - it's across the street from a 7-Eleven and next door to a Starbucks!

We had a nice time at this hotel. Clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The only drawback was that at night we did hear some music from a close by bar. We had one of the rooms in the front so that was probably the reason why. We never mentioned it to the front desk. If so, they may have been able to move us. Breakfast daily was very good.

The property exceeded our expectations! Looked new or recently refurbished. We booked an ocean facing suite. Very spacious room, with separate living & bedrooms. Added the Breakfast buffet which was inexpensive and definitely worth the cost. Great happy hour and good food! Location is an easy walk to Ao Nang beach and lots of shops & restaurants within walking distance. And I can’t say enough about the staff!! Very friendly and helpful, especially when my husband got sick. We will definitely return!

Superbe hotel avec grande chambre et matelas confortables. A pieds de la plage d'Ao Nang et d'un sentier de singes macaques. Magnifique coucher de soleil sur la plage. A pieds de boutiques et restaurants. Bien situé pour les excursions avec pick up a l'hotel. Petit dejeuner excellent et copieux. Coffre fort dans la chambre et frigo. Seven Eleven à proximité. J'y retournerai! Je recommande fortement!!

This stay was once the best I have experienced so far in my travel journey. I never saw hotel providing such a great breakfast ❤️ so many options!!! 👍 I got the room with the pool view but that included a wonderful view of the mountains/ocean ❤️
