It was close to the beach and my children enjoyed the kids club , they also enjoyed the pools . Breakfast was excellent We had 3 meals at the charm restaurant 2 dinners the had where very good but then we went there for lunch which was not very good asked for water for my son with his kids meal( which are free for under 12 ) which he didnt get and we ordered rice which we didnt get . We stayed for 2 weeks and the kids want to back next year .We would recommend holiday inn phuket as a good place to stay .

The hotel is obviously a big resort so if you’re looking for a big resort, this is the place for you. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to check in early. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean the convenience of a fridge. I was told I could only use one pool, which is exclusive to the people closest to that pool, which seems to be pretty unfair. There was nobody in that pool. I had breakfast on the premises and it was decent a little bit overpriced, compared to the street vendor food. Personally, I would not stay here again I thought it might have been over priced for Thailand. It seems like they catered to Americans.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu allem. Strand in knapp 3 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso fußläufig Restaurants und Märkte in kurzer Nähe erreichbar. Also auch top für Familien! Zustellbett war nur eine Matratze auf dem Fußboden. Nicht sehr einladend und bekommt daher Punktabzüge. Frühstück aber sehr, sehr vielseitig und unheimlich lecker. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Handtücher für den Pool und den Strand gab es gratis. Es gab noch einen Extra Bereich mit Pool für die Villen. Durften wir daher nicht nutzen. Wusste ich vorab aber nicht. Wir würden es dennoch wieder buchen, mit den Blick auf die extra Details.

Nice having private pools not open to everyone in the Busakorn wing. Nice spacious room, good layout. Breakfast was good (except the coffee, that was gross). Room service food generally wasn’t good. Pizza was terrible. Overall, quiet and relaxing stay.

I made a reservation for two adults and a child and paid for breakfast. When I arrived at check-in, they forced me to pay for an additional breakfast, claiming I had only paid for two adults. The price was incredibly outrageous, almost 20% more than what I paid for the stay. They threatened me and said that if I didn't pay immediately, I wouldn't be allowed into the room. The manager was incredibly rude, snubbed me, and laughed in my face. I've stayed in over 100 hotels around the world and have never been treated so poorly. They deceive us by setting a price at the time we book and then charging extra at check-in. It's an absurd amount. If I had known this price at check-in, I certainly could have chosen a much better hotel. To make matters worse, they sold the room as having two double beds, but when we got there, it was two single beds. My 14-year-old daughter slept on the floor. The breakfast was terrible, and the hotel was dirty and moldy. The pools in the photos are exclusive to those staying in the more expensive rooms. For everyone else, there is only one pool, not six as advertised. The others are private. I would never go back, and it ruined all my enjoyment of staying at any other Holiday Inn in the world. How could anyone book a hotel for 3 people and only have breakfast for 2? This doesn't exist. They do this on purpose to force you to pay more, because in the end the price is much higher and certainly wouldn't be worth it for what they offer. Run away.

Room accommodations for a wheelchair user with mobility issues was led than ideal entry into the bathroom was narrow and not enough space to easily maneuver a wheelchair into the bathroom also grab bars position near the toile was inconvenient. The room had 2 double beds instead of 2 king bed as advertised tgat made access to the bed difficult as the space between the beds didn’t allow to get the wheelchair posuriioned easily for safe transfers in and out of bed seems kkke the accessibility was not a primary goal in the rom design but something that was done to a standard room as an afterthought. The hotel however is nice and has easy access to the beach and the nearby entertainment areas and plenty of restaurant options nearby the sidewalks however are not always wheelchair friendly many intersections have high curbs and no wheelchair curb rams of course the latter is not an issue with the hotel just mentioning it as useful information for the wheelchair used wha may want to venture out of the hotel on occasion.

Paid for a room with double beds but apparently what they class as a double is barely bigger than a single. Tried to upgrade rooms yet faced the same issue. Travelling with a young child I had staff bring up my luggage however this took over an hour for some reason and hampered the rest of our day

We had an outstanding 10-night stay at the Holiday Inn resort. The accommodations were excellent - the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were nice with roomy, updated showers. The dining was top-notch. With four on-site restaurants, all providing 5-star quality cuisine, we had a wonderful variety of options. The breakfast buffet in particular was a standout, with an outstanding selection that we enjoyed daily. The resort amenities were fabulous as well. The pool area was beautiful, with a large pool and swim-up bar that provided a great space to relax. What really made our stay phenomenal, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Every employee we encountered was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any request was met with a warm smile and first-class service. The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of the beach, stores like pharmacies and 7-Eleven, local restaurants, and plenty of shopping. You could find everything you needed just steps from the resort. Overall, we had a truly memorable vacation at this Holiday Inn resort. Between the comfortable rooms, delicious dining, great amenities and amenities, top-notch service, and prime location, it provided the total package for a relaxing yet convenient beach getaway. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sunny vacation spot. Thank you Holiday Inn Team!

Room soundproofing could be better to mitigate the amount of noise housekeeping must make when cleaning surrounding rooms. Would like to have more t.v. channel selections. And didn’t like turning the t.v. on and always being initially bombarded with the loud Holiday Inn channel. Everything else was excellent.

The staff were generally very friendly and very helpful. The standard room was good, the wifi excellent and it was kept very clean. Complimentary water was supplied to the room and it had a fridge and good air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and food in the hotel complex restaurants was good. It was possible to get a sun lounger by the pool each day, but if you wanted a particular position, then you had to be there early. One exit to the hotel leads directly to the beach road, which gets very busy of a night time. Arranging taxis was straightforward, although reception advised booking the taxi back to the airport on the day before leaving (800 Baht, one way). Only downside was the noise created by other guests and children in the corridor running directly outside the room and doors being slammed, which varied during our stay. There is a Thai tradition of letting off small amounts of fireworks at night, which usually ceased around midnight on most days. We were not offered a chance to upgrade nor were the room facilities explained on arrival, but having stayed in many hotels, the latter was not a problem. By staying in a standard room, you were not able to access the nicer looking swimming pool (although it was probably a little shallow for swimming anyway) and this was not particularly clear from the information we saw beforehand. We would definitely stay there again, but would choose the more expensive adults only accommodation. Mosquitos are an issue to be aware of.

I have booked 3 rooms. I didnt have welcome drink, i asked for late check & was declining. Asked for room serving to warm milk for my 3 years old kid. I was asked to go to the restaurant by my self! We have been to Holiday Inn many times and we keep returning for a reason. You have the most wonderful staff, they really make a big difference and go out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. The property is starting to show its age and needs a refresh soon, but it is still well maintained and tidy. Would always recommend to others.

Hotel is far enough away from the craziness of Bangla Road but still right in the heart of the town. You still hear the loud tuk tuks and boxing promotion cars if you’re in a room near the main road (not the beach road). We were on our honeymoon and the staff laid out a nice set of decorations on our bed but there wasn’t anything else offered. Not expecting a whole meal for free but a small drinks voucher would have made our stay. Staff are excellent and really care about their guests, extremely friendly and offer good advice around town. Pool bar is fun and happy hour is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm everyday. Highly recommended hotel. We stayed in the premium rooms (aka. Busakorn rooms) but would stay in the standard rooms for much cheaper next time. The Busakorn pool is very nice but nothing stops other guests from also enjoying the upgraded pool which is one of the few major reasons to book a premium room. Four stars.

The price was incredibly outrageous, almost 20% more than what I paid for the stay. They threatened me and said that if I didn't pay immediately, I wouldn't be allowed into the room. The manager was incredibly rude, snubbed me, and laughed in my face. I've stayed in over 100 hotels around the world and have never been treated so poorly. They deceive us by setting a price at the time we book and then charging extra at check-in. It's an absurd amount. If I had known this price at check-in, I certainly could have chosen a much better hotel. To make matters worse, they sold the room as having two double beds, but when we got there, it was two single beds. My 14-year-old daughter slept on the floor. The breakfast was terrible, and the hotel was dirty and moldy. The pools in the photos are exclusive to those staying in the more expensive rooms. For everyone else, there is only one pool, not six as advertised. The others are private. I would never go back, and it ruined all my enjoyment of staying at any other Holiday Inn in the world. How could anyone book a hotel for 3 people and only have breakfast for 2? This doesn't exist. They do this on purpose to force you to pay more, because in the end the price is much higher and certainly wouldn't be worth it for what they offer. Run away.

Amazing hotel with great breakfast buffet and several very good resturants, friendly staff, great pool and amenities, and located right on the beach with its own serviced crosswalk! You cant ask for more. Tip - get your cocktails from the bar and take them across to the beach, they are much better and around the same price.
