This is a great hotel, the rooms are a good size and well equipped. The facilities were terriffic and it has a great pool and spa. Easy to get in and out and very close to many facilities.

Good clean property. Modern. Good carpark. Trolleys for your luggage. Balcony. Pool - but the beach is seconds away so why use it? Only downside was there’s no oven or dishwasher.

This was probably a nice property when it was built, but it’s in drastic need of a renovation. The tile floors were horrific, both the quality of the install and the fact they were filthy. Asked to have them cleaned and the cleaning staff said “it probably won’t do anything, they need to be professionally cleaned” - um, isn’t that your job? Furniture was rusty And/or cracked, chipped and worn. Sound proofing was non-existent- heard the kids in the pool from 7:30 and the couple above arguing every morning. Yikes.

Staff were great. Room had a few issues they took care of. It’s older but it’s priced accordingly. Wifi sucked especially without an Aussie SIM card as backup travelling internationally. Though Decent overall.

The property is aging and needs general upgrade. The Bathroom shower in our suite was in a high sided spa bath with two steps up in order to step into. It was not easy or safe for older folks or people with leg or back problems to into or out of…but generally a risk of falling for anybody who was not careful. The towel racks and towel hooks were pulled from the wall and door and hanging loosely on their screws.

What we liked - the private rooftop area with spa, the location and the pools. What we didn’t like - confusing after-hours check-in instructions and no bedding available for the BOOKED child and trying to sort it out by ourselves at midnight. No bed (figured out there was a sofabed), no bedding for the sofabed so had to cannibalise sheets, blankets and pillows from the main bed to make the bed able to be slept in and no towelling for our child. If we hadn’t booked her, understandable, but she WAS booked as staying. Was not how we wanted to start our mini-break.

we have stayed there before and it's nice. This time all was nice again the only thing was we mentioned the TV in the bedroom wasn't working and told them straight away on the day we arrived. We came back after going out and found they had taken it away but no note to say what was going on. We were there for 3 nights and the TV was never replaced. So that was disappointing. Other than that they are very friendly people who run the place.

Love this accom! Amazing location. Super close to the beach and Mooloolaba Surf Club. The rooftop apartment was clean and lovely balcony plus the added bonus of an extra private rooftop terrace with my own private spa, BBQ and seating area with ocean views. Stunning to sit out there by the moonlight. Would 1000% stay here again.

Nautilus is only three minutes walk from Mooloolaba beach and the cafes and shops so is very handy. the resort itself is clean, tidy and neat and there were no problems with parking or checking in. The staff were very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The property was clean, well maintained, with nice decor, a large balcony and very comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The host even provided eggs, bacon, milk and croissants for us! Location was great with the beach and restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store nearby too! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Parking area exit up very steep ramp. Front wheel drive vehicle had traction difficulty at the top of the ramp. The wet surface made it even more precarious. It had just recently rained. Other wise a great stay.

There was spa bath with shower over it,but the spa bath didn't work. And couldn't cast my phone on either of the tv's and the TV'S were different and it was a little bit smaller than I first thought it would be, but it did job perfectly for the price. Over all, I would say about 5.5 out of 10 just being honest.
