The Landmark is in a great location. Our apartment had a view overlooking the ocean to the south, which we used frequently. The apartment contained a kitchen and laundry, with dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The pool also had a spa and small toddler pool. Also there was a spa and bbq on the roof for all guests to use.

Great location, close to beach, cafes, surf club etc Only negative is the resort pool and surround area which is far too small for a hotel of this size. Overcrowded and not enough seating most times, and little shade cover.

Great location and with the underground car park was a blessing!! We had a studio and it was a great size and didnt feel like a studio, bathroom was very big aswell and with the spa on the roof terrace and swimming pool and jacuzzi aswell made it great place to stay!!

The pool is gorgeous, beautiful night time lighting and two little waterfalls. The kitchen had everything I might need for a week or two stay. You walk right out from Level One onto the esplanade so it is incredibly close to everything. Great hotel.

I enjoyed the close locality to transport. There were plenty of options for dining. within easy walking distance at good prices. I also enjoyed the hotels cool outdoor pool downstairs and the heated pool on the roof.

Stayed in a 2br Superior Ocean view room and OMG the 200 degree views were amazing. The rooms aren’t huge, especially the bathrooms but it’s a place to sleep and we spent most of our time on the balcony. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the ensuite to the main bathroom has a bath/shower combo which was very high to step into. The pool and gym are good. The location is A . We would stay there again

Our superior unit offered a magnificent view over the nearby beach . We enjoyed relaxing meals on the spacious balcony both day and night. The unit was immaculately clean with all the amenities needed for comfort. Good quality blockout curtains allowed us to enjoy a sleep in on a comfy bed. A good variety of quality eateries were just a few minutes walk away. We will definitely be returning.

The room was great however we did find a stray long black hair in the sheets. It wasn't ours because i have short hair and my parner is blonde. Otherwise it was a really good experience. The staff were amazing and the location was perfect.

The property was in a fantastic location with great views and a nice pool area. The room we stayed in was not very clean, extremely dusty and had signs of not being occupied for along time (hence the dusty and possible mold or leak coming through the roof).

5 stars – Perfect stay! Everything was spotless. The apartment had absolutely everything I needed: a full kitchen with all utensils, a huge fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster, kettle – even a brand new washing machine, iron and ironing board. Every detail was thought of. The sauna was great, and the gym was fully equipped and very handy. Highly recommended!

This was the first time I have ever stayed somewhere without my husband. He is no longer with me and that is sad stuff too. So I picked out your resort ...all by myself and was extremely happy, thank you. Although, the unit was lacking a couple of things needing attention in the cleaning area. Dusting of the TV unit and glass shelf. Also the floor in the bathroom may have been missed, as there was some beach sand on the floor.🤔 Also I saw short black hairs on the bedspread,,( I am blonde/ grey..)😏 Also the coffee table had marks on it. Probably not cleaned. Grouting in shower is needing attention too. One more things... There wasn't enough salt, pepper, coffee or tea. Other than those small things, my stay was great thanks.

Room was very clean, staff were excellent and very helpful. Super location and just across the road from the beach so we parked up in the hotel and didn’t use the car for the whole time we were there. Only comment is that the rooms are small and you have a bathroom that you literally needed a small step to climb into. Other than that everything else more than made up for it.

Bedroom was too small for two people. Have stayed in a studio before but this one was little the others had a sea view. Enjoyed the area it was central to everything. Rooftop spa was great. Staff were friendly. Did not use the pool as it was mostly crowded.

Landmark is in a fabulous location at Mooloolaba - within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes and Surf Club and the dining area called The Wharf. Just park the car and relax. Easy to manoeuvre our SUV in the car park. Easy to catch a bus to The Sunshine Plaza if you are so inclined. Well equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. Two bedroom unit was great, although the mattress was very soft. Lovely balcony and the view of the ocean was spectacular. Lovely staff at Reception and very smooth check-in.

Excellent waterfront position. Very comfortable bed. More storage space in bedroom for a couple would be desirable as it would be in the bathroom. The unit is old which is acceptable but more effort put into styling and ambiance would make it more appealing and homely. Friendly, helpful staff. Overall, an enjoyable stay at Landmark resort, Mooloolaba.

This was our second stay at The Landmark Resort and overall, we were happy. The location is excellent, right on The Esplanade and the free parking provided is also a major plus. We have always chosen to stay in one of the older rooms, and whilst they are clean and comfortable, they are dated and signs of wear and tear are evident, including some chipped paint, rust in the bathroom and worn carpet. However, we enjoyed our stay and location alone makes The Landmark worth considering if you can secure a good deal.

Staff here were fantastic. Friendly and very helpful. Location is great . Was disappointed with the size of our apartment. The bed was jammed into a tiny room and i had to scoot side ways to get in and out of bed. The toilet was directly behind the bedroom wall. The slat window was no protection from the sounds snd smells. Ive booked forty to fifty hotels in the past this room was not up to standard. Expensive for off peak and size. As a gold member wasnt offered an upgrade or late check out . Facility very clean pool great but room disappointing.

Location is great . So handy to everything. Facilities are pretty tired. Everything can do with updating. But my bed was awesome. Would take that sucker home with me if I could. Our room had everything we needed, was spacious and view was amazing! Bathroom off bedroom was a tight squeeze but apart from that no complaints.

First arrived opened door to the room and there was a terrible odour of mould and mildew very strong got receptionist up to check the room and she agreed that there was a strong smell and said that the room should be shut down she offered a different room for only 2 nights we booked for 3 nights we declined and booked another hotel we asked for a refund from the manager and it was declined. We should have at least got a refund for the third night which they couldn’t give us ,not happy would not recommend this hotel. Richard

Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful. One staff even saved a kingfisher which had gotten its head stuck in a clients car. The hotel is centrally located and close to pretty much everything with no shortage of restaurants and shops and even vloser to the amazing beachfront and wharf. Would be pleasure for anyone to stay!

The property was jn an ideal position, everything in Mooloolaba was walking distance. Parking is great, safe and easily accessible. We did have a major issue twice with the air con and had to change rooms mid stay which wasnt ideal. Staff handled it well, seems like its a known issue.

Although the building is a little outdated, its location makes up for its 1990s look. All it really needs is a different colour scheme on the outside. You are within walking distance of pretty much everything, shops, Cole’s, pubs, cafes, restaurants and 50m from patrolled swimming areas.

Great location almost opposite Mooloolaba Surf Club. Room was exactly as per photos on Expedia. Space was tight, but it was enough as long as you unpacked and stored your bags in the wardrobe. Having a kitchenette was great allowing us to save money on some meals, but to also enjoy the many dining options within easy walking distance. Complex well maintained.

Great location on Mooloolaba beach, next to many great cafés, restaurants and shops, and walking distance to sea life aquarium and the wharf where you can find fresh sea food and nice pubs/bars, the staff are very friendly, the hotel is well maintained and they provide all what you need to cook or to do laundry etc..

The location is very strategic, it's right at the centre. There are restaurants, take aways and Gelateria everywhere. The Resorts itself is clean and the staffs are very helpful. My some alarm went off when the reception had gone home, and they fixed it the next morning. I recommend it.

Fantastic location and outlook. We had a Premium Room on the 7th floor looking out over the beach, surf club and the mouth of the river. Walked to everything on Mooloolaba Esplanade. Heaps of great dining options on your doorstep.

I had a wonderful weekend stay at The Landmark. The hotel offers an excellent blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities exceeded my expectations.
