The building looks scarier outside than it does on the inside. The inside seemed very clean, redone and looks very nice walking the halls we were in. Beds were comfortable. The only bad was there was not much for breakfast, the bread was stale, minimal options.

Room, building and surrounding lot was clean and well maintained. We did not get to check out the onsite food vender that was available. The hallways were super dark and we paid for a king bed and we received a double bed room. The shower had awesome water pressure.

Hotel redone and much nicer than it was. Very under staffed! No towels in the room, tv remote didn't work correctly, clock did not work. One waitress for dining room, bar, and buffet area. Ordered broasted chicken to split, after eating two pieces found the chicken was still raw inside the breast. took a hour and ten minutes to get and eat dinner. took 20 min. to get waited on. I will rethink going to this place again after staying there at least 10 times and aeting there at least 50 times.

The room itself was clean, sheets crisp, altogether tidy. The supplies were skimpy: soap so small-just slivers. Towels were thin, one wash cloth was stained. The refrigerator worked well, and staff found an iron and board when we requested it Both items were very old and in questionable shape, it did the job intended. The breakfast was just sad. The toaster was reluctant to do its job and required two rounds to get something beyond warm bread. There was no butter for the toast, but no knives to spread it anyway. I used a spoon handle, seeing as that was the only items available. I’m pretty sure the marmalade was past expiration, and that may have been the case with something else in the little fridge-it smelled not so good. Breakfast overall was sad.

This hotel has new owners and they are in the process of renovating many of the rooms. There is also road construction going on limiting how you can get to the motel. The restaurant and bar are not open very late and my guess is do to the problems getting to the facility. Hopefully once the road construction is done and the room renovations are complete I can give a better review.

No ice bucket in room, refrigerator was unplugged, no tissues, TV didn't work initially--fixed, then very difficult to manage. Toilet was very unsteady. Don't like not having hangers and dresser drawers!

I booked a room which was supposed to be a handicapped room with a roll-in shower for my handicapped daughter. The room was not a handicapped room. Beds were too high, only one hand rail by the bathroom door ( not by toilet or in the shower), no roll-in shower or shower chair. When I asked about the handicapped room I was told that this is what they had. They had no rooms with a handicap shower. I had to spend $50 at Walmart for a shower chair so my daughter could bathe. The room was falsely advertised as mobility accessible with a roll-in shower. I feel like I was scammed but it was too late to cancel and get a room at the Holiday Inn Express down the street. I think I should be reimbursed.

The Room was supposed to be Handicapped Accessible. The Sink was not in the Bathroom, The only Grab Bar Was between the bathroom door and the shower, and it was only about a foot long. The toilet was to low for a person with bad knee's. The so called seats in the shower were not big enough to sit a baby on. the beds were way to high even for a non Handicapped person to get into. and there was no heat in the room. We will Never Stay at this place again!!!!!!

Staff!! Didn’t know how to check me in because I paid through Hotels.com. Couldn’t activate my room key!!! On second night came to my room and told me I was in a vacant room. Wanted to take my Id and walk away with it. I went to front desk where they determined that receptionist gave me wrong room. 136 instead of 126. Was there initially for 3 nights. I extended my stay for two nights. Got home and checked my checking account and noticed that they charged me twice. Once for $192 and again for $180. This was on top of my $217 I paid through Hotels.com. Now I have the pleasure of trying to get the $192 back. I have 2 receipts. One from Hotels.com which doesn’t show what I paid for the first 3 nights. And the other which shows I paid DayInn $180 for last 2 nights. Where did the $192 come from?????

This stay will not be up to what most people will think of acceptable from a chain motel. Communication from the staff is horrible and the room I stayed in was far from acceptable for the price.

Room was clean. Halls were dark. Would not recommend to ladies traveling alone. Door between rooms did not lock. Lady at front desk when I checked in was rude & did not speak very good English. Never said anything about where breakfast was coffee. Only coffee machine I seen was in a hall, there was never any coffee in it.
