Hotel is well situated for our needs to travel. Personnel were friendly. It was clean and gave a good breakfast. Parking is tight

The room is simple but the mattress and pillows are very confortable. The room and washrooms are clean and the room temperature easy to ajust with the thermostat on the wall. There is a small fridge in the room. I had a room with the view in the river and it was very quiet. The free breakfast and coffee in the morning is very convenient to get your day going and the free parking on site is so nice! The price is so much better than hotel downtown and you're only 10 minutes away on the highway from the city. I would definitely go back there especially if you just need a place to sleep comfortably and you don't want to spend 300$ a night plus parking plus breakfast in a hotel downtown. They have 24/7 reception, a small gym, free coffee near reception, a nice gazebo and picnic table outside with the view on the river. I really enjoyed taking my free breakfast and drinking my free coffee looking at the sun shining on the St Laurence river with the view on Ile d'orleans and the bridge. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean,good services,easy parking with EV charging

Our family stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Quebec City. Things we loved: *Easy drive to Old Quebec (about 15 minutes) *Easy drive to Boischatel, one of the most charming villages with a few places to eat located there *Close to Chutes de Montmorency *Short drive to Ile d'Orleans (well worth visiting if you like wineries, local brews and farm stands and some great history) *Right on the river with gazebo and firepit (we enjoyed a lovely fire one night) *Great continental breakfast with eggs and sausage also available *They use real plates, cutlery and glasses at breakfast which I LOVE, no disposables and excessive waste *Cute lobby *Lots of parking *Dog-friendly *Clean rooms and surrounding area Less than perfect aspects: * The rooms are on the smaller side - 2 double beds and dressers take up most of the space, we felt a bit cramped with the 3 of us plus our dog * The hotel doors are loud when they shut and you can hear everything in the hallway We would definitely stay here again for a short duration.

Proximité des chutes de montmorency, accès très facile à ľhôtel. Salle du petit déjeuner au bord du fleuve. Prises USB efficaces pour le rechargement des équipements électroniques.

Perfectly bilingual, the staff are so friendly & eager to see to your every need. Between the choices at the buffet breakfast, available snacks & the 24/7 coffee bar you can feel the attention to detail for their clients. There is even a gazebo with a BBQ for your use. Fabulous place to stay.

Sparkling clean room, great water pressure, very comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was standard but the little dining room looks right out onto the St. Lawrence River. Will stay again.

À l’arrivée, la personne a été avenante accueillante et m’a vanté l’excellent café de l’accueil. La chambre était très propre, les lits très confortables et la literie douce. C’est le lendemain matin que ça c’est gâché. Un samedi matin dès 8h30, au déjeuner c’est vide. Aucun fruit. Il ne reste que 4 tranches de pain blanc. Les items chauds sont absents. Je dois patienter longtemps avant que quelqu’un se pointe à la réception. J’indique que le déjeuner a besoin de soin. Elle ne remet que du pain et des mini-croissants du commerce en me disant qu’il ne lui reste rien d’autre. Après nous être contenté de toasts, en repassant à l’accueil je demande à la même jeune fille de pouvoir au moins profiter d’un meilleur café ( celui proposer la veille) et elle me répond qu’ils n’ont plus de grain. Je lui dis donc que franchement la partie déjeuner est vraiment décevante et elle me regarde avec condescendance. Aucune excuse de sa part. Pourtant c’est le BA BA du service à la clientèle, Cet hôtel aurait intérêt à ne pas mentionner un buffet déjeuner s’ils offrent à peine des toasts.

Our room was newly renovated but the bedsheets were dirty, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom and previous guests items in the fridge. Staff were accommodating with providing new sheets. Breakfast was decent and the breakfast room has a new view of the water.

It was very clean and quiet

Unfortunately, several issues affected the quality of my experience, and I believe these matters should be addressed to ensure better service for future guests. Room Cleanliness: Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed that it was not adequately cleaned. Specifically, the room was filled with dog hair, which was both unpleasant and uncomfortable, especially for guests with allergies. This level of cleanliness does not meet the standards I expect from your establishment. Breakfast Options: The breakfast options were quite limited, with few choices available. Additionally, the quality did not seem in line with the price and reputation of the hotel. I hope this feedback can lead to more varied and satisfying breakfast offerings in the future. Dishware Hygiene: I observed that some of the plates provided during breakfast were not properly cleaned, which raised concerns about overall hygiene standards. This was quite disappointing, as clean and sanitary dishware is essential for any dining experience. I hope you understand my dissatisfaction and take these matters seriously.

Mold and black spots on the bathube wall! Room are ok and big

The rooms were spacious and clean. While, the bathroom appeared clean, upon showering, the water was not draining, upon inspection, the drain was clogged with hair..it was rather disgusting. But front office staff was amazing.

Easy to find. Ultra comfy beds and pillows.

Modest accommodations, which is fine, but room was frigid when we got there - heating was turned off despite it being -20c outside.

Beautiful view and clean

Chambre 114 n'est pas bien insonorisé. Durant la fin de soirée, nous étions étendus et nous entendions parler du personnel qui voyageais vers l'espace repas. Ils parlaient fort. Il serait bien de les avoir et de mettre un coupe sons dans la bas de la porte.

The air conditioning is VERY noisy! Not comfortable to sleep. The bedding was nice, but the matrass is too soft. The breakfast was good, but there was not enough space for all guests. The room is too cramped and narrow.

It's a good budget friendly place and a good location as it's near the Montmorency Falls. But our concern was not getting any room service during our 3 nights of stay..I was able to get fresh towels from reception the first day but thats it..no one replaced the towels or soaps or even a light cleaning..we thought it was shortage of staff but then we also saw the room service people in the lobby

The check-in process was very slow. The young girl at the front desk seemed a bit clueless when helping people and was perplexed when the hand-held credit card machine stopped working. Other than that, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast in the morning was adequate, and the price was a good value compared to other places we stayed. As an added bonus, the hotel is right on the river with seats outside to enjoy the view.

Hôtel très propre et prix des chambres très abordable. Manque de personnel et manque de certains éléments au déjeuner inclu. Mais je le recommande pour son emplacement près de la gare du train de Charlevoix, le parc des chutes Montmorency et le Vieux-Québec.

Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was okay - nothing fancy. You may need to find a staff to re-fill the breakfast items since there is probably one person covering the front desk and the breakfast services. Breakfast area is beside the river, which is very nice. They don’t provide cleaning everyday.

Room not ready at check-in, and desk staff changed shifts without informing next person we were waiting. The next desk person did not speak hardly any English and had to rely on a tour guide who was also a guest. At times no one manned the desk because also had to clean and work breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfy once we got in. Breakfast was sufficient with hot and cold items.

Quand nous sommes arrivés au front desk pour le Check-in, il y avait une forte odeur nauséabonde provenant de l’eau de mop utilisée pour laver le plancher du lobby. Nous avons attendu au moins 30 minutes avec le bébé affamé et les 2 enfants pour faire le check-in. C’était extrêmement long. La chambre était confortable. Le déjeuner « à volonté » n’était pas vraiment à volonté. Pas de lait pour les céréales, pas de ketchup pour les saucisses, pas de fruits, une seule chaise-haute, pas de fourchettes. Une belle vue sur le fleuve mais le soleil était très aveuglant, peut-être envisager un genre de filtre dans les fenêtres? Il n’y avait que du café décaf dans la chambre.

The front desk staff was very rude and argumentative upon check-in. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything in the hallways, including children running and yelling.

Host Mark was extremely pleasant and helpful and room and breakfast excellent

Poor service

Very nice hotel. It is a shame it’s so far from everything. Had to take a taxi or uber to get to lunch, dinner or attractions.

Absolute gem of a place if you’re visiting Quebec City. It takes 10 minutes to drive to downtown and the Old Quebec City. Montmorency Falls are literally around the corner. You can see it across the road while driving towards this place. You will need to drive around to enter though. It is 20 minutes / 35 k from the Highway so if using as an overnight transit stopover, keep that in mind. If are exploring Quebec City, this is the best place. Rooms were clean, bathrooms sparkly clean with plenty of towels and shower with a glass door. No bathtubs, at least in our rooms. Air conditioning was strong and efficient. Breakfast was included, sausages and the usual yellowy fried eggs, in the shape of pancakes. Selection of breads, toaster, cereal, some fruit and a fridge full of fruit yogurt. A selection of fruit juices from the machine and also a coffee machine was there. Amazingly, they provide you with ceramic plates and mugs, glass tumblers for juice and stainless steel cutlery ! No disposable plates and coffee mug and plastic knives, spoons and forks. This is high end respect given to the customer. There are no coffee machines in the rooms but there is 24 hour free coffee, hot chocolate, hot water and ice available at an area near the reception desk. The staff was very polite and courteous. For dinner we used Uber eats. There a nearby gas station with a Tim’s and Subway but didn’t get to go there. Highly recommend this place and will go again.

Nice setting along the river. Long way out from downtown Quebec City but if you have a car it’s worth it

this property is closer to the Montmorency falls. The room was quite clean and spacious. The view from the hotel is great. Complimentary breakfast was the surprise element. its a bit away from the city but if you are driving that that shouldn't be an issue. Really good hotel for the price.

The property is well situated on the east side of Quebec City. It is easy to get to the old town or other attractions.

The breakfast menu was good u could make fresh waffles . The location is really good.

Emplacement pour déjeuner exigu compte tenu du grand nombres de personnes. Pas assez de place et pas de plateau quand on est obligé d’apporter notre repas à la chambre.

5 stars to this location for incredible comfort and convenience. I've stayed in 4 star hotels in Niagara and Montreal, and if i could, i'd prefer this hotel over others. Wifi worked great, customer service is excellent. Hotel clerks are nice and very effective. There's a 24 hour coffee dispenser for hotel staff and guests, that will provide coffee, tea and hot water, with creamer and milks fridge next to it. Breakfast is excellent, with fruits, egg omelets, yogurt, juice and fresh waffles. Parking is spacious and very convenient. Rooms have fridges and microwaves. In 3 mins after our arrival, we had our room keys and a cup of coffee to go. I recommend this to anyone, and if we go back to QC, we'll definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice view of river from breakfast room ((crowded room.) great bed. Perfect location to explore chutes and Ile d’Orleans.

Check in took close to 25 minutes. Only one staff member for multiple guests arriving at the same time. Breakfast options quite limited.

It seems newly renovated so it was clean and nice. Breakfast area is too small though and only had one person in the kitchen who clearly seemed overwhelmed.
