It seems it was recently renovated and the rooms were good. The parking lot are was dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. I would stay here again as the hotel itself was clean and convenient.

I was happy with everything we experienced although we were hardly there... Just overnight because of a convention. Enjoyed the breakfast option. Only complaint I might have if we would have stayed longer is that the pics show there's supposed to be a pool but there isn't.

the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. the icemaker was broken most of our stay. the staff was excellent and very helpful. breakfast was served in a small room off the side of the office which was also in a small room. you have to take your food up to your room to eat it. the breakfast was plentiful and consisted of bagels, toast, english muffins, cereal, yogurt and packaged egg and meat muffins that can be heated in microwave. i would go back. will be much more user friendly once the renovations are done.

the hotel is undergoing renovations, the room that was assigned to us was incomplete.. no towel racks or soap dish in shower, no toilet paper roll holder, the phone for the room did not work, was not hooked up, the dishwasher looked nice, was not hooked up, the induction cook top worked but no pots or pans, only about a teaspoon of liquid soap to do dishes by hand, had to ask for soap for dishes, for dish cloth, did not get dish towel given to us only the dish rag, the floors were not clean because of dust from construction outside building... on the other hand, the staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful, the fridge and freezer worked great!

The facility was under construction. The hotel entrance is a mess. Paintings on the floor. Dirty towels and carpet in the elevator. Paint splashes in the hallway carpet. We were told the room would be only cleaned every 3 days. Seriously? It looked like a bunch of drug deals were going on in the parking lot.

Comfort Inn is currently being renovated. Outside looked a little crazy. Inside Lobby was very nice. Elevator was out of service. We got a 3rd Floor Room, which we had to take all our items upstairs. Our room was very nice and quiet.

This hotel was average as expected, however, there was so much hair that was no cleaned on the bathroom floor. It made me so uncomfortable for the rest of my stay as I wondered what else wasn't cleaned properly... Only to find a dead fly in my bed as well! I told the front desk staff and they told me they'd give me a new clean room. They did not. I couldn't sleep properly knowing that my room wasn't cleaned properly and that I could possibly be sleeping in other people's residue that wasn't cleaned. I will not be staying here again, n'or would I recommend anyone either.

Room and bed are comfortable and checkin was courteous/friendly. Room has microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea, iron & board, hairdryer and amenities (shampoo, condtioner, body lotion). Big TV too which was a nice suprise! Overall the hotel is clean and no concerns.

The window lock in our room was broken and we were concerned security wise as our room was on the ground floor. Also there was a group of young male adults at least a dozen hanging out in the parking lot smoking and fairly loud until midnight.

Generally a good hotel which was conveniently located for the event we were attending. The hotel has been and continues to be under renovations. The room was clean and spacious but the 'under renovation' condition was apparent in some of the small details, like no toilet paper roll holder. The walk in shower is nice but needs a non-slip floor fitting. The room was at the end of a hall next to an exit door which banged loudly until late at night (rubber stops would be a great help). The staff were wonderful and always looking to help us out. If hotel wifi has been a concern, this hotel has the best complimentary wifi I've encountered in any hotel stay.

This hotel has undergone a recent renovation, and it is well done. The room is very comfortable, with very good air conditioning, wifi, nice linens and great shower. The breakfast each day, we stayed 3 days, was very good with lots of choices, and there was a plentiful supply.

Toilet did not flush. Had to get another traveller I knew to figure out why. The water to the toilet was shut off. Had to open the metal tap in the floor. Then the water in the shower was ice cold. My daughter was shivering the entire time. I did not sgower due to the cold water. already Opened soap which was previously used , placed back in the soap plastic. I voiced nicely my concerns to the front desk. She apologized and said she’d make notes. Wont be staying here again

Would definitely stay again. Biggest concern was the tv kept losing reception. Didn't matter what station it was on. Breakfast was very good with a very helpful and friendly lady working there.

Front desk staff are great. Helped me out got me in my room early. Included breakfast was very handy. Location is good if you need to get to highway quick. Great location for the area. When there were issues front desk staff did their best to resolve. Having some growing pains, best choice in the area.

We liked everything about this property. The desk clerk Jen who checked us in was especially nice. We were traveling with our dog and Jen made a point to get us on the ground floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Microwave and washroom were dirty . Boil water advisory came on after I arrived. They did not tell anybody. It was not until I came down for breakfast and found no coffee, juice or water. I asjed why and they told me. I used water in my room the night before and made coffee in the morning. Staff was very irresponsible. They had no plan to deal with the issue. Very unprofessional.

The service face to face was great! The room was great! The person working at the desk when we got there was very accommodating. We arrived early and asked for early check-in but our room wasn’t ready but she would get the cleaning staff to do our room next. We left and she called us when it was ready. That was fantastic. The issue for us was trying to call the place for booking. No one answers the phone and when we left my son thought he left ear buds behind so we tried calling over and over and over repeatedly FINALLY someone answered and they did indeed have the earbuds so went sent a family member to pick them up. So all and all the service and place was good it was just an issue with the phones not being answered. Thank you so much for everything :)

The hotel staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Jen the front desk clerk gave us a warm welcome. She provided us with a map of the area and answered all of our question. There was also another young gentleman on the dedssk but I do not know his name but he was very helpful concerning the WIFI as we were have some difficulty signing in. The room and hotel were very clean. The morning breakfaast was hot and tatste. All and all an excellent visit and we would give our stay our highest recommendation.

Housekeeping started the vacuum in the hall on our floor at 8:30am and was banging the vacuum off of each guest room door to, what can only be assumed, wake up all of the guests that weren’t up yet because ‘she was alone’ and needed to start right away. Our checkout wasn’t until 11am but we were forced to wake up and get out at 8:30am so that she could finish her job earlier. Both the cleaning staff and the front desk staff were unbelievably rude about it and felt justified to treat their guest like this. We travel often all over Ontario for our business and have never been treated so poorly. We will never stay at this hotel again simply due to the staff.

We used to live in Ingersoll so were "coming home " to visit friends and neighbors. We felt right at home here thanks to the amazing staff, wonderful breakfast selections and comfortable room. Very clean and amazingly comfortable beds with ample pillows. Location just off highway but no noise at all from traffic. Would definitely stay here again on our next visits!!

Newly renovated this is a lovely hotel to stay in! The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinning and shopping tips. Beds were comfy. Lots of hot water. Always appreciate mini fridge and microwave. There are 5+ chain restaurants across the street and Tim Hortons immediately beside the hotel. The staff recommendation of the Thai restaurant called Mango Salad in Ingersol was incredible. Highly recommend you go!!

The standard breakfast was very poor , paper plates, same size as side plates(small), no selection , eggs were runny, waffle mix was poor and needed extra cooking , no orange juice & wooden spork instead of utensils,, room was quiet and clean.

I stopped here for an overnight stay while returning from the U.S., continuing my journey eastward. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, with a clean, modern atmosphere and friendly staff. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the hot meal since it wasn’t available before 7 AM due to Victoria Day. As a hotel catering to travelers, I believe holiday schedules shouldn’t impact essential services. Aside from that, everything else was great.
