It was above average. Only 1 elevator. But, I would book again at this place.

Large room, somewhat modern. Parking convenient and not far from other places

Breakfast was amazing… staff at breakfast were amazing… 24 hrs security in parking lot kept you at ease…

The only problem was the hot tub does not run at this time.

Staff was absolutely fantastic, the pool… Heaven. The pool and hot tub were fabulous, warm and clean and greatly needed on a snowy day.

Rooms are clean and nice. Nice touch with the towels being folded artistically. Adds a nice touch. Although some aspects could use some TLC. (Trims around doors need a fresh coat of paint, stains on wallpaper above sink etc.) Breakfast is ok. Eggs were great and so were the make your own waffles. The rest of the food; potatoes, sausages and croissants are ok. Pool space smells a bit too strongly of chlorine but water is very warm as the hot tub overflows in pool.

Swimming pool should extend their closing time.

longer hours for the use of the pool ... especially in the morning it should open much earlier than 8:00 am to be able to use it and then have enough time to enjoy breakfast

Clean, comfortable, easy check in & out. We booked this hotel to relax at the hot tub, pool & sauna in the evening. However, once checked in we learned the hot tub was not hot and the sauna has not worked for the last 2 years.

Hot tub wouldn’t get hot regardless what they did. Pool was warmer. Just a little too far from the city to enjoy it as much as we wanted but still enjoyable. Would return though!

The beds were nice and cleaned. The staff were nice and respectful. The pool was a great addition and the hot tub as well! The price was perfect! All was well until we went into our room, it smelled really bad. Like bad breath. We tried to open the windows and had dryer sheets around the room to mask the smell but it was evident that the room had a permanent smell. The washroom was not in the best condition, the washroom walls had mould in all four corners. We had the maid come in to clean the room but it still was left with a terrible smell. This hotel would have a better review but our room did not make it our best stay.

Room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom and shower was not properly cleaned between booking. Also they have hidden fees that are not included in booking.

The place was very terrible to stay in and there was school kids that where on the same floor i was goven the room and they made so much noise and couldn't even sleep. In addition to the cleanliness of the room it was not clean and there was hair evrywhere on the beds and the floor which is hygiene.

They changed rooms 3 times because of dirty the rooms were until finally the person changed the sheets to clean ones. Bed and sheets were never cleaned or changed.

Accommodations were overall nice but some cleanliness was lacking. (spots on toilet seat, carpets had a lot of debris, crumbs on nightstand) Staff were all very pleasant & kind. Breakfast was fantastic.

The room was fine. It was spacious and clean. The shower was updated and terrific (so many jets), but the hotel overall shows its age. Old carpeting in hallways, 1 elevator, a bit dingy. The lounge area has been updated as well.

Fridge was extremely noisy to the point I had to unplug it, and the the heating/cooling system was very loud, sounds like it needs to be replaced. No mirrors in the room either. Room was nice looking and bed was comfy but with all the road noise and internal noise from the room-sleep was very hard to achieve.

I've had many good stays here, but this trip ended up in room 215 and the noise from the freeway and people at the front entrance was horrendous. Sound come in through the hvac unit and there's nothing you can do about it. Hardly slept and really can't take that risk again on future trips unfortunately.

You could hear a lot of highway noise starting around 6 AM. Pillows weren't very good either.

Unfortunately, my check in experience was not a good one and that set the tone for my entire weekend. When I arrived the attendant insisted that I use my credit card to pay my deposit. I told him I wanted to use my Debit instead. I have checked into countless hotels before...this is something I have been doing regularly for years (decades) and I know that everywhere I go they have allowed me to choose my method of payment as long as I pay the deposit, credit or debit, it shouldn't matter....payment is payment. When I insisted to pay using Debit....visa debit to be exact, the attendant appeared to get angry and demanded I go get $200 cash from the machine that was in the lobby. Of course there was a $4.00 service charge for that. I handed him the cash and he aggressively counted it, almost as if he didn't believe it was all there. The treatment from him was as if I was trying to get in for free or ripping them off or begging for something. I was not treated as a welcomed guest. Once he counted the money he allowed me to then pay for the balance with my debit card. Again, with an attitude that made me feel like I was doing something wrong. He dropped the card keys on the counter...told me my room number and huffed off to tend to another customer. I felt embarrassed. No welcome, no sense of hospitality towards me, no explanation of the amenities.....nothing! I went back and sat in my van trying to process what just happened. I will never go back there again!!

- when I arrived I had to wait couple of minutes before someone was able to see me. - I asked for tooth brush and paste because I forgot to bring mine, and they charged me $9 for them. Decent hotels usually provide such these items for free. - Front desk staff was not friendly and welcoming. - They was no enough isolation in the rooms, still can hear people talking in the next room. - A/C was extremely loud that kept waking me up during the night. - There was big insect in the room, and cleaning was not great.

The experience was very bad, I was expecting a little nicer hospitality after a long delayed flight and getting to the hotel past midnight. Location was ok but the service was really really bad, I mean really bad. I walked in to the front desk, saw a guy on his phone watching an Indian video or something, he made me wait before he could check me in because he was too busy on his phone. No explanation about the breakfast and or the property, he handed me 2 access cards(one did not work) no big deal since one worked, no wifi password or anything. He was very rude, didn’t even speak a word. I would never go back to this property.

My stay at the Admiral Inn was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a place to stay while a winter storm blew through. The gentleman at the front desk let me check in early due to the impending storm which I very much appreciated. My room was exactly as shown on the website with a clean, comfortable king bed and a clean bathroom with a lovely shower with 4 shower heads and great water pressure. I hung out in my room while the storm happened outside. The room had normal cable channels and strong wifi. There were plenty of options for breakfast the next morning and ample seating for guests. I did use the fitness centre, it has 4 cardio machines and some weights, enough to get a quick workout in. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub they did look clean. Overall, the hotel met expectations and was a good value.

Beware of this hotel! Just a bed in a room, no service or manners from anyone. I booked an accessible room for my elderly grandparents to stay for 11 nights. Their accessible room had a bathtub for showering which is not helpful. After my grandmother slipped getting out of the shower and we were wondering if anything could be done, the rude man Syed at the front desk actually said "Oh well" to her falling. With 5 nights left in their stay the hotel locked them out of their room until I showed up with my credit card, despite already giving them the card at check in. No warning and no communication. The equally rude man Yousef at the front desk kept saying he "did me a favor" by not taking the proper amount of money off my card at check in. The general manager Jordan is equally frustrating to deal with, will say he's looking into the matters both times and never call you back. Worst service of any hotel in my life, unapologetically rude staff, all they care about is that they have your money. Just so this review is not all negative; The breakfast is good on weekends.

The manager was fantastic and all staff were super kind and helpful. Expedia had promised I could cancel when I arrived, which was not the case!! The poor hotel has to eat the cost. They were amazing at helping me, and thankfully I had screenshot all the chats from Expedia. Expedia is scandalous!!! Book directly through this hotel and not Expedia. They weren’t helpful at all.

Right off the QEW at Southdown. Central to lots of things to do in Mississauga.

We couldn't check in early, even if we called to ask ahead of time. I assume this was some sort of policy, as the parking lot was fairly empty when we arrived. Staff was friendly nonetheless. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Water in the shower got nice and hot. Coin operated laundry worked great - front desk could make change for us. Breakfast was great - lots of options, and lots of room in the actual dining room. Very basic all around, but well done and maintained. Definitely need a car to get around, as anything is quite a walk. Right off the highway, but didn't hear a thing while going to sleep.

An excellent, affordable hotel. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. The girl at reception during my visit was a gem. My room was exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed, free wi-fi, a fridge, microwafe and tea/coffee making facilities. Free parking and a buffet breakfast included. Location is excellent, right on the QEW (but no traffic noise in the room), lots of shops and fast food places within a short walk on Erin Mills Parkway, and some nice restaurants only a couple of minutes drive in the other direction. Also a short drive to Clarkson train station if you want to visit downtown Toronto.

Close to the places I needed to go. Easy to find.

It was excellent value. Nice room, good amenities, quiet, good wifi, excellent breakfast, lots of parking, easy checkin. Easy off highway access. Only negative might be the lack of restaurants or general walkability of the neighbourhood. Good if you have a vehicle, not great if you like walking to places.

This was a nice hotel with quick and friendly check in/check out. The room was more spacious then expected, and clean. The breakfast was very good, except that we must have hit rush hour on our 2nd (of 2) mornings there and there was no room for us so we had to leave without it. We didn't use the pool or the hot tub but the area looked nice. Our first room had a leaking toilet but they quickly moved us to another room when we let them know. Overall, a good value and we'd stay again.

Breakfast was delicious. Sausage, eggs, wedges, and coffee!

Cold water pressure in the bathroom was very low. Also, shower does not work great, shower head pressure all over the place. Very limited breakfast options. My daughter was not feeling very well after she had breakfast. Very weak coffee and hash browns were undercooked.

One of the only hotels that requires a PIN for your Credit card upon check-in. The room itself is fairly nice, but had a certain wear level. The bed was way too soft. Breakfast was good, but was offered way too early only (6-9am), which probably underlines its relation to business instead of holidays. Being a tourist, I'd prefer to sleep longer and have breakfast at 10/10:30. The swimming pool is nice and the integrated hottub offered a great pressure.

The 4th floor has been completely renovated and updated. Beautiful rooms and an incredible shower. Rooms on the other floors have also been updated just not the hallways. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check in is always quick and painless. The included breakfast is fabulous, coffee is good and food is even better. I choose this hotel for it's high class to cost ratio!

Everything was top notch in the Mississauga Admiral Inn. The breakfast was excellent and everything was prepared and cooked on site (I.e. not prepackaged or frozen). The kitchen attendant was fantastic- helpful and went out of her way to provide excellent service even though I mixed up the breakfast hours and arrived after the food had been cleared out etc. Thank you!

Checkin was fine. I made a wakeup call request. No call was received. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was like dishwater. I suggest you use coffee to make a pot. Terrible.
