Stayed 3 nights

The breakfast was just cereal, toast, muffins. Eggs and bacon would have been nice. No fan in bathroom to take steam out. Difficult to Stand in tub as it was on a slant. Could not get iron to work. I thought the bed was comfortable, my husband thought it was too hard. Was not enough light in the room it was very dark.

We stayed there 3 nights (4 days). The room was not ready when we arrived at 1630 hrs and it’s supposed to be by 1600 hrs. For 4 days, no maid came to do the beds, change the towels, add coffee, empty garbage cans, nothing was done. After an inquiry at the counter , the lady said to me that they forgot to advise us that they clean rooms after 3days only and that they forgot about us for the 4th day. I had to go pick those items missing (ie new towels) at the reception. Cold breakfast was ok, but it was freezing in the room where we ate. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Our beds were cleans , but the kitchen was disgusting. We had to wash anything we used before we could use them . At one point we over heard a cleanjgn girl saying we were smoking inside which I put down very quick and told her they can look on the cameras The fron staff was super nice tho !
