I was excited to visit calgary and choose this hotel to experience it. It was disappointing to find out that there was a charge for parking as guest. When it should be included in the stay. Also, the staff weren't really that welcoming or friendly. I am pretty sure they didnt read the instructions I left when I booked online. The room was too small, shower was too tight, I am tall person and had bend down when taking a shower. You can hear all the noises next room. Furthermore, when I was checking out got charged 2 times. Overall experience, disappointing, most likely will stay there again and wouldn't recommend.

We had wonderful time! Lovely clean room, staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to shopping malls CTrain. Perfect to explore the downtown area.

Lovely, clean and tidy room with plenty of counter space in the bathroom. 2 "complaints": The beds were sold to us as Queen. Pretty sure they were only double. Thank goodness there were 2 of them so my husband and I could have 1 each! Secondly, pretty much everywhere you stay now has a fridge. That would have been very handy. Philip in the valet car park was amazing. Thank you!
