3 dages ophold på rejse. Meget fin morgenmad. Pool område og spa rigtig godt. Personalet hjælpsomme og venlige. Sengene til den meget hårde side. Manglende lydisolering i vinduet, derfor konstant summen fra vejen. Vores værelse var på 4 etage. Rengøring fin. Tag restauranten på 18 sal ligger med fin udsigt. Maden var god. MEN så er alt det gode sagt om den. Personalet forstår ikke engelsk. Man føler sig ikke velkommen og der spilles meget høj musik. Vi har omtalt det for ledelsen, der lover st tage hånd om det. Personalet i receptionen er meget venlige og med et smil parat med hjælp.

Nice experience in a great big room for a family of 4. Rooftop restaurant was great. Shower needed a little repair, and a bit odd to not have AC working in room. Hard to only use bottled water as water stations are so easy to provide for fresh water. Disappointed that the fitness center did not offer water stations to re-fill water.

Biraz yenilenmeye ihtiyaciniz var.Aile odanizda tv calismiyor.resimde odada 3 ayri yatak var reelde sadece 2 .Calisanlar mukemmel ama asansorler bile talebi karsilamiyor bu 6 inci konaklamamiz cok mutlu ayrilmadim.

Hadi kalabalikti, tamam onu da anladim. 14.00'da geri geldigimde 1 saat daha soylendi?!?! Zaten yoldan gelmisiz, yorgunuz, aksama da etkinlige gidecegiz, cildirmamak işten bile değil. Sonra neyse 14.15 gibi odanin hazir oldugunu söylediler de odaya gidebildim, ama moraller bozulmus oldu tabi. Hayir 11.00 check out saati ise, nas 3 saat boyunca odalar temizlenemiyor gercekten akil alir gibi degil.. ayrica odalarin, ozellikle banyolarin (sadece bizim odanin mi oyleydi bilemiyorum) bir revizyondan gecmesi gerekiyor, döküldü dökülecek bir hissiyat. their reception employee was not service minded and did not give us any information either about the hotel, breakfast, or anything else that could be important as one should do. they looked very grumpy and not interested in providing a good service. the hotel is good but one day guests come to the swimming pool and therefore the guests are of different character including the local people. Their restaurant on the 18th floor was really good and nice staff

I really liked this hotel however the reception staff spoke hardly any English and communication was not great The only two receptionist that were very helpful were Fathin and Sanye There were no excursions available so find your own. No buses or train run to city centre so I had to keep catching a cab all the time. On the plus side they have a swimming and hamman for females only which is brilliant The continental buffet is wicked I loved it The rooms are big and spacious and the beds are really comfortable.

A large and excellent Hotel in the city center. This adds convenience but cross street in the front of the hotel is dangerous. There was no street crossing sign and left side view is limited while the drivers do not slow down.

Konum ve park imkanları olarak çok iyi bir otel. Ancak odadaki yastıklar çok rahatsızdı. Klima çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltıda çeşit yeterli olsa da lezzet vasatın altındaydı. Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirdiğimde malesef ortalamanın altında kalan bir deneyim oldu.

Eşimle beraber antalyaya giderken yol üzeri kalmak için tercih ettik. Dedeman kalitesi yine yanıltmadı. Tertemiz mis gibi huzurlu be sakin bir otel. Şehir merkezine de çok yakın. Konumu çok iyi. Konya’ya her gelişimizde kalacak yerimiz belli :) teşekkürler Dedeman.

It’s an ok hotel for a short trip to Konya. The mevlana tomb is about ten minutes away by taxi. The food options are not that great and you should plan your time around their restaurant hours which were misleading. The front office thought their ON8 restaurant was to open at 12pm whereas it never did until after 12:30pm. So it can waste time if the timings are not clear. Overall good value for the money but nothing upscale about this property.

their reception employee was not service minded and did not give us any information either about the hotel, breakfast, or anything else that could be important as one should do. they looked very grumpy and not interested in providing a good service. the hotel is good but one day guests come to the swimming pool and therefore the guests are of different character including the local people. Their restaurant on the 18th floor was really good and nice staff

Nice experience in a great big room for a family of 4. Rooftop restaurant was great. Shower needed a little repair, and a bit odd to not have AC working in room. Hard to only use bottled water as water stations are so easy to provide for fresh water. Disappointed that the fitness center did not offer water stations to re-fill water.

Öncelikle odanın hiç ses geçirmemesi ve temizliğinden çok memnun kaldık ama kahvaltısı kesinlikle çok yetersiz ve lezzetsiz. Akşam yemeğini iftar saati olduğu için biz dışarı çıkmayıp ekstra olarak otelde yedik. Ve hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü açık bufeydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Total otel bünyesinde yediğim tek güzel şey tam buğday ekmeğiydi

They provided a smoking room without asking for the type of room I require. Around 12.30 am I had an asthma attack and couldn’t breathe. I went to reception and asked for another room. Of course I couldn’t fall back asleep for hours. When I told the manager, she smiled and she didn’t seem to care much about my bad experience. She kept saying that “she will tell them” which means that she cared 0 about my really really bad experience. Book another hotel as this one is too far from any Konya attractions.
