I am giving a lower scor on service only becaus i have stayed 1 night before my stay here in Isparta Ramada and I am comparing with it. We arrived and checked in and we had to fill and sign thee form which is unusual to me who traveled arround the world and did not have to do this before...then we entered our room..it was like oven from the heat...why they would not prepare the room for our rival? Then unlike Ramada Isparta..they had this small bottles of soups/shampoo and body lotion..only one ..and we are 2 persons in the room.. I looked for iron.and there was non..while in Ramada ISPARTA there was..we went for swimming and the water was soooo cold.. I was kinda disappointed of all this..especially that this is 5 star hotel while isparta Ramada was 4. When we went for breakfast next day a lady apprached us ..i belive her nam is Bosa..and asked us about our hotel experiance..i yold her my disappointment..and when we got back to our room..there was an iron and extra shampoos..thank you Bosa

Eşimle Bir günlük konaklama yaptık. Genel olarak Ramada kalitesi elbette belli oluyor, resepsiyon çalışanları kaliteli insanlardı. Kahvaltısı ileri seviyede güzel bir açık bufeydi. Ancak herşeydahil kahvaltı dahil vb konaklama tiplerinde resepsiyon veya restoran bölümlerinde daha çok kolaylıklar olmalı, özellikle restoranda tutarsızlıklar çoktu, örneğin yemek ikiyuz TL çay yüz TL gibi. Restorandaki çalışanlar da tecrübeli insanlar değillerdi. Geri kalan durumlarda gayet memnun kaldık.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, park sorunu yok. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, portakal suyundan ücret almıyor! (neden alıyorlar anlamakta zorlanıyorum). Odaları uygun, tadilatlık bir kaç eksikleri var fakat sorun yaratmıyor. Temizlik yeterli. Çalışanlar ilgili ama biraz daha güler yüz hiç fena olmazdı.

Odamızda banyo giderinde koku vardı, mini bar çalışmıyordu, ilk girdiğimizde oda çok sıcaktı ve klima çok geç odayı soğuttu. Double bed işarteleniştik ancak iki single bed verilmişti. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcılardı.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed and the staff members were courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our king-sized bed actually consisted of 2 double beds pushed together; the bulb in one bedside lamp was burned out; and we had difficulty getting the thermostat to cool the room, so we slept with the window open.

The fact that people cannot speak English makes it really hard for me to recommend it to my friends and family. The people at the restaurants ignore you totally, they don’t want to deal with the language barrier, even though I had an application of translation, it was just a matter of patience but instead, they would see you standing at the door and will pass you by; only a girl at the front desk was very nice and tried to recommend for us to eat outside the hotel

Check in experience was too slow. Thier card payment reader rejected two of our cards. They made us feel we were carrying dodgy cards. Turns out thier machine was at fault and needed to be rebooted.

The hotel is one of the five star hotels in Corona, but it is too far from the center and also it is located in the industrial area. All corridors were dark and no light with wear on the lobby nice and smell so well broken window and broken mirrors were seen in the room. Otelin konumu çok iyi, park sorunu yok. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, portakal suyundan ücret almıyor! (neden alıyorlar anlamakta zorlanıyorum). Odaları uygun, tadilatlık bir kaç eksikleri var fakat sorun yaratmıyor. Temizlik yeterli. Çalışanlar ilgili ama biraz daha güler yüz hiç fena olmazdı.

Otele geldiğimde çok yorgundum. Rahat uyudum ve dinlendim. Otelin imkanları gayet güzel. Tek eleştireceğim nokta şu. Kahvaltı çeşidi yeterli ancak 3 no lu yumurta (kafeste yetiştirilen antibiyotikli sağlıksız tavukların yumurtası) kullanılması bu kalitede bir otele yakışmıyor. Ayrıca sağlık açısından 0 veya 1 numara olmalı.

1 gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Oda ve yatak konforluydu, temizlik oldukça iyiydi, tv kanalları yeterliydi, açık büfe kahvaltı zengin ve çeşitliydi, ilgi alakaya zaten diyecek laf yok, oda servisi hizmeti de sunulan yemekler de çok iyiydi. Sadece 1 gece kaldığımız ve bir iş için geldiğimiz için havuzunu, spasını deneyimleme fırsatı bulamadık ama genel intibaya bakarsak, oralarda da sıkıntı yaşayacağımızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar konaklayabilceğimiz bir otel ve güzel bir deneyim oldu. Tüm çalışanlara ilgi alakalarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz. :)

Ancak herşeydahil kahvaltı dahil vb konaklama tiplerinde resepsiyon veya restoran bölümlerinde daha çok kolaylıklar olmalı, özellikle restoranda tutarsızlıklar çoktu, örneğin yemek ikiyuz TL çay yüz TL gibi. Restorandaki çalışanlar da tecrübeli insanlar değillerdi. Geri kalan durumlarda gayet memnun kaldık.

Great breakfast and very kind personnel, very responsive to customer requests. Room had some bad smell in the bathroom, due to bad venting, even after changing room. Also the HVAC was not possible to adjust and the room was very warm in the night, making the sleep difficult. We reported these issues to the property manager that said will be addressing them. We appreciated all in all our stay.
