The breakfast and room were great. Room was clean and updated. The pool was a disaster. Very busy and kids were constantly jumping and splashing in it. Maybe it was the time we were there? Clear water. Sides were dirty though. It needs a good clean. All of the other areas were very well kept. The breakfast had great options. Seating is limited but staff are amazing.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room with the kitchen came with minimal kitchenware but it was perfect for a short stay. Room was very clean, I gave 4 stars only for the pool; it was cloudy and overly chlorinated. Hot tub was nice.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite. Convenient as each bedroom had its own bathroom and tv. The kitchen was amazing for our family. Home away from home. The workout gym is outdated but still made use of the treadmill and equipment. Pool and hot tub are perfect for families. We will stay again in the future!

Nice clean hotel. Room was spacious and the kitchen was amazing to have a full size fridge! Pool was lovely, however the hot tub wasn’t really hot? Other than that was a great stay…. Wish you guys did something for people getting married though. Would have made our trip more special

Everything was great. Pool water was a little chilly, but hot tub was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. No complaints. Great getaway with friends in Toronto.

The room was clean and staff super friendly. Very comfortable stay. Only complaint is the sound proofing could be better, we could hear a lot of door opening and closing/kids yelling and running. But even that was more on the other guests than the hotel.

The layout of the room is great but beds were horribly uncomfortable. Be sure you stay on the even sided room numbers because there’s currently construction that starts at 5:00am during the week. Found glass shards under our bed and confetti from previous guests and the bathroom toilet had leftovers from former guests. For the price I hoped for cleaner accommodations. It was just ok and not sure we’d stay here again.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. All very pleasant and were always smiling and happy to help. The hotel itself on the other hand was very disappointing. We booked here because we saw it had very good reviews for cleanliness but this was not our experience. The room had a smell to it when we got in there. Although things appeared cleaned, it felt dirty, hard to described. Can see the wear and tear around the room. The pullout sofa mattress was in rough shape, mattress very yellow. When putting sheet on it, the mattress protector had a small blood stain on it about the size of a toonie but was still gross so we called for a new one. Staff quickly brought up a whole new pull out mattress which was nice. Overall, run down room, would not recommend and will not he returning unfortunately because we usually like Residence Inn.

We always stay at the residence inn in Toronto so that’s why I chose this hotel. The breakfast was awful and the hotel itself was very dirty especially the room. The staff were friendly. But I realized today I was overcharged for our room so now I have to call to to adjust my credit card charge. Overall we were disappointed.

Stay was good, was only there for 1 night, we didn’t use the pool but always had people in it which is a good sign it’s well kept, breakfast was good, not great but good. The bed was very soft. The part of my stay that was worst was our A/C in our room wasn’t working, there no heat or ac setting it’s just you set a temp if it the building has the ac on it’ll cool down or if the heats on it’ll warm Up but if you want it cooler and the ac isn’t on your out of luck, and I like a cold room and our room was at 24c for the whole night which made it hard to sleep, and being on the first floor having the windows open was pretty noisy and since we where close to a door people would smoke out there and I didn’t want that coming in my window, either way it was a cheap hotel that supplied breakfast, so that’s a plus

The internet was terrible. This was brought to receptions attention but they just gave me a phone number to call IT. I called IT but they didn't do much. This was exceptionally poor experience I had in this hotel. Never had the same or similar issue anywhere else. Good internet is a vital basic thing that this hotel didn't have!!!

It was like having a whole apartment to ourselves! Not just a stove top, but a whole stove with oven included. Took us a day to realize the TV can rotate 180°. Breakfast was delicious and fully available every morning. There is some road noise here, but Vaughan and the GTA probably isn't for you if you have problems with this. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Metropolis. Also due to it being a city, make sure your vehicle isn't vulnerable to being stolen easily, as this is a problem in the area and the Vaughan police doesn’t respond very quickly. Overall, we did excellent to pick this Hotel and definitely recommend here for anyone wishing to visit the area!

We chose this location due to its affordability, facilities and proximity to shopping. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. Front desk staff especially helpful in arranging taxis for us to go for dinner. That was appreciated.

The best thing about this hotel is how accessible the TTC Metro is at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Easy ride to all points downtown. There is bus-rapid transit serving east-west along Route 7. The only thing holding the hotel back is the location: the area is brand new, and doesn’t host a lot of options for eating. If your goal is to be able to get in and out of the city for an affordable price point, look no further.

The best thing about this hotel is how accessible the TTC Metro is at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Easy ride to all points downtown. There is bus-rapid transit serving east-west along Route 7. The only thing holding the hotel back is the location: the area is brand new, and doesn’t host a lot of options for eating. The rooms were spacious and quiet. No noise from the hallway or rooms. Good breakfast included. It is located in an area of heavy traffic, in a mostly industrial/commercial area. Not good for walking or running in the area. Overall it is a nice hotel with great staff and all the amenities you need in house.

The location was great with access to the subway and highways very close by. The suites were very large with our two bedroom suite including a kitchen and two bathrooms. The included breakfast was good. Plan to stay here again on future trips.

The breakfast and room were great. Room was clean and updated. The pool was a disaster. Very busy and kids were constantly jumping and splashing in it. Maybe it was the time we were there? Clear water. Sides were dirty though. It needs a good clean. All of the other areas were very well kept. The breakfast had great options. Seating is limited but staff are amazing.

The room was like a little apartment - very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable - could have used more pillows. The area for the breakfast didn’t feel well organized - I didn’t see any trays to bring plate, cup, utensils to the table

We always stay at the residence inn in Toronto so that’s why I chose this hotel. The breakfast was awful and the hotel itself was very dirty especially the room. The staff were friendly. But I realized today I was overcharged for our room so now I have to call to to adjust my credit card charge. Overall we were disappointed.

We spent one night here on a getaway in Toronto. We have stayed here before without any problems. It's an older property, but generally in good shape. On this stay we were woken in at 4am to the sound of the fridge making bizarre noises. We called down to the front desk and were told that they can't look at it as they are alone. We unplugged the fridge, which wasn't ideal as we had items we wanted cold for the next day. The next morning when we talked to a maintenance worker, the response was "sometimes the icemakers do that". There was no real apology for no sleep, and we were told the manager would reach out to discuss some type of credit for a future stay. That was almost three weeks ago, and no phone call. I am a very loyal Marriott user, so I'm less than impressed with this service.
