洗衣機附有烘衣機功能， 而且會有洗衣劑（不用額外購買） 地理位置佳 住的房間剛換上新的浴缸和馬桶 感覺出飯店的用心 建議沐浴備品更換一下 太小瓶使用不便 可以改用像洗手乳的壓瓶

駐車場が広いのと、24時間1000円で出し入れできるのも良かったです。 駅に直結の好立地で周辺に何でもあって便利でした。

The daily breakfast buffet was tasty and had local dishes. The staff was helpful with forwarding luggage. The second floor laundry facilities were very convenient and clean.

宿泊した部屋はJR沿いでした。上から線路を見ることができるので、電車好きの方やお子さまにお勧めです。 眉山や徳島城跡も近く、観光も楽しめました。 駐車場が入庫時から24時間、料金がかからず出し入れできるので、とても良かったです。

Carpark right next to hotel. Validate your parking ticket with concierge before exit. Pay 1000yen for a day parking. They have a connecting rooms so that is a plus for my family.

Amazing hotel right at Tokushima station. Just outside the hotel is a major bus terminal with both local and express buses to places such as Kobe and Osaka. A 5 to 10 minute walk west of the hotel takes you to the Tokushima Castle Museum and it’s excellent garden. A 10 minute walk south of the hotel takes you to the Awaodori Kaikan with awaodori shows, and ropeway access to Mt Bizan. Many shopping and dining options right next to the hotel in the Clement Plaza and also in the surrounding area (including 7/11’s). Although I didn’t try it this trip, the hotel also has a number of dining options itself (they also appear to do banquets for larger groups). Breakfast buffet (which had excellent seating capacity), had a huge selection of food options with attentive staff to ensure tables are cleaned, and food always kept stocked. Many reception staff speak English and are extremely helpful e.g. offering advice and helping with luggage forwarding. My room was large, luxurious with mini-fridge, coffee and tea. Wifi was good, and although I didn’t use it my room also had an ethernet cable. Unrelated to the hotel, please note that as far as I could tell IC cards (such as Suica and Pasmo) cannot be used on Tokushima trains, although many shops and restaurants in Tokushima do accept them. Service area on the hotel second floor with combination washer/dryers, microwave and vending machine. Overall a fantastic hotel and I would definitely recommend.

駅隣接のホテルなので、立体駐車場に駐車可能。2階に駐車出来れば、連絡通路を通ってそのままホテルまで行けるのが便利。 駅周辺で徳島土産の購入や食事も便利。

徳島でにホテルのグレードとしては最高だと思っています。徳島に滞在するときは毎回利用しています。駅近で駐車場は24時間出し入れ可なのがとてもよいです。設備が少し古くなってはいますが、困りません。海外からのお客さまも多いようでした。今回、ランドリーを使用するために、ランドリールームに行くと、ホテルのカードキーが必要になっていました。乾燥までできる洗濯機ですが、台数が少ないので、他の人が使っているとだいぶ待つことになります。朝食は四国の名物がいただけます。とても人気があるわりに、席数が限られているので、よい時間帯を見計らって行くのをおすすめします。

スタッフの方も丁寧で部屋も綺麗でよかったです。

房間內的地毯清潔度有問題,在住宿的第二天我的太太在房間內被跳蚤咬，後面的行程都受到影響.感覺很糟,不推薦.

部屋はとても広く清潔で快適。 大きな窓からは眉山が見えてテンション上がります。 駅前でわかりやすく便利。駐車場も隣接で広く停めやすい。

とても清潔で立地も良く満足でした。

バスルーム、洗面、ベッド、、どこも清潔で安心して過ごせました。ベッドの寝心地の良さは最高で、いつまでも寝ていられるほど。 フロントや朝食のバイキングでは少しスタッフさんの対応が良心的でなかったかなと、、(チェックアウト時の男性スタッフの方はとても笑顔が素敵で親切でした！) 寂しい印象でした。 バイキングの品揃えもあと少し多ければ大満足です。特に子どもが喜ぶようなものを増やしてもらえたら家族連れは助かるかなと思います。

駅が近くいですが駐車場は1000円かかります。 ユニットバスでしたが清潔でした♪

ベッドが広くて心地よかったです。 冷蔵庫裏あたりの埃が少し気になりましたが、それ以外はとても清潔でキレかったです。

周りに自然が溢れていてとても良かったです。ただほぼきれいですが一部お掃除が行き届いていない部分があり残念でした。

Internet connection was extremely poor. Everything else was acceptable.

The hotel is connected to the Tokushima Station and the Clement Plaza (small shopping center) so it is very convenient. I chose a bigger room and it was really nice, especially the bathroom with a tub that has a city view window (very nice at night).The bus stops are also right outside the main entrance and there are many dining options around the area.

Very convenient and accessible to the major tourist attractions. Our room had a great view and comfortable space. The bathroom was also new & roomy.

I was surprised that the staff at the reception desk spoke no English—nada. Hence communicating was quite difficult since I don’t speak any Japanese, nada. But it’s the case that English is not spoken almost anywhere in Shikoku. Apart from the language issue, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, the hotel location proved to be excellent for day trips on the island and my room was very comfortable.

駅前で最高の立地で綺麗で気持ちのいいホテル。フロントの対応も良く、研修中の札をつけていた方でさえ丁寧にかつ明るく親切にプロフェッショナルな対応していただきました。

施設は大変良かったのですが、フロント対応にはまだまだ勉強よ余地がたくさんありそうです。チェックアウトが7時過ぎでしたので、名産である半田そうめんが朝早くから購入できる店を教えて欲しい、と、フロントが忙しくなる前の6:30くらいに電話で問い合わせても、”私にはわかりません”と、自分で調べたり他のスタッフに尋ねるわけでもありませんでした。結果、自分でネットで24時間スーパー探して購入はできましたが… せっかく、施設やロケーション(JR徳島駅の真上)が大変良いのに、もったいないと思います。

The food ( breakfast) is not in a good quality. Room’s rates are overpriced and the staff doesn’t understand our English. Non-smoking rooms could smell the smoke.

徳島駅に隣接し、徳島空港からのリムジンバスはホテルのすぐ目の前に着きます。駅周辺の飲食店も豊富で便利です。客室も清潔で静かでとても良いのですが、何より朝食のラインナップが豊富で美味しいのが素晴らしいです。四国各県の名物が揃っており（徳島のものでなくて申し訳ありませんが）カツオのたたきが非常に美味しかったです（朝食でしたので薬味として添えられていたニンニクを付けることができなかったのが残念です）。徳島に宿泊する機会があればまた必ず泊まりたいです。
