11階にある天然温泉びざんの湯が本格的過ぎる。お湯は茶褐色ヌルヌル系で有馬温泉みたい。ちょっと狭いけどサウナ、水風呂もあって、徳島駅前にかかわらずゆっくりできました。

出張での宿泊でした。駅やショッピングセンターとも隣接しており、チェックアウトの日は荷物を預かってもらって便利でした。温泉があるのは良かったですが、朝食前の時間帯は大浴場が混んでいました。

The hot spa on the top (11th) floor was excellent! Also the 24 hours open convenience store in the 1st floor is literally convenient. Also Very good was Tully's coffee on the 1st floor. It was an excellent stay.

1階がエントランスで3階がフロント、2階には飲食店が入っています。1階から2階へはエスカレーターがありますが3階へはエスカレーターが無く、階段かエレベーターのみ。そのためフロントへのアクセスは必然的にエレベーターとなるが、エレベーターが2基しかなく、とにかく待たされる。導線が悪い。

こうあって欲しいシティホテル　　色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、かゆい所に手が届くというか、こうあって欲しいと願っていたシティホテルのスタイルがここにありました。　温泉があること。同じ階にコインランドリーと製氷機がある。エレベーターが２機ある。温泉入り口で新しいタオルを手渡ししてくれる。レストランが年末年始開いていた。　タオルの手渡しは何度も温泉に入りたい人にとっては大変いいサービスです。乾いているし部屋から濡れているタオルを持参しなくていいからです。要望は、同じ階に電子レンジがあるといいですね。

Excellent location just minutes from the train station and bus lines. Lot's of excellent eating locations within 10-15 min walking. Very nice public bath on the top floor with natural spring water. There are two wings, East and West. The rooms in the original wing (West, I believe) are getting a bit dated but still quite decent. A couple of proximate restaurants also offer a 10% discount if you show your room key. This is a very slightly higher-end business style hotel and great value. Recommended.

フロントの場所が分かりにくかったです。あと宿泊当日はEast棟の11Fから温泉施設に行くのにEast棟の11Fラウンジで宴会をしていたので通り難かったです。11Fで宴会がある場合は3Fから連絡通路を使用して行くようにアナウンスをして欲しかったです。

とても快適な滞在でした。温泉もちょうど良い温度で朝晩入らせていただきました。駅の目の前に位置していて無いものは無かったです。しいていえば空調の吹き出し口が埃がたまっていたくらいです。

I’d planned a trip to Nartuo Whirlpools, so I needed accommodation fairly close by. The search engine recommended hotels in Tokushima, so I booked the Hotel Sunroute. As it looked value for money. The Sat Nav didn’t pinpoint the hotel (opposite the JR Station). But I found it in the end, once I’d parked the car. Reception is located on the 3rd Floor of the hotel. The receptionist was so polite and helpful, couldn’t do more. I was allocated a room on the 10th floor. The room was clean and fairly big. There was no built in Air Con. Rather, this was provided by a mobile unit. This was noisy when switched on. The bed was comfortable. I had breakfast in the hotel. Whilst it was reasonably priced and fresh, it was fairly limited. But edible. I would use the Sumroute again.

駅前にあり、とても便利な立地だった。部屋は広々していて、トイレと浴室がセパレートで良かった。最上階にサウナ付の大浴場もあって、ゆっくり疲れを癒すことが出来た。朝食も種類豊富で美味しかった。また機会があれば利用したい。

家族3名でファミリータイプのお部屋に宿泊させて頂きました。ベッドはセミダブル2台とソファーベッド1台でした。ソファーベッドで就寝しましたがシングルベッドの広さがあり熟睡できました。設備も綺麗で清潔でした。wifiも快適に使用できました。注意点としては立体駐車場は高さが低い為、boxタイプの車は提携の屋外平面コインパーキングになることくらいかと思います。また利用させていただきたいです。

駅からも近いですし、部屋も清潔でダブルベッド以外の広さも問題ないです、なにげに椅子の座り心地よくオットマンもあり、気づいたら寝てました。お風呂快適で朝食もビジネスホテルレベルでは満足です。

Really enjoyed my stay at Sunroute— 2nd time; was here last year also. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Even though their English isn’t great, we could easily communicate through Google Translate and they are always looking to help. Love the hot spring that is free for guests!

とても良いホテルでした。朝、夜行バスで到着したのですが、7時から一般客として温泉に入れたのですごく助かりました。スタッフの皆さんもとても明るく親切で気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。また徳島に来る時は泊まりたいです。

コンビニが館内にあり、便利。大浴場スタッフのホスピタリティがとてもよかった。ホテルスタッフとは、チェックインの時にしか話してないが、もう少し、ゆっくり目に離してくれたら尚良い。早口なのは学生の宿泊が多くて忙しかったからだろう。ただ、大浴場が混雑してるかも、というアドバイス，とてもよかったです。

Spacious room, incredibly convenient with a convenience store on the ground floor and a direct passageway to the Amico shopping centre next door. Very accessible, literal steps from Tokushima station and the bus bay. Breakfast is not included, but lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend the basement floor of Amico for their fresh and affordable sushi and sashimi. Would definitely stay again for future trips to Tokushima.

This is an excellent higher end business hotel with a very nice onsen. Right across from the JR Station and lot's of shopping and eating options. Our room was in the East Tower which had its own private entrance which is more convenient than entering via the hotel lobby. Recommended.

Excellent location just minutes from the train station and bus lines. Lot's of excellent eating locations within 10-15 min walking. Very nice public bath on the top floor with natural spring water. There are two wings, East and West. The rooms in the original wing (West, I believe) are getting a bit dated but still quite decent. A couple of proximate restaurants also offer a 10% discount if you show your room key. This is a very slightly higher-end business style hotel and great value. Recommended.

The location is wonderful-- a few minutes walk from Tokushima JR Station. The 11F onsen is quite small and crowded. Could not relax. BF is also very busy.

Excellent stay for my time in Tokushima. Great location with the hotel across the bus plaza from the station. The public bath/onsen was the highlight. Perfect for relaxing after long stays outside. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.
