Hotel Kohinoor Continental, Airport

No WATER AND ELECTRICITY ON 18TH APRIL MORNING, I HAVE TO CHECKOUT AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. THIS CHNAGED ALL MY BUSINESS MEETING. TEERIBLE EXPERIENCE. KOHINOOR HOTEL AGREED TO DO FULL REFUND OF RS.9300. REQUEST HOTELS.COM TO ENSURE THIS REFUND IS DONE

Horrible Stay, we came for vacation for 5 nights, we want peace, however this property is going under big construction, a-lot of noise, we can't sleep at all. work start in the morning as early as 8am and then entire day construction noise was coming. No one picks call at the reception,at check out we tried calling at reception for bell boy but no one picked calls. never coming back again.

Neat and clean property and rooms. Well connected as a location to metro etc. Good cafeteria. However I must add with some disappointment that I had faced a denial of service incident totally due to lack of communication on the part of hotel management.

Close to the airport! Easy check in. Hotel organized airport pick-up what was great! We just stayed a couple of hours since our flight arrived late, Check in after 4am. Hotel is perfectly ok for that buy wouldn't stay longer.

Great hotel shuttle from airport. We arrived at 2 am and shuttle was waiting for us.

To my surprise, the carpet of my room seems to be very old and was stinking. At the time of booking, it is nowhere mentioned that visitor's are not allowed in the room. I had to pay Rs. 2000/- for a visitor in my room. Disgusting way of earning money

Perfect for my one night stay in Mumbai, close to airport. Room was clean and had a good sleep.

I was made to wait at the check-in as there was a group about to leave. As I sat and waited for over 10 mins (approx), I had to ask to be seen, so that I could check-in. I had booked myself into a double bed (Twin) room. The receptionist asked me if I have a guest, which I said no, she "moved" me to a king bed, on the smoking floor at B wing. The room I got was dark and reeked of some god-awful smell. Even the bell-boy agreed to it. Then she moved me to A wing, again on the smoking floor. When I called to be asked to move, she said "we are fully booked". Where was my original room then? Why was I put in a smoking room when I clearly stated in my original booking that I prefer a non-smoking room. The room had a murphy bed and the so-called LCD TV was a pitiable screen which had screen burn-in. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. I was woken up in the morning at 4am by the neighbor hacking/coughing out what felt was a lung. It was loud, clear and bloody awful. And it went on for at least 2 hours, at 45-50 min interval. Compared to the check in, the check-out was pretty quick. I stayed there at a friend's recommendation, wont do that again.

The room we were assigned (306) was not worthy of even a 3 star hotel. Stained bath and toilet, threadbare carpet, chipped furniture and stains on bed covers. Our prior stays at Kohinoor have been excellent, so this may have been an older room that was not upgraded.

It was a good hotel to stay. Only 5-10 mins from the airport, nice and clean.

Main reason for low rating is the room smelled of cigarette smoke very badly. I was too tired to notice the first night but the second night it kept me awake. Staff at Desk and Restaruant were very good.

I had stayed in this hotel earlier this year and enjoyed my stay, this time i booked the same premium room but the room was not the same, i stayed in A Tower, disappointing. Also at check in if the room is not available when we arrive early then give a time that reflects when it will be available, do not keep saying 15 minutes and have me sat in reception and then one and a quarter hours later say the room is available. Just say straight away one hour it will be available, i arrived slightly early and understood that it may not be ready, but to have me sat in reception for over an hour after keep being told 15 minutes is frustrating.

Hotel situated in a good location for the traveller. Needs to upgrade some rooms as not very well. Staff excellent, service good.

Excellent traditional Indian breakfast, absolutely no concessions to European cuisine which was fine by us. Very friendly attentive staff in the dining room and elsewhere. Although the hotel is on a busy street our room was very quiet.

Excellent traditional Indian breakfast, absolutely no concessions to European cuisine which was fine by us. Very friendly attentive staff in the dining room and elsewhere. Although the hotel is on a busy street our room was very quiet.

I always stay in this hotel whenever I come to visit Mumbai nice friendly staff, feel like home ,👍

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Very easy to get to the airport.

Located in the midst of a very busy and noisy street. I didn't feel safe walking at night. Most Riksha drivers refused transportation to a short distance. I asked the front desk person for the McDonalds restaurant and he gave me incorrect information.

Only stayed 1 night after long haul flight short taxi drive from airport. staff helped us with directing us to get our Indian sim. Missed breakfast as shattered to get up for it. Overall done the job can't comment on much more.

Near the Airport matching the economy budget...

It was a good hotel to stay. Only 5-10 mins from the airport, nice and clean.

Nice place to stay and good food

I booked a night at this hotel for a friend. The staff are very friendly and co-operative. Although the paper work was a bit daunting as I had to answer all sorts of questions about my stay in India. I got to know the rules have changed a lot especiallyywhen it comes to foreign nationals. However all in all it was great. We dined
