Overall the hotel is lovely and the room was beautiful. Dinner at Verve was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent, but the service was problematic. They were clearly understaffed for the rush leading to long, unattended waiting time at the entrance, and slow service thereafter. Room service was quick but the quality of food was very disappointing. My spa treatment was wonderful.
