Ich hatte hier einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, der bereits vor dem Check-In gut losging. Leider hatte ich ein Problem mit meiner Reservierung, sodass sie storniert werden musste. Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin Venus hat mir aber ein neues Zimmer gegeben und sogar ein Upgrade. Ich hätte mir keinen besseren Start in Hong Kong nach einem 12-Stunden-Flug vorstellen können. Das Hotel hat einen ansprechenden Stil, ist rundum gut ausgestattet (toller Fitnessraum!), sehr sauber, und das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht so hellhörig wie in anderen Hotels. Die ganzen Mitarbeiter — vom Housekeeping bis zum Empfang — waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Venus und ihre Kollegin Katrina konnten mir alle Fragen beantworten und haben mir immer weitergeholfen. Ich bin dem Team sehr dankbar und habe mich selten so wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Sollte ich wieder nach Hong Kong kommen, ist das meine erste Anlaufstelle. Ich wäre wirklich gerne länger geblieben. Danke für alles, Venus <3 Du wirst mal eine großartige Managerin werden.

Had a wonderful stay at The Luxe Manor on our visit to Hong Kong! It was really nice of Tony (the head concierge) and Agnes (at the front desk) to upgrade us to a lovely room. The service from all the staff was exceptional and the facilities are compact, quirky, beautiful, and well-maintained. The staff had excellent travel pointers and recommendations, and also let us use the shower facilities in the gym after we'd checked out so we could clean up after our beach day before heading to the airport. Highly recommend the food at FINDS, their in-house Scandinavian restaurant - even their complimentary crusty sourdough served with olive oil, homemade butter and cheese was sensational.

Just spent over a week at a the Luxe Manor. The hotel is very nice and comfortable rooms with a small fridge. The staff are so wonderful and friendly. Any problem or question you have they try to solve it for you. They get to know you on a personal level and it feels like a home away from home. The 24 gym is great and well equipped for its small size. The area is full of shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket nearby. I absolutely loved staying here and will be back for sure. Thank you for making me feel so welcome - Cary, Tony, Michael, Tommy and Mabel!

Property was very basic, think hostel but in a private room. Room was serviced daily, bed was back breaking, only reception staff, not much around the area. There are high turn over of tourist and only two lift make it seem forever to get to your room. But it did its job.

Was my go too hotel in HK pre covid. Obvious changes to cut costs include the removal of the traditional buffet breakfast to à la carte selection. Parking at HK$80/hr is over priced and a 24 hr period costing as much as the room. Service was also down on previous stays. Only bonus was early check in.

What a smart, stylish, super cute boutique hotel! It is spotlessly clean. The bedroom is spacious with a massive bed, extremely confortable with lovely soft bed linens. The location is great if you want to be in the heart of Tsim Shah Tsui, with walkable amenities. There's a great little bar, La Luna a minute's walk on the same side of the street which was good for a nightcap. Also a lovely looking restaurant opposite called Enchante which we didn't manage to try as we only had 2 nights, but it served fresh pasta and other dushes if you need a change from the great chinese food in the area. The hotel has a restaurant we didn't try, only because we wanted to get out and explore. We did try the bar for a Happy Hour drink. It is very stylish but was very quiet early evening on a Tuesday. I bet it's great on a Friday evening with live music though. Overall, extremely pleased wirh this great value hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we come back to Hong Kong!

Our room was smelled like cigarettes on the non smoking floor. Requested for a room change and the service desk was friendly and accommodating to find another king size bed room for us. The new room was slightly bigger and bigger bathroom. The furniture was out dated and so is the building. We were only there for one night. Found hair pieces in the bathroom and the shower curtain was very dirty. Had a lot of stains. Also found hair and there on the bed. Felt gross staying in the room. The only thing that was great is the location. I guess you pay for what you get. Don’t let pictures deceive you on Expedia and their website. I’d pay a little extra for a better hotel.

The first room I was given smelled like smoke, even though it was on a non smoking floor. I turned right around and asked for a new room and the staff was really nice about it. The second room was not smoky but it did have a sort of musty old building smell, but it was fine for me. I feel like they could've vacuumed the carpet more. The bed was firm but comfortable and I slept well there. I personally don't like that there's no overhead light, just 3 lamps, none of which are very bright. You have to open the window curtains to brighten up the room. Overall it was fine, not exactly 5 stars in my opinion, but the room is fine and the location is great. The cleaning staff was very nice and the towels were thick and fluffy. I also liked that there was a desk and chair even for a small room, and there was a bottle filling station on every floor (and the water tasted good) and the bathroom counter had a decent amount of space for toiletries. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

The room is too dark. You can not open the curtain because the next building is 30ft away. The lobby is too small and dark. No place for you to meet friend. The room and bathroom are clean. There is no small towel for face cleaning.

its next to Knutsford Terraces, one of the most fanous bar area in Hong Kong, the location is perfect. However, its a bit noisy at night, you can hear the band sound from the live music, other than that, everything are ok. Staff are nice and helpful too.

Rooms at the luxe manor were large for HK standards. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. Great water pressure and clean rooms. Location wise, it’s well placed in a central location, just a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, and other buses plying the main Nathan Road. Bus A21 direct to the airport is conveniently located across the road. There is also a supermarket just 3 mins away, and a superb cha chaan teng just 50 metres down the road. Shout out to Elton who provided excellent service and was empathetic when we had to make last minute arrangements due to Typhoon Ragasa. He helped us to extend our stay at a reasonable rate, and subsequently helped to cancel when we got a last minute flight out before the Typhoon arrived - all with ease and patience. It’s times like these that travellers feel safe and in good hands when faced with sudden chaotic situations. We would definitely stay at the Luxe Manor again!

I couldn't sleep well because restaurants behind the hotel played loud music until about 5am every night. Other things were good, but I don't want to use this hotel again unless they make the windows soundproof.

Hotel staffs are courteous and helpful. We stayed for 8 days, changed rooms 3 times. The first room might be on higher floors, the cold water was hot. The second room air conditioner stuck on 22 degrees celcius. After engineer repaired,there was no air conditioning. The third room was perfect. The hotel also gave us an upgrade and fruit basket.

Ich hatte hier einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, der bereits vor dem Check-In gut losging. Leider hatte ich ein Problem mit meiner Reservierung, sodass sie storniert werden musste. Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin Venus hat mir aber ein neues Zimmer gegeben und sogar ein Upgrade. Ich hätte mir keinen besseren Start in Hong Kong nach einem 12-Stunden-Flug vorstellen können. Das Hotel hat einen ansprechenden Stil, ist rundum gut ausgestattet (toller Fitnessraum!), sehr sauber, und das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht so hellhörig wie in anderen Hotels. Die ganzen Mitarbeiter — vom Housekeeping bis zum Empfang — waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Venus und ihre Kollegin Katrina konnten mir alle Fragen beantworten und haben mir immer weitergeholfen. Ich bin dem Team sehr dankbar und habe mich selten so wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Sollte ich wieder nach Hong Kong kommen, ist das meine erste Anlaufstelle. Ich wäre wirklich gerne länger geblieben. Danke für alles, Venus <3 Du wirst mal eine großartige Managerin werden.

Wonderful professional service, very friendly smile. We love to stay here because of the excellent service. Especially Chris Yeung and Cary, they are very professional and very friendly, and so does other staff but I can't remember all the names. All the staff are very friendly and professional and always wear a smiling faces. We have a wonderful experience to stay in The Luxe Manor hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Tsim sha Tsui. Convenient to the MTR 5 min walk and great shopping & restaurants nearby. Also the Kowloon park is 5 min walk away. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and nice to have a fridge and kettle. Most of all this hotel has fabulous, friendly staff- Tony, Tommy, Cary, Michael and Terrance especially made me feel welcome and at home!

Rooms at the luxe manor were large for HK standards. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. Great water pressure and clean rooms. Location wise, it’s well placed in a central location, just a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, and other buses plying the main Nathan Road. Bus A21 direct to the airport is conveniently located across the road. There is also a supermarket just 3 mins away, and a superb cha chaan teng just 50 metres down the road. Shout out to Elton who provided excellent service and was empathetic when we had to make last minute arrangements due to Typhoon Ragasa. He helped us to extend our stay at a reasonable rate, and subsequently helped to cancel when we got a last minute flight out before the Typhoon arrived - all with ease and patience. It’s times like these that travellers feel safe and in good hands when faced with sudden chaotic situations. We would definitely stay at the Luxe Manor again!

The staffs in the hotel are very helpful and empathetic. When we reached the hotel on 14 Oct 2023 at ard 3pm, there were 2 staffs a lady in specs and a man welcome us and noticed our daughter forehead was injured. She had a fall at the airport and we were going to the hotel to check in and bring her to the clinic to have her wound clean. The 2 staffs were very helpful and help us to find a nearby clinic and even contact the doc and told us that the doc advised to bring her to the hospital. They helped us to call for the taxi and provide the address to the hospital. Thumbs up for the service for the 2 staffs. Unfortunately we didn’t managed to get their names. Overall a very pleasant stay in the hotel and the housekeeping lady was very friendly and greet us every morning.

Had a wonderful stay at The Luxe Manor on our visit to Hong Kong! It was really nice of Tony (the head concierge) and Agnes (at the front desk) to upgrade us to a lovely room. The service from all the staff was exceptional and the facilities are compact, quirky, beautiful, and well-maintained. The staff had excellent travel pointers and recommendations, and also let us use the shower facilities in the gym after we'd checked out so we could clean up after our beach day before heading to the airport. Highly recommend the food at FINDS, their in-house Scandinavian restaurant - even their complimentary crusty sourdough served with olive oil, homemade butter and cheese was sensational.

We had reserved two nights on a row during the storm period. We missed one night due to unable to return from VN. However, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room and to provide free breakfast. The attitude of the staff was so friendly and politely to explain everything and to offer the above.

The hotel is located on Kimberly Road, which is towards the further end of TST/Nathan Rd. It's still walkable to nearby shopping like K11 mall, iSquare, etc. TST MTR station is about 8-9 mins walk away. Overall nice boutique hotel.

The hotel is situated very close to many places of interest. There are malls, restaurants and a very nice park nearby, as well as a convenient access to the MTR. There are many bars in the area which can lead to some late night noise for those folks who are sensitive to street noise.

What a smart, stylish, super cute boutique hotel! It is spotlessly clean. The bedroom is spacious with a massive bed, extremely confortable with lovely soft bed linens. The location is great if you want to be in the heart of Tsim Shah Tsui, with walkable amenities. There's a great little bar, La Luna a minute's walk on the same side of the street which was good for a nightcap. Also a lovely looking restaurant opposite called Enchante which we didn't manage to try as we only had 2 nights, but it served fresh pasta and other dushes if you need a change from the great chinese food in the area. The hotel has a restaurant we didn't try, only because we wanted to get out and explore. We did try the bar for a Happy Hour drink. It is very stylish but was very quiet early evening on a Tuesday. I bet it's great on a Friday evening with live music though. Overall, extremely pleased wirh this great value hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we come back to Hong Kong!

It was OK, but 4,5 stars is far from reality for sure. I do not complain too much, but the breakfast was almost nothing. There was very little choice of food, mostly warm food what should me eaten for diner.
