The hotel is a bit dated with walls need repaint and fixture in the bathroom shown wear and tear. Like the shuttle bus provides to get to the Tsuen Wan MTR station. However, I was disappointed by the self-laundry service not available to the short stay customer, only for the contracted tenants.

Nice hotel. Staff nice and friendly. Hotel is quite old, but cleanliness is acceptable. The play rooms for kids are amazing. However, the arcade machine is not working properly. There's only a beach can go around the hotel. No shop or other place can go. And hotel restaurant not open for dinner. But there's free shuttle bus can go to Tsuen Wan MTR station, so not a issue for dinner or shopping. I recommend the hotel and want to stay again.

Nice facility such as jacuzzi, spa and sauna, but inside individual gender changing room, so have to do it myself instead of with my fiancé. The shuttle service is good, especially the area is a bit far away from public transportation. The service is good.

We enjoyed our stay in Royal View Hotel. There is a free transfer to the next metro station. The hotel is near Libo Beach. It‘s a quite area but this means also, that there are no possibilities to shop or go to a grocery stores although there is a vending machine downstairs. We would come again!

We are at the hotel from Jun 14-16. Our room is fine, comfortable and have a dehumidifier in the room. It was rain all 3 days we stayed. The dehumidifier was so useful. Room service maids are kind. I could ask them for extra tissues easily. They also offered extra towels. But we had enough. Unfortunately, the pool is still in renovation process; so, not chances to swim. But Lido beach is located closeby. It is very easy to walk over there and enjoy little beach. Shuttle bus is ontime, useful and convenient. It is easy to take us to Tsuen Wan district and MTR.

Overall, our stay wasn’t bad. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. If you’re looking for a calm and quiet place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of downtown HK then this place is the right one for you! You get scenic view of the ocean and mountains as well. I didn’t really get to explore their amenities but wanted to take a look at their sky garden but it appears it was close for renovation. Also, hotel didn’t offer room service (front desk states kitchen is close when the restaurant is close) and there’s not much food or dining options around the area. There are vending machines with food and microwave on the side to warm your food- this would be your only option if you didn’t bring food before returning to hotel. Staff were mostly friendly and would help if you have any questions.

今回2回目の宿泊でした前回これと言って不満なかったので　今回も泊まったのですが　お部屋にたくさん髪の毛が.... ソファーの上やシャワーブースの床にも.... シャワーはレインシャワーは水量あるけど　手持ちのシャワーヘッドが　とにかくおかしい笑シャーって出ず　ボトボト....水量も少なくて　色々残念だったかな〜

After staying one night, my husband’s both legs got sooo many insects bites and we informed the hotel, they just sprayed some sanitizer on the carpet around bedding area. They claimed it could be my husband got allergy only for I was on the other bed and it did not affect me. We suggested it might be the mattress as we slept on 2 separated single bed. No rooms was changed and deeply sanitized. My husband got more bites during our stay. Very very upset. Also, it did not clearly state there is fee on local phone calls. Customers has to download their QR code to understand their charges. As an elderly, we totally not knowing that until we did the check out. Really disappointed.

Mold around the bath sink and shower. Front doors were closed when we arrived, has to use side door to get to reception, windy and cold and nobody to help with door or luggages:( Terrible breakfast , open late at 8 am. Good thing is beds are comfortable, has a good sleep and view is beautiful!

I stayed at this hotel some 15 years ago. While it is still clean and quiet, it has become more streamlined. For example, the suite we stayed in is a family room but there is no cooking equipment (not even a microwave oven), only a mini fridge. There were no table and chair. The hotel restaurant only offers breakfast and snack service. That being said, the shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan runs every 15 minutes so we were able to have our meals off-site without hassle and of course with lots more variety.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. The one thing that I don’t like is staffs dont know how to speak in English. So hard to do sign language. It was very inconvenient. So difficult to communicate with the staff specially the utility or housekeeping. Charging station is not working. No shampoo and soap.

Far from everything. The location is too far from everything. No other buildings nearby. You cant walk to the shops. The concierge and the security staff were very good. The front office staff are very cold and rude. Charis was very rude. The breakfast was very good though staff were cold but better than FO staff.

The hotel is beautiful. In general, service meets the standard of its class including front desk, shuttle, and restaurant, however, house keeping appears to be substandard. Room cleaning isn't scheduled daily, unless requested by guest, and no matter what, only partially done. Glass and cup cleaning ignored, hair in bathroom never clean resulted to serious drainage blockage. Maintenance staff had to be called in to resolve the problem. The technician worked and talked back, didn't seem to regret for the inconvenience so caused, or their inadequacy to house keeping.

The hotel is good but the location is not good for travelers. The hotel is far from everything. The concierge and the security guys are great guys, very helpful. They know that they are far from stations, so they provide shuttle service every 10-15 minutes. It is really convenient given that it is available all the time. The staff and management are kind, too. Our flight to Hong Kong was cancelled at first (our first night stay at the hotel) and they were able to make necessary changes to accommodate our new travel dates. We just presented proof of flight cancellation and they accepted it.

The Hotel area is very quite, nice view. Room is good in size and is very clean. Quite place and only a 15 minutes shuttle ride from Tsuen Wan. From there, you can connect to the subway system.

It's quite a decent hotel overall. But it's biggest weakness, which explains why the hotel rate is so competitive, is the location. It is located far away from MTR station and the only feasible way of connecting to the nearest MTR station (Tsuen Wan) is the hotel's shuttle bus. It's not a very pleasant experience when we have to wait for 15 to 30 minutes to get on the bus in order to start the day's activities.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Royal View and most likely would stay again. The main hang-up is that it is very far from Hong Kong proper, but honestly, this adds to the charm as you can take a nice reprieve after some urban exploration. Still, some might not like how far it is from the core city.

It was on the edge of Tsuen Wan, but the hotel has a shuttle to take you into town. It drops you off at the train station where you can take a train anywhere in Hong Kong, or you can roam Tsuen Wan. Plenty of shopping and restaurants there. The property itself was suitable.

공항에서 셔틀은 없습니다! 단! 췬안역에서 3번 출구 로열뷰 셔틀버스 표지판을 보고 타시면 되고요~ 15분간격이니 좋아요! 다 좋은데 한가지 약점이 편의점이 없고 호텔로비 간식거리 터무니없이 비쌈! 밤 11시까지 무료셔틀 운행하니 시내에서 꼭 먹을거 사가지고 들어가세요~ 아침에 일어나서 LIDO해변 산책과 간단한 운동 후 사우나! 너무 편하게 있다가 갑니다.

It was an average hotel. There is not anything around it so if you’re hungry, you will have to take a taxi or shuttle bus to get something to eat. The restaurant in the hotel closes early. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.
