Very nice, modern hotel with excellent views of the valley and immediate proximity to the train (without much noise from the train). Also a very short walk to one of the gondola/trams. Breakfast was good and was included in our rate. Would definitely stay again. 10/10.

Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Beautiful traditional hotel with a wonderful staff. Some of the amenities were closed during our stay for refurbishing but otherwise we loved it. The beds were good, breakfast was ok but not quite as good as we've had elsewhere in the region. Best of all are the mountain views and the Lauterbrunnen valley below! The views are stunning. We could have sat our on our balcony all day. It's also right in town (Wengen) and close to everything. We would stay there again if we ever return.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The room carpet was dirty, and there was a significant amount of dust throughout the room. Outside the window, there were visible cobwebs, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned. The coffee machine in the room was dirty and clogged, with brown water coming out when used. In addition, there was no refrigerator provided, which was unexpected. On the first night of my stay, the curtains could not close properly, affecting my family sleep and comfort. I had to report the issue and wait until the next day for it to be fixed. What is most concerning is the misleading advertising regarding the pool and spa facilities. These facilities were under construction, yet this was not clearly communicated before booking. I was not the only guest affected by this issue. Considering the high room rates being charged, this is unacceptable and does not reflect the experience that was advertised. Overall, the cleanliness, room condition, and inaccurate representation of the facilities fell well below expectations.

The room was clean, the property was quiet, the food at breakfast was delicious. Our view was good. There was a small issue with the elevator, but staff got it working very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot tub and spa area were under renovation and there was no indication on the website. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, so that was a disappointment.
