Personale scortese, di una maleducazione che non vi so spiegare! Hôtel sporco, letti sporchi, camera scadente, fuori le finestre non vi dico! Colazione pagata 14 franchi a persona e non. C’era niente. Parcheggio a pagamento 20 franchi al giorno. Peggio di così non mi poteva andare!

El espacio de la habitación es buena, tenía una mini cocina con nevera, pero está todo muy anticuado y viejo, la tapa del congelador caía cada vez que abrías la nevera, la luz es insuficiente y hay bichos en ellos, las almohadas, por suerte traíamos las nuestras al viajar en coche, la ducha del baño bastante anticuado y viejo y el chorro de agua no era agradable, el enchufe del baño no funcionaba, era una habitación situada en planta baja, las camas aceptables, vista horrorosa a un patio viejo, no teníamos desayuno por lo que no puedo opinar…lo más positivo el chico de recepción, muy amable y sonriente, aclarando nuestras dudas El aparcamiento es de pago, hay que ir con mucho cuidado de no pegar al techo de lo bajo que es, se ve que muchos coches han pegado ya que estaba un canto muy dañado La situación del hotel es buena y tranquila

Good budget hotel for price point for a few days. Great location. We were 3 people and we fit. Good beds, always very hot water, and clean. Parking lot is underground and has low head space and tight curve to get into. We had a small car and it was difficult. Something to consider with your vehicle type. I would recommend to the property owners to perhaps change the shower heads because the jet is so strong, good chance the shower curtain blows out of shower and the floor gets all wet.

Avevamo una quadrupla con angolo cucina. La stanza era bella grande e la cucina era nuova. Per questo non capisco perché il frigo non si chiudeva bene e di conseguenza non raffreddava abbastanza. Il forno a microonde invece era perfetto, nuovo e pulito. Per me un grande aiuto con la sterilizzazione dei biberon ecc. I letti erano spaziosi e comodi. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio invece è un problema per chi ha una macchina troppo grande. Non è incluso, ma si paga a parte e deve essere prenotato. Su Expedia non è chiaro questo fatto. Ci sono parcheggi a pagamento vicino la struttura, ma si può parcheggiare max. 2 ore. Quindi conviene sempre un parcheggio privato.

Check in was quick and easy and we were lucky enough to get one of the five free parking on site. They are tiny but its free and car is safe! Personal was nice and helpful. The room was okay size but bathroom needs some love and shower curtain needs to be replaced. We forgot to mention when we left but our had stain on it and very smelly. Some mold on the sillicone as well. Location was great with walkable distance around Montreux and we got free bus ticket to go to the Chateau Chillon. Thank you

Bed was comfortable but there is no AC and the weather was on the warmer side. Very conveniently located, we walked everywhere even though we had a car. Next time I’d get the “Swiss Pass.” The parking garage had a very low ceiling over the entrance down ramp with tight angles so it took two of us to park to ensure the car didn’t scrape. I was traveling with meds and they don’t have an ice machine, so that was a little bit of a challenge. Conveniently located and there’s a wonderful Asian restaurant on the same block that was delicious!!

Ich hatte mindestens 4 grosse Kakerlaken (>3,5 cm) im Zimmer, welche sich im ganzen Raum verteilt hatten. Konnte deswegen kaum schlafen. Habe dies am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption gemeldet. Eine knappe Entschuldigung erhalten... und das wars. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang wusste genau Bescheid, dass solche Ungeziefer in den Räumen vorhanden sind. Wenn jemand ruhig schlafen möchte, empfehle ich zwingend ein anderes Hotel!!

Wir hatten eine Super Freundliche Empfangsdame die uns das Check-in erleichtert hat. Die Zimmer waren mässig sauber. Oberhalb vom Bett war ein Ventilator der voller staub war, auch die anderen 2 Gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr verstaubt. Das Putzpersonal nimmt es garnicht genau mit dem abstauben oder unter dem Bett putzen. Ansonsten ganz süss. Wir hatten glück mit dem Parkplatz das wir 2 gefunden haben, aber wer grosse Autos fährt wie wir wird dort in der weissen Zine selten was vernünftiges finden. Uns wurde das Shopping-center als alternative parkmöglichkeit empfohlen. Achtung nicht das Casino soll überteuert sein.

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement (moisissures au plafond de la chambre de bain et près de la fenêtre, rideau de douche ayant besoin d'être lavé et lavabo dont l'émail est fendu). Personnel sympathique. Aucun air climatisé.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. There's a reason I keep going back. The price is good value for money. The buffet style breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very conveniently placed and everything I want to do is within easy walking distance, although should I wish to explore further afield the free travel card is a real bonus. I believe there is also a convenient parking garage, thpugh I have never used it. I will definitely be back again

Staff was great. They were friendly and super helpful. We stayed during August and during a heat spike and the lack of air conditioning made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. The room had a window but it didn't open much so the fan was not very effective

Fiquei em um quarto triplo que tinha um bom tamanho. O hotel é bem localizado, possível fazer tudo a pé. Tinha cafeteira no quarto. O banheiro tinha um bom tamanho, apenas a área do chuveiro era pouco espaçosa.

Zweibettzimmer , ein Bett hatte 2 Räder, rollte immer auseinander. Bei jeder Bewegung hat das Bett gequietscht. Deckenventilator war am Anfang super ( leise) hat aber von Zeit zu Zeit scheppernde Geräusche gemacht. Mussten ihn ausschalten, dann war es zu warm.

The location is excellent and overall the hotel was a good value for the area. The room was very hot and there is no temperature control, and the water pressure in the shower was poor however. These things seems like areas that could be easily improved by the hotel to make a big difference in the level of comfort in the guest rooms.

Not so modern rooms, but adequate size. Clean and very good room cleaning service. Always ask for the fan in summer as there is no AC available. Close to promenade and grocery stores. Bus stop is only 3 minute walk.

Location was good though mixed review about staff. Lady (Tanya) at the reception desk at the time of checking in and out was very welcoming and helpful but another guy at the desk during our stay was very rude. Didn’t acknowledged when waited at the reception to ask and later talked very rudely.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little dated but clean and tidy. We were in a ground floor room and the noise travelled badly through the night. Breakfast was great, location was great. Would stay here again

Stayed 2 nights. Ate breakfast there one morning and it was okay. Our room was large with a kitchenette. Enjoyed walking down by the water with all the statues along the way. Weather was not the best, a lot of rain. Visited both the cheese and chocolate factory and both tours were amazing Only complaint about the hotel was the morning fellow at reception was not very friendly or helpful.

We didn't get the room we asked for and they were not interested in fixing it. Pretty rude and standoffish front desk staff and our bathroom was pretty dirty. Not a great stay at all although Montreux is beautiful!

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. There's a reason I keep going back. The price is good value for money. The buffet style breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very conveniently placed and everything I want to do is within easy walking distance, although should I wish to explore further afield the free travel card is a real bonus. I believe there is also a convenient parking garage, thpugh I have never used it. I will definitely be back again

Staff was very helpful. I chose this hotel for my recent stay in Montreaux because it is more affordable than many of the other hotels. I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience of the location. It’s just down the street from the Casino & a block from the beautiful walkway around the lake. It’s an easy walk to the main square & shops. It was a reasonable walk from the train station. The hotel is nice & clean and you can purchase breakfast. There is Wi-Fi & the normal amenities. It feels very safe. I would recommend it if anyone is looking for an affordable hotel in the area.

Nice staff, breakfast was ok but was hoping for bacon and eggs. Is walkable from the train station but you'll want a bus for the trip back to the station. Pass was supplied by hotel. Ceiling fan was good.

Just unacceptable. The place is dirty, not comfortable, feels old and needs to be updated. Service is terrible, not air condition, not fan, not phone in the room, not enough towels. Not even fresh coffee, breakfast is a joke. Just stay away!

The friendly staff were the only highlight of this hotel. It was rather dirty and some parts of the room/kitchenette were not well maintained. We saw and killed a large black spider that was living behind the bed on the headboard and another mystery insect on the walls. Large piles of dust were on the floor and I felt uncomfortable walking around without shoes. Finally, the elevator sound is loud and quite scary when you are in it.
