Property advertised with the guest facility of indoor pool. I booked and paid to be able to use pool. Pool was unavailable due to secondary business - swim school- using it. False advertising, took my money under false pretences and contravened the Australian Consumer Law. Property is double dipping obtaining 2 incomesfrom the pool when one customer does not get to use the facility.

Room was very clean and I stayed a week so room service was very good. Great to have a washing machine and drier on the premises. We had one noisy night with other patrons in another room but the other nights were quiet. Traffic from hwy was fine and not a bother at all. Only down fall very tight parking area for larger vehichles especially when all car spots are full. Only complaint other patrons are very inconsiderate and parked in our designated parking spot outside our room one night when its reinforced on arrive and a sign on your door to park in own area.

Amazing property, we arrived with 2 vehicles and trailers and a late check in. The property owners helped us to figure out where to park them and we're wonderful help with a late check in on the day. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again. Lastly the cafe on site, had a great range of food options for breakfast and it was cooked to perfection

The local road works at night were a bit intrusive. The room could use a renovation as the ceiling had peeling paint and the vanity basin also had a peeling surface. The fly screens needed cleaning.

We had a good-sized room with a very firm bed. Lots of space to hang clothes, store suitcases etc. Would have enjoyed the room more if there was a sofa (as per the room photo), and a shower curtain that actually fitted the shower cubicle.

I am very disappointed with the lack of response regarding my refund request. We had to cancel our hotel reservation due to my wife’s health issues, we cancelled before 24 hours according to their policy, but despite multiple emails, I have received no acknowledgment or assistance. This is a very comfortable, convenient and value for money accommodation option in Nowra. Check in was easy, rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable with a microwave and small fridge. The excellent little cafe onsite does very good coffee and has a good selection of food for breakfast and lunch. It was a handy spot for getting around. You are close to the river and pretty walking trail along the riverbank as well as a short walk to the main centre of Nowra.
