This is a simple basic motel. The owners are on site and work hard to make sure you have a good experience. They have no affiliation with Marriott hotels the property is named after the park across the street. The internet is very limited, so if you have anything bandwidth intensive then bring your own hotspot.

The property was close to where we needed to be, it was convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was close to Berry which was convenient. A bit noisy right on the main road and we couldn't park onsite when we arrived home late and had to park on the street.

Stayed for 4 nights Found it comfortable and adequate enough to stay again I was the only one in the room had 2 beds in it. Not much room if 3 adults are in there. There is a bbq area where you can sit outside which was good Toaster and microwave available The staff were very friendly Traffic noise was really not a problem Getting out of the motel is straight onto princes hway, which was hard to get out of at times. Overall a good motel to stay at

Located on a corner adjacent to Pacific Hwy. Getting in and out is challenging depending on whether you need a RH turn across the Hwy. Best to lap the block and come back travelling South to gain access. If you are travelling back toward town centre, north, on egress, its best to travel south and work the block to turn Right at a set of lights on the Hwy. Other than that, its a good, affordable and clean lodging.

Bathroom floor was dirty, not mopped after some sort of spill or BM. Towels had poo stains. Glass cup had lipstick on it. Fork had food stuck in it. Paper thin walls. I could hear the people in the room beside me talking word for word. Traffic noise was terrible.

I have had numerous lovely stays here. The management and staff are very friendly, rooms are always presented clean and tidy and the hotel is centrally located with easy parking right our front of your room. I would highly recommend staying here if you're on a budget but don't want to compromise on quality and cleanliness.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by how good this accomodation was. The fellow in the office was friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was cutlery and a microwave and the shower had fabulously hot water! The location is ideal and it’s easy to find.

Property was clean and staff tried to help. There was an issue with the booking, we had booked for 4 people (3 beds) upon check in we were only booked into a room that had 2 beds. Staff tried best to however were unable to change room. Our son had to sleep on a make shift bed on the floor.
